I hope this company leaves earth. I truly hate them from the bottom of my heart. We need better carrier companies that truly care and take care of customers and their orders. Please petition to get rid of FedEx. They can't knock doors properly and can't help customers from their own mistakes. My order is now 1 week late and I have been trying to get them to just give me my package. I wish I can just no star them, because that's what they truly are, unworthy.

I bought my son a birthday present and paid extra for an overnight delivery. The delivery was 3 days late, and delivered to another address. Currently trying to track down my package. Have no gift for my son tomorrow now. I'm beyond furious! I will never use fed ex again and will go out of my way to let everyone I know what a garbage experience I've had with this company.

I'm not sure why a scheduled delivery time is posted, when it disappears and customers aren't notified of any delays. My delivery is past the time due by several days. I have missed my appointment without any notification of the delays, the shipping facts still show the delivery scheduled for 25/11 and I have now lost $50 due to having to cancel my appointment. The service my parcel shipped via is the international priority advertised as 1-3 days ship time. Worst service!
Update: Despite following up daily, for my delivery that is overdue by 1 week now - nothing has changed aside from their excuses!
This is what happened. A signature is required for my delivery, so I made an arrangement to have my package delivered, and left my phone number for FedEx to text me. After waiting until after 3:00 PM without a delivery, email, or text I called their customer service number. What I received from customer service was a canned message telling me that my package is "out for delivery" that was a lie! Finally, after screaming REPRESENTATIVE several times to the virtual assistant, I connected with a live person. I requested a hold on the package for pick-up the next day. When I call FedEx the following morning, the manager stated that the package was not there and to check back on Monday. They wasted two days of my time and money! I did not pick-up the package, FedEx can keep it!
I ordered a product that was coming from Texas to North Carolina. The shipment was initiated on November 17. So far my package has gone to Alabama, Virginia, Notth Carolina, West Virginia and Maryland. I called only to be talking with someone overseas that I can hardly understand. It has been over 2 weeks and I get told the package isn't lost, it's just re-routed with other packages. My package got as close as 120 miles from my home and then went 400 miles away. Their "Customer Service" rep promised a Supervisor would call me today. Never happened. I am appalled at how cheesy FedEx, a company I once highly respected, has become. Shipping our Christmas presents tomorrow. UPS will get them there.
The drivers do the least amount of work as they can. They don't follow direction and are disrespectful. They drive on my lawn and leave a gouge deep in the dirt because they don't know how to drive or just don't care. They left my rug on my driveway in the pouring rain. I make sure to add a note LEAVE PACKAGE ON PORCH with no change. For such a major delivery service you'd think they would step up their game. Whenever I see a FedEx truck dropping off my package I expect the worst.

After paying the customs duties Tuesday, I expected my parcel, which was overnighted from New York Monday, to arrive Wednesday. Yet, they still can't give me a delivery date most likely because the delivery person won't even stop at my building because there is no entry code. It's the 21st century, and apartment buildings often have an electronic touch screen that lists tenants by last name and first initial. There is no entry code. The drivers are lazy, stupid, and can't be bothered to stop for a moment and think. This has happened to my deliveries three times now. I hate dealing with FedEx.

Long done are the Tom Hanks days, the USPS puts fed ex to shame day in and day out. From the lousy app to the ridiculous shipping times, they are horrible. Abandon all hope ye who enter, this ship is sinking. Do not believe the captain as he bellows "all is well" from the bridge. They have already hit the icebergs! Let's just say as a previous FedEx employee, I now understand why packages are late. Money Hungry company who over works employees and doesn't hire enough staff to accommodate the extremely heavy workload. No breaks are allowed and there's no set schedule for employees. Romantic intermingling is common within employees and management. HR is bias towards employee concerns. All this company cares about is numbers.
Package never arrived, instead of being sent to Vancouver BC, it was sent to Quebec. Had to have a new shipment sent as the other one was gone. They were supposed to deliver it on Saturday, never arrived. We then requested that we collected it from one of their locations. They accepted this request but never sent the package. Talking to a live agent always gets reverted to a bot online, and talking to someone over the phone is even worse, they just tell you that it will get there when it gets there? Use DHL or some other reputable company. Fedex is not worth the money or the headache.
I was expecting a small package from a custom pharmacy online and FEDEX couldn't even manage to deliver the package and when you attempt to speak to someone, you'll get the runaround from a computer chat bot. This is an American company at it's best. What a sorry piece of S##T!

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
