Just two transactions with them and i instantly love them,, last week, i have ordered a pair of jeans just for quality testing and once It appeared right at my doorstep, and quickly tested it (excited lol) it was amazing! The product matches what's on the site. After that purchase, I decided to go for another one, I ordered another pair of jeans, this time white. Just bought three pair of jeans btw and heck, they were all the same as it is on the shop, I got them as they promised in two days! I don't know but it really is convenient with me. SCAM, Bad make Size, They look cheap and material! Do not buy it! I never buy them again. They wont full refund but I never wear them and I saw a small hole top.
At the first they would send you the items and you would get them on time now they say 2 business and it has been 2 weeks and have not received anything now I got an email with what theyre sending me and one item is missing! So Im paying for everything but Im NOT receiving what I paid for. And on top of that apparently they put my address wrong and fed ex could not drop it off. Last time I returned a dress that did not fit and never got store credit or anything like that. Will not be shopping with them again
I placed an order on the 12th and still have not received any information in regards to shipping. Ive checked the status of my order and it states unfulfilled. Ive emailed them only to receive generic response of delayed shipping. This isnt the 1st time Ive been through this song and dance with them last time I didnt receive over half the items I attempted to purchase and ended up with a store credit which blows my mind why not just refund my money? Customer service sucks
I ordered a dress for a party along with some other items, and found out 2 weeks later that the items were not in stock. Credit card charged, no info at all from the company until I inquired and ever time it was the same story, "Hi Babe... we 're sorry... blah blah blah." until they finally fessed up and told me they will be giving me a credit. Well why not tell the customer in the first place? I have called my credit transaction because to this date, I still don't know WHEN I will be receiving my order..." it's absolute BS... if it's too good to be true, then ask yourself twice before handing over your credit card!

I reside in south afttica spent well over R2000 on fashion nova chose the express shipping this was in September didn't receive my parcel was told to get hold of the shipping company as it's not their problem anymore I've googled the shipping company there is no contact address or number for a matter of fact. Emailed fashion nova about 6 times again to get the necessary details no response! It's November I still have no received anything it's pathetic! If you are international I recommend that you do not use this online shop!
