Its been more than 7 days and nothing!
I purchased to wear for Christmas Eve. Im So disappointed in Fashion Nova.
Step your game up.
You know a lot of people order from your site for Christmas and New Years its not fair.
I ordered a shirt from Zumiez and received in TWO DAYS literally TWO FREAKIN DAYS.
Fashion Nova needs to step their game up bad.
Clothes and prices are amazing 10/10
Shipping and customer service on the other hand 0/10.

I placed an order for my girlfriend on the 24th November. It is now 20th December and i have not received anything! Fashion Nova keeps promoting their clothing but are struggling to keep up with shipping their orders to customers... My advice would be not to order from them during this period until further notice that their won't be extended delivery days. I have emailed Fashion Nova twice and got an automated response. The email states to reply back to continue the conversation, which i did, but no response is given back. This is appalling! Don't think i'll ever be ordering from them again. Fashion Nova stop focusing on promoting and get your damn clothing to your paying customers Jesus!

Placed order the 1st week of Dec, website did state a possible up to 7 day delay, I paid for 2 day shipping. As of now 12/20 still dont have merchandise and no way to reach customer service. Emails take 2-3 days to get a response and they only repeat upto 7 day delay. The customer service number only repeats the same motto no matter what option you choose. Ive ordered from this company multiple times in the past and have been pleased with each order up until this point. If they could simply speak to someone to tell them the issue and get a ship date especially right before Christmas!

I ordered 5 items in cyber Monday. That was the end of November, and it is now approaching the end of December. Not only have I waited a month to have my orders processed, only 2 of them are being shipped to me! On the website, it showed that my other three items were available and NOT out of stock, but I guess that wasn't the case! On top of all this, I have been OVERCHARGED by $50! They have made me pay $90 for two shirts! I have emailed and called TEN TIMES in the past few days with NO RESPONSE. I am extremely disappointed as I have heard many good things about this site. I understand that they had an influx of orders, but that should not stop them from being able to speak with their customers and fix any problems. I will NEVER order from fashion Nova again!

Hi, I am really upset. I tried to reach out to them at least 10 times in the past month about my issue that they created. The customer service is really bad, never saw anything like it... There is no way to talk to someone and they respond 3 days later by email.

I placed an order on the Black Friday, the website wasn't up to date so they gave me a gift card for the item that couldn't be shipped, so far it's annoying but ok. Then they shipped me the rest of my package but with an incomplete address... I wrote it right on my request and call the delivery service to fix their mistake, they didn't let me because I wasn't the expeditor. Tried to explain all of this to Fashion Nova, they didn't seem to consider calling the postal service to fix their mistake. So delivery service just sent back the package to them.

Then today (a month later) I received a new gift card notifications for the rest of my order... Can you understand that it doesn't make sense here? I'm penalized for a mistake that they did, plus all the trouble trying to contact them to know what is happening with it. This isn't what I call a good experience.

Now I'm stuck with two gift card so I'll have to order again and take the chance that they might do another mistake in my address and I've lost the promotions that were on the black Friday.
