I ordered on April 20th, it is now March 13 ( 24 days) and i still have not received my package and there is no update to my tracking. I have emailed them so many times and i keep getting the same $#*!IIN useless response. I swear i will never order again,
I placed 2 orders on 4/6/2018. My package was delivered on the 9th as a delivery exception. I went the next day to my local USPS and was told the package went out on wrong route would be delivered that day on the 10th. I arrived home and received an email stating my packages were delivered. I didnt see no package. I called USPS they say they selivered the package. Ok. So i try contactining fashion nova at their *******0286 number and was on hold for 5 min then a recording comes on saying go online for everything "thanks nova babes". I tried this like 10 times for 3 days. No answer. I tried sending an email. That was unsuccessful at *******@fashionnova.com. I just want my items delivered or a refund. Fashion nova needs to hire more people if they cant answer the phone or emails in a proper time frame. It is now 4/13/2018 and i still have not heard from fashion nova. Do anyone have a way of contacting them and actually talking to someone? Please help
This is the second time I am buying stuff from Fashionnova. I was happy with my first purchase. The quality is good and you can get it at a reasonable price. Good customer service also, they are very helpful and informative and easy to communicate. Thumbs up!

I have always loved fashionable clothing, so finding fashionnova website was like discovering an amazing. I do not have any complaints at the moment. But i would recommend fashionnova to Please take note of the cloth sizes. So must of the items bought do not need to be shipped back to them. I really love the dress its really cute. I love the items that are shown everywhere on the site! There are many many amazing styles that I wouldn't be able to find anywhere else. I just wish everything were shipped a lot faster. I forget sometimes that I even buy anything and it takes almost a month to receive the items. It would make buying things on the site a lot better. However, I can't say I've had any problem with them at all besides the fact that I didn't fit in the clothes at times. Great service and they answer back to my concerns promptly.
I love Fashionnova! I always find so many things there that I sometimes need to control myself haha. They have so many clothing's that everyone can find something they need or want! I love the style and since I live in Europe we don't really have that, I'm glad to have fashionnova so that I can purchase that since I can't just fly and back as I want to. Also the sales and the notifications I get are really helpful! I'm always going to buy there again after I save some money :)
