I just gave a read to the review on FareDepot after I came back from my vacation when I came to add my review for them. Quite surprising it was a great trip, which I had with their air tickets. I cannot think of a second option better than FareDepot. The customer service needs a clap, as they are very productive. The tickets and the price was the same as it was published on the website. Overall, there were good to me and I enjoyed my trip. I will like to fly with them again in the future.

The site is a total scam. I booked a flight twice with them and both times did the same thing... shame on me TWICE! They took my reservation and all was fine. Shortly after I got an e- mail saying they were doing a security check and charging my credit card an amount between 1 and 10 dollars. I needed to check with my back and reply to them with the exact amount and then they will issue tickets. Well low and behold I did all that I was told they said they would issue tickets. One day before my 14 year old grand daughters trip to London I was told by them that the airline would not release the tickets and they cancelled! It was a total lie because I called the airline. My very disappointed grand daughter will not be going on her trip tomorrow because a day before I CANNOT afford a last minute ticket! It is a scam... Run!

These guys managed to leave my daughter stranded at LAX and because of their crappy processes we had to buy an emergency ticket for 2.5 times the normal price. They decided that despite the fact that they have sent her a reservation confirmed that they sent a follow up email (which she didnt get) supposedly to check for possible fraud and because she did not get it and didnt reply they cancelled her booking. They have made no effort to resolve this. Why dont they leave the fraud questions to the credit card company to deal with. Use anyone else before you use these guys.

Had a great time during the weekend vacation, I had a limited budget but wanted to travel comfortably. I managed to find a cheap first class ticket at FareDepot. They have tickets to suit all the budgets. I will again come back for future tickets. Thanks.

I purchased tickets on line and had some concerns when I received an email about a security check with my credit card. After calling Faredepot customer service and speaking with Allwyn I was able to resolve my problem quite quickly. I had to call a few times before someone answered but I did get through... twice! Quite easily. I was very satisfied with my experience with faredepot and would not hesitate to use them again!

My girlfriend and I were planning a weekend trip to New York. We had a budget in mind and wanted less priced tickets. Bad experience

Hey! Got there from Skyscanner trying to get tickets from FLL to Brazil in business class. They entice you with a sweet but unavailable fare. And they do it for purpose and I have proofs. They "calculate" the price like that: Air fare $2096+taxes $166,25= $1929, 74)))))))). And after calling them at *******929 I got the price of $2400. So I have used another link on Skyscanner to get to Expedia and successfully bought the ticket there at the declared price. Done.

****WARNING****
To all who book their flights online, beware not to book your flights if you are directed this website called "Faredepot.com".
They post very lucrative prices and when you put in your credit card information they immediately send you a confirmation ticket with Status showing Confirmed with the Confirmation number.
After few days you will get an email saying the your ticket is cancelled and with no valid reason.
It seems to be a scam as now they have your credit card information and you can be a victim of a credit card fraud.
Just wasted to share this with everyone. Please share it with all your friends to avoid such a fraud websites.

Incompetent service

The original flight was canceled by airline. FareDepot offer replacement via Washington and we agree but the actual reservation shows connection in Chicago. They refuse to admit their mistake and now we have to spend more hours in flight. Very incompetent team. Spend hours to explain the situation and 14 emails. No help at all. Never to use again.

Reasonable Price

I was planning to make quick week-end tour this time. It was month end and as a result I had to plan my tickets wisely, spending within my budget. When I browsed the website I got deals that did perfect justice to the amount I had to spend. I called up the customer care service and got my bookings done. Everything matched as displayed in the website with no hidden costs.

This company scammed me for $1500 and blamed British Airways. Don't read any of their positive reviews, they are all FAKE. Read their 1-star reviews, those are from real users. There are so many better companies for online airfare. Run far away from FareDepot. Crooks! All the way...

Don't buy with Fare Depot if at all possible. Trying to get my ticket refunded and here's the deal:
Ticket- $800
Cancellation fee- $500
Total spent thus far- $1300
Total refunded to me- $500
Total money spent in all- $800.

And they cant see a problem here.

Oh my lord. They managed to drop my cancellation fee by $100 (So $100 refund so far) but are now saying I cannot be refunded at all because I lost my debit card and had to get a new one.

Told me hed send all the old card information and asked I contact my bank. I was like " Okay, tell me what they're going to do? They don't custom order debit card number its not like they can send me back my old card. Further more how are you going to expect them to at all relate to the policies of FareDepot? I'm not calling my bank that's ridiculous." None of this is in an aggressive tone, just incredulous.

I been trying to get this refund for weeks and my flight was supposed to leave Oct. 4th. It's Oct. 3rd.

You know it is hard to find the best deals on airline moving to the same destination. And it is impossible to look through the seat availability of all the airlines at a time. But FareDepot gave me the scope to compare the price on tickets to Milan and book the best, so as not to hurt my budget. The website is great!

No one answers the phone. Emails are returned as undeliverable. IPod app links to non existent pages. Facebook page is not available at this time.

My flight is on Antinea Airlines. I am unable to check in for the flight as the airline seems to not have a functioning web site.

How would you rate them?

This is an additional note. I did finally make contact thru email and my issues were handled although with little time to spare. Those helping were courteous and worked hard to fix my problem. Overall, my preference will be to avoid this company unless no other choices are available.

So I called your customer care. James helped me with the booking procedures. But due
To my work schedule I had to change the flight timing, so I called again but this time James was not there but a lady helped me and she was quite good at her job.
