This website is not only a joke but also a fraud. I wasted over 2 hours of my time chasing tickets that were showing available ( 4-5 seats available) and each time I tried to book them they were no longer available. I changed destinations and pricing and nothing worked. When I called customer service, the girl was useless and unable to help at all. Wasted time! I used multiple travel sites for over 10 years, but this one is literally a joke. STAY away and don't waste your time.

I was planning to take a budget tour to Sri Lanka. I came across and browsed through FareDepot.com and got my tickets done for much less than what other service providers were offering me. Thank you FareDepot.com

On April 24 2016 i purchase a flight ticket to natal Brazil on line from FAREDepot.COM, on the amount of $587.71, at the day of the flight, august 13 2016 at checking baggage and ticket counter i got a surprised information that my plane ticket was cancel,. After calling over 3 hours back and forward the airline main office and the travel agency, no one can't give me an explanation why my flight was cancel, i lost the flight, them. I was told i will get full refund, but never happen. I'm about to file a dispute in small claims court, against faredepot.com, stay away they are scam

ABSOLUTELY horrific service. Should have looked them up before I booked, their online reviews are all very bad. Thus, I am in fact happy they cancel my booking, I simply took my business else where. Spare yourself and don't book through them.

They cancelled our bookings without attempting to resolve the issue. They pretended my credit card is not working. I tried to call them, no one never picks up. I emailed them back telling them I had called my bank, they didn't even see them attempting to charge my card at all. Then they accused me of not telling my bank they should let their charge go through while they clearly did not even try. Their response emails were all very rude as if it was my problem that they are incompetent.

Are people high when they wrote these reviews on Google? They probably paid these people for those reviews. If you do a quick Google search, all of their other reviews are terrifying. DO NOT BOOK through FareDepot.

I have used FareDepot.com and it was a bad experience. I missed a return flight from Lisbon Portugal to Boston. The way the book the tickets makes it so the carrier cannot change them. Of course, they were not open for business during this circumstance. The result was that I had to buy a full fare flight on another airline to get home.

I will never buy a ticket from a company who can't serve it customers during a trip abroad again and certainly never again from FareDepot.com

I don't understand how this company has such great reviews on Google... unless they are deleting them? We had a nightmare experience and almost did not fly. Fare Depot gave us inaccurate information about adding an infant seat to our ticket and it resulted in a terrible and extremely stressful 3 hours at the airport. I will never book through them again.

I'll give them 2 stars because the gentleman I spoke to during our 3 hour horrific ordeal at the airport was at least nice to us on the phone and agreed to stay on the phone with me until the problem was resolved (which was probably 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours). But he also threatened the airlines which made the airlines threaten him in return... so that's fun.

You can call and call and no one will answer. You leave a voicemail and no one ever gets back to you. That is extremely sketchy right there. They may be the cheapest and if you don't have any special circumstances, they might be easy to deal with as the cheapest, but if you do have special circumstances or are traveling international, buyers beware.

Booked a flight to Europe on FareDepot. As with most sites, I thought after checkout I'd be all set. I was wrong. First got email asking for me to fill out a credit card authorization form before they could process my eticket, after I had already provided them with payment information at checkout. Once I hit checkout, I should rest assured that my ticket is being processed but that was not the case.

After filling out the credit card authorization form, I then receive a call about 40 minutes later telling me that they cannot process my eticket because the price has gone up, and that I need to provide approval for price increase. At this point, it all feels like joke. Booking a flight should not be this hard and this much of a hassle. Out of frustration, and just wanting to get my tickets already I agree to the increase in fare ($150 extra), which has to be done through another email they send. I was told once I reply to this email, they will process my order, and I should get my eticket with 30-40 mins.

This was 2 hours ago. I still not have received my etickets. Stay away from this company if you want to avoid a headache. Booking on this site is a Hassle. Awful.

When I had to cancel my air tickets as well hotel rooms during my last holiday due to an emergency, I was worried of losing all my money and the cancellation charges would surely kill me.
But to my surprise Faredepot team was very prompt in their service and I got all the refunds as promised within three working days. Thank you guys for your excellent customers support team. Keep the good work, God bless you.

This was the first time I was doing my online ticket arrangement for my vacation in Portugal. My friend suggested me FareDepot.com. Though I found the website easy to navigate, I called up the customer care department to ensure that there is no faux pass. I had a wait while until a gentleman attended my call, addressed my questions and helped me with my ticket booking. He could understand my concerns and showed great patience. Other than being a good travel website FareDepot.com has quality customer care professionals.

My budget was limited. On top of that I had to get my tickets on a short notice and had to look for discounts out there. I browsed online and found this website. Did a quick search and found good flight options. It was easy and the best thing is the price that was cheaper than a lot of other sites. They are affordable, even if you are doing an urgent booking like me. I am glad and will come back to this site again for flights to Asia!

We booked two tickets for spending a week at Florida. It was a stressful for us just after our engagement, so a break was essential. But something within budget was our main target and we found FareDepot. They offered us with such great discounts, and we have used their promo offers to save more. And I just after returning from the trip I wanted to share my experience with all. Well, we both want to mention special thanks to John, he gave us the best service. FareDepot just rocks.

We had to attend for our Old boys Re-union in Miami. The issue was as we are 15 of us so the ticket to Miami seemed too high.
The financial burden was next to impossible. I had tried lot of travel sites for Group
Discount but they all seemed to be high. One of my friend advised me FareDepot. I checked and found with a great surprise that they were offering $10 discount which fetched $150 discount besides the cheap fare. I immediately book for all of us.

Like I mentioned, recently booked a flight on Skyscanner after doing a google and yahoo search for the cheapest flights. Then I found FareDepot.com and booked a flight from NYC to Ireland for my whole group. Nice looking website and saved a lot of money. Will definitely use again if it is always this worth it.
