They are scammers. The people that wrote good reviews are associated with the company. They showed me a picture of a comforter, paid $131.00 and received a sheet set. When I complained they said I should of read the fine print. Are you kidding me, I would never pay this money for sheets for a twin bed for my child and they are located in China, so than you know your not getting good quality. The return policy is ridiculous. Don't even think about ordering a single items from their website, you will be ripped off. Buyer Beware.

Ericdress is an amazing company with extraordinary staff. I received my dress and it is amazing. I did not have to wait long and there constant communication throughout the whole process was awesome. They even helped me find the right petticoat for my dress as i didn't even realize i needed one. Thank you very much for your service. I will definitely be buying my bridesmaid dresses from them.

Eric dress's website was easy to use with a large selection of items. It took 3 weeks to get my purse I ordered. Shipping cost $18 for that one item! The purse itself was good quality. What I would expect for the price. Overall it was a fair experience except shipping cost. The purse itself was only around $40.

Ordered shoes for prom and they were terribly made, damaged, wrong material and color. These shoes were nothing like what they advertised. They have poor customer service, very slow to response if they do at all, no information to return products and all the numbers on their site are fake. I have been going back and forth trying to get an address to return the shoes but they are not giving that data out. They keep telling myself and the bank they refunded the money but they haven't. Stay away from them a bunch of scam artists.

I ordered this bulls*** May 1st still haven't received anything! The company that charged my card has a completely different name it's NOT eric dress! I tried tracking it and it says incorrect tracking number or number not found I'm pissed! They're lucky I can't reach out and touch them!

I had a couple of issues and customer service always got back to me within 24 hours and always wanted to sort things out. The dress arrived really quickly and is exactly the style shown in the photo. I read other reviews and based on those ordered an XL (I'm a UK 12/14) and to be honest I think an L would have been fine but this one is good because it's a loose style with a belt so it works anyway. The dress is described on the site as 'chiffon' - just be aware that they mean 'chiffon style', the fabric is not silk it's polyester but for £20 including postage I think this is good value for money.

I browsed through many sites and found this one the cheapest of all. Thank the good Lord they had the dress I wanted. This was the first time shopping for dresses online in fact Google search landed me on the site. To shorten the long story, the dress has a great quality, it was budget sensitive, the shipping did not take too long (although a bit long) and the customer service friendly. I am glad and hope to buy more from Ericdress.

Well, this is my first order on Ericdress. But I feel that their online service did a good job, they know what I need and can answer my questions very frequently. I can't help speaking highly of them and I will order here again for sure.

I went on the website and ordered 4 items in May 2021. Although one of the items that was on their website was no longer available for purchase, I did receive 2 more pieces but I'm still waiting on the shirt. I will never order from ericdress ever again.

I received a dress with a malfunctioning zipper. I have been in contact with them for over a week and they are resisting taking it back. They tell me the zipper worked when it left there. That is a lie. Now they want to refund me 50 percent. Don't order if you think you may need to return! This is their fault and they won't stand behind their product. And notice when they get a bad review they put the same generic response on each one and then don't follow up. Beware.

Pros: ordered three dresses, two arrived two weeks later, one is en route per Eric Dress emails. Quality craftsmanship. Nice colors.

Cons: Hideous, cheap, tacky fabric. The "chiffon" dress is thin nylon, like s $5 nightgown. The retro dress is a cheap quality, double-knit polyester with a flimsy nylon lining.

All the reviews on their website are glowing. They did not post my negative reviews.

Update: The third dress arrived in a timely fashion, about three weeks after placing the order. The quality of the construction is not quite as good as the first two dresses, but again, no matter as the fabric is LOW, LOW quality and VERY cheap. ERIC DRESS offered a $5 refund total for the three bad dresses. I cannot wear any of them. It was a complete waste of money.

When one gets a happy experience it is worth sharing with the online shoppers. At the moment I have a broad smile on my face because Ericdress made me happy. About an hour ago, I unpacked my Halter Knee Length Sequins Bridesmaid Dress that I had bought online from the site three weeks ago. I thought it would be messy like some of the other buyers claim that is why I was in a hurry to open it. I will be a bridesmaid in my friend’s wedding. Still a month to go before the wedding and am all set for it. This is just an appreciation to the site. Thank you so much.
