Definitely contact your bank and dispute the charges immediately... that is all I can say. Beware even if you do get the merchandise... many reviews have reported shotty quality and their sizing in China vs United States is completely off. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

They claim the order will be shipped in 24 hours but neglect to say it comes from China and if you dear to return the item it will cost you more for returning it than the damaged item is worth... Everyone should avoid this company

Hi Beverly O... I totally agree with Debra L. And the others who posted the same advice. DO NOT buy anything from ericdress! Too many people, including myself either lost all their money, or did get a refund through Paypal. I hope you didn't order your items yet. Delete them from the cart.

As stated by many persons if you have not paid for your order, consider yourself lucky. The conversion of Cdn to American money is done automatically by your credit card company or by paypal. The products are of poor quality, no consistency in the sizing of there products, return to China is extremely expensive and the refund process is painfully slow.
The customer service persons are slow to respond to your questions and concerns and the emails have messages that the lines are superimposed making communication difficult.

Beverly, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I AM VERY SERIOUS. My gown is stuck in China Custom's and I am out ALL of my money. I have been doing a live chat with them and they will not even respond to my questions. Delete your order and find a reputable company from the US or Canada.

Eric Dress is a rip off their stuff is poor quality and does not look anything like the picture they show on their site it takes ages to come and they can send you anything they like and you will have to pay to return it and will not get your original postage back - don't touch them

I persisted with complaining to PayPal and got a full refund eventually. Contact them ASAP.

Drop your order, and get your money back if you used Paypal. They wait until the expiration time runs out with Paypal, then if you complain, they tell you to be patient and to withdraw your complaint (not through Paypal communications) I escalated my complaint and received my monies back, Paypal should drop them, they are making Paypal look bad. I do not know where they get all those good, I'm in love with it comments, I guess you can pay anyone to do anything. No honor among thieves... Good luck, just get your money back is my suggestion
