I was interested in a couple of items from this company but after learning a lesson on a disreputable company from China years ago, i check any company I have never heard of in the past. Well low and behold Uzooee has quite a few bad reviews and a lot of good reviews but if you pay close attention to the English used to write these positive reviews, it does not take a mental giant to know that they are fake... probably written by family and friends of those at the company. Not a chance would I purchase from them., BUYER BEWARE! Oh, and that disclaimer at the bottom about not being affiliated with the company... I am sure they checked that box anyway.

I am a property owner of a unit in Maui with 29 5 star reviews. Expedia bought out VRBO and it is no longer a website that lists vacation properties where owners can manage the reservations and transfer of money themselves. Expedia has changed the model and inserted themselves as the middleman, forcing home owners to lose control of how they wish to rent their property and imposing ridiculous fees to guests and owners alike. They tout better customer service but that is a complete falsehood... as an owner when I expressed my concern the customer service rep said, "I guess we'll have to part ways then..." really shows how much they value the properties that allow them to even have a business. On the flip side the customer service for guests is horrible as well. They remove the direct personal contact with the owner and when you call because you have an issue, VRBO will tell you to contact the owner. WHAT A JOKE! We are leaving VRBO as owners and will look for other ways to rent when we travel ourselves.

I purchase an item from this website and after a sufficient amount of time for shipping I called twice for a tracking number but never was provided one. So after a month I did a "live chat" asking them to reverse the charges upon learning they never shipped the item at all but interestingly had charged my credit card on the day of my purchase. In the United States that is considered money laundrying... a federal offense! The gal on the live chat begged me to not open a dispute or she would be "punished!" YIKES, what is up with that... but this is China where human rights are not important. They charge your card and then prey on your emotions to not reverse the charges thinking some worker is going to be tortured if you file a dispute. Scary. I would question any high review of this company with suspect... likely written by their family and friends. One consumer website acknowledged this company had fake reviews posted to elevate their rating. Save yourself and delete this website immediately. If you have already made the mistake of ordering and have not seen your merchandise, dispute the charges immediately! Can't wait to see what stupid auto reply to my comment they post now. No need to resolve the dispute just cancel the order!

BAD EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH! And I am not finished yet. I recently purchased a jacket from Newport News. The websites's sizing information window wasn't working so I thought I'd be safe going up a size. When the jacket arrived it was two sizes smaller than it should have been so their specs are completely off from industry standards. There was no return label included and I was told they were changing their warehouse location and didn't have new printed labels. However, another customer service rep admitted they were in negotiations with UPS on their contract with them. Different reps... different stories. I went to UPS and found out that the rates for an individual were so expensive that it would cost me 50% of what the jacket cost me to ship it back to them without their corporate rate. When I asked to speak to a manager (which I found out there is only one!) I was told they would take my name and number and call me back... that was 4 days ago. I called several other times since then to no avail. Honestly this is a company that does not care about their customers. I do not trust them and plan to open a dispute with my bankcard company not to pay the bill I think they have really gone down the tubes... NEVER AGAIN... BEWARE

Actually i am worried. I have reieved NONE of THREE orders. TWO MONTHS NOW... WAITING WAITING...
