I wrote several emails and didn't get one response. A credible company would simply have refunded my money. I took a photograph of me in the coat. It's laughable. I prefer not to pursue this sorry episode any further in order to focus on what is more important than this awful company.
I must say that I am pleasantly surprised by the excellent reviews I'm seeing here. Its not often that I read good reviews about sites like this. I havent ordered yet, but my shopping bag is filling up fast and I will, after reading the reviews, as I always do before shopping online, be placing my order very soon. If only all the discount sites could be so reputable! I for one are grateful for customers reviews. It really is a useful tool.
Ericdress is a code name for WISH. That's right. This is a subsidiary of WISH. Same shipping time, same low grade products. Save your money pay the extra $5 or $10 and get it from Amazon. You'll have it in time to use it. I'm still waiting on my new summer sneakers that I ordered in June. I'm told now that's typical.
They did a beautiful dress for me, at a reasonable and customer friendly price. They explained everything throughout the whole process. I get nothing but compliments on my dress and can't wait to have another piece designed by them.
My evening dress for Christmas was amazing, very comfortable and easy to move around in. The Overall rating for quality, price, delivery and customer service can be described as very good and I would definitely use this website again.
I just received my order. Despite paying for expedited shipping, it took 10 days. I read the print afterward that says it takes 8-12 days for "processing" before it ships. Basically, they are charging you for expedited service but reserves the caveat that it takes awhile to ship. Shady. As for the products? Beyond cheap looking and feeling. You get what you pay for... don't be fooled by photography. Also read their refund policy which more or less says you need to get their approval and PROVE that the product doesn't meet your satisfaction. DO NO ORDER FROM ERICDRESS.COM. I am waiting now to hear back about a return policy. I wish i read these reviews before ordering.

Gem is exactly like the name says a true Gem. Goes out of the way to make me feel special and not just another customer! I love the dresses at EricDress the material is always comfortable and there are so many choices you really never have to shop at the large department stores. If you don't mind waiting because all items are hand made to order this is your site ask for Gem!
CHEAP clothing made overseas. They had NO tags on them. Half the order didn't fit; I promptly wrote to them - they asked for PICTURES and won't refund my money. She did offer to give me a nice discount on a future order! Never again! Very disappointed - a total waste of $150.00. They don't allow returns.

I was highly disappointed because EricDress is a fake name for a low budget company called Tidebuy based out of China. I ordered a lace front wig and I paid extra money to have the wig expedited. I ordered the wig on May 7,2020 the wig arrived May 21. The wig was not what I ordered. It was ugly and old-fashioned looking. It looked cheap. This company is stealing from customers by making them pay top dollar for low quality merchandise.
There are only out of country contacts for this vendor. So. Unless you are completely confident of you order and how it will look when it arrives... do not order from this site.
It's been a week I am trying to return my wrong item issue. And they just keep offering money to keep. Now why would I keep something I didn't want in the first place?

I purchased 2 pairs of shoes at more than 20% off. This was in their promotion sale. As both pairs were less than $100 I had to pay shipping of $10. I received my order in 5 business days. Website easy to use, all in all a very smooth transaction. No refunds allowed on sale items, only exchange or credit notes.
I see a lot of negative reviews about the time it takes to get their dresses. Apparently none of these people read anything about it when they were shopping, because it clearly states up to 3 weeks to PROCESS and up to 3 weeks to ship. Another complaint I see a lot is the sizing is all wrong. These people must be ordering their regular sizes. I looked at the measurement chart and found that what should be a small (normally) was actually a medium on this site. My dresses both fit perfectly. As for the reviews about "strings hanging everywhere", what new outfit DOESN'T have strings that need to be snipped? All in all I had a great experience with these people and their product, and will definitely buy from them again!
I ordered a prom for my daughter's prom. Stunning dress on and off. We received it in a matter of days! Unfortunately on Prom night the beading starting falling off! And for the money I spent I did not think it was right. What company would replace a dress after the fact? Well ericdress.com did! OUTSTANDING customer service through the whole process! I paid extra for expedited shipping even though I ordered 3 months ahead for an event. Items were never shipped or received! Disappointed and feel that this site is a fraud. No number for contact just email that never responded to. Beautiful clothing on site, but you'll never get the product.
I have shopped here many times. It has always been a cool experience. Any problem has been fixed professionally and as soon as possible making this my favorite site. My latest order, the stiletto heel peep toe boots, as usual arrived on time.
I called customer services to inquire if I could have different designs a mixture of jackets and dresses shipped together. They approved and so I went ahead to place an order. What I am happy about is the fact that both were packaged together and having made orders of more than 160 USD, I got a free shipment. I will be doing that next time to ensure I always save on clothes.
Ericdress has very fast delivery services and their products are of quality. Anytime i buy a jewell be it bracelets or necklaces i normally get a free shipping offer placed on the products. Lucky me. Sometimes their prices are given even 80% discounts.
They stayed within my budget and the build was quicker by about a week from the original estimated time. I will be going back for our wedding bands and in the future for any other fashion collection. I wont shop elsewhere unless they change their service quality.
