If you do not want to be aggravated do not order from this website. Their sizes are incomparable to US sizes. Ordered one size too big and came in 2 sizes too small. Very lax on customer service. Could not get a response until I disputed charges. Finally got Email giving me return information.
Sending items back today will see if I get refund. They do not tell you that everything comes from China and noone speaks fluent English
I bought this dress for a Charity Ball, was a little hesitant at first but it's a beautiful gown and an almost perfect fit, needs taken up a little and that's a relatively simple job. I've not worn it yet, I'm so looking forward to the ball and wearing it.
Also, something to bear in mind when buying gowns from abroad, you have to pay import tax which adds to the final costs.
Ordered boots for $90.00 and received something totally different after waiting 2 months. Paid via PayPal thinking I would be protected. Wrong! They offered me ten dollars which I refused. Was told by PayPal in dispute I needed to send boots to China and provide a tracking #. Their site states that there is an address in LA for American returns. Wrong again! Would cost me $110 to ship to China something I did NOT order! Disgusting! PayPal cannot help because I cannot keep boots and get my money returned also, which is fair. Now I'm stuck with something horrible and would cost more to return! SCAM!
I have had really good service from Ericdress and would have no hesitation in recommending them to any prospective customers. They keep me informed of my orders, deliveries and any delays, always on the ball.
This place just robs you blind. Don't bother. Ericdress makes you sign saying that you will return the item two days after being bought... even though it takes way longer than that to arrive. You pay for expedited shipping and do not get it. You pay for an item and do not get it. They said my item was delivered to my door, but to this day the item has never been delivered. I bought it last year. Ridiculous. Do more research before you even think of using them.
I placed an order with this company three weeks ago, and have not heard from them at all. No confirmation email, nothing! Luckily I was able to get my money back from my bank. Don't waste your time or money with EricDress, they are scammers!.
I have not ordered from this or any other similar site. It is this simple: they are scammers out to make money. Bottom line. These businesses operating out of China, are breaking international copyright laws among other things. They use cheap labour, many times child labour, and it is common knowledge that the sizes are always "off" on counterfeit apparel. The money they make may be funding less than desirable organizations. Be ethical and shop in your own country. If you have to save money, that is what ebay and kijiji are for, or secondhand stores.

I ordered a dress in Jan 2020. 5 1/2 months later, it have yet to receive the dress. They provided me a bogus tracking website that dose not exist to tracking my purchase. They are quick to respond to emails, but no product. Go figure! Enough said. If you do purchase from them, do not use your credit card use an online payment system like Paypal. Its easier to file a claim.
I've ordered dresses from ericdress many times before but this time I went for a evening dress. The evening dress was great, i got over 10% off due to their promotion sale. I can't wait to see my dress. Although they now charge a convenience fee for picking up the order, it still works out to be much cheaper than shipping fees and there are so many kmart stores you can pick it up from.
I ordered 2 blouses back in May 1 just arrived in July and its the wrong blouse. I still haven't seen the other one. They don't keep you posted on the time frame of delivery. I'm very disappointed in this company and will not be ordering any thing else. I requested a refund earlier but no response from the company.
I have just tried it on right now, I’m writing this review because I am very happy with the deliveries made. My first dress runs a little bit short but I would dispute that my 6.2 height. The second one is exactly what I had ordered. I even feel like not taking it off but I have to keep it for our get-together next February 28.
I bought several items from Ericdress, which were super cute. The prices were awesome and a 30% off code was automatically applied at the checkout. Shipping was free as well.
It was shipped within 2 days, and arrived within a week after that. Also, their customer service is great, prices always fantastic and their products are wonderful. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

The one thing I love about Ericdress is that u can directly find it on the Internet. Not only that, the prices are usually very low, or considerably cheaper than other websites. I've yet to have an issue with Ericdress, and have always received my items intact, and incredibly fast. To sum it all up, they're a great place to buy just about anything from.
Purchased clothes for Halloween costume. Set expedited shipping which would have gave me at least a week before clothes came in. As soon as paypal charged me and I saw that it was from China, I had a gut feeling it would not be here on time, and probably not what I ordered. Here we are on Halloween day and now I'm stuck out cause these dummies don't know how to do business. For some reason they think its ok for shipments to be late and just apologize and everything will be ok.
I ordered. Never got my items. I emailed and they responded by saying they didn't have any in stock. So Email Emulate Been nice. I received 2 of my items. Boots were supposed to be an 8. Their a 5/6. Dress is made from material that feels like it's made from a Halloween costume. Won't order from there again.
