Made an order on Saturday, everything was packed yesterday (Monday) and my birthday shoes arrived today just in time for my birthday dinner! So their amazing service ensured my order arrived after one business day, love it.
My sister ordered for me with a $20 discount voucher and added gift wrapping plus a personalised message that a human hand wrote! Made my day feel more special, so thank you Ericdress!

Since it was a gift I'm not too fussed about the price though it is quite expensive for quality clothing. I would recommend this store for its clothing, service and nice site design.

I did not know that it was possible to get stiletto shoes. After looking at different designs in this site, the flower high heels got my attention and I went ahead to order them. I got them in no time since they were already made. Lovely customer service must also be applauded.

I ordered a pair of shoes early March 30 days later, I'm still waiting for it!

The order's processing started the day after the payment was done and the delivery was supposed to take 10-20 days maximum.

I contacted them several times and they keep telling me to track my order and check with my local post office but the item appears as being stuck at the same export hub for a month now... isn't a convenient excuse for them?

I never had any issues with receiving any order before Eric Dress.

I ordered two beautiful dress for my niece that were on sale. The prices were great, the discounts were ones you don't find in stores. The postage did take a little while because it was shipped from overseas, anyway, everything is fine.

I have bought some clothes here as gifts for my friends many times, and those are among my best decisions ever. Girls are both happy with the stuffs, even get back to buy some more later. All items are sophisticated and very high quality products, look exactly like the image and description on the site. Everything is perfect, from products to service. Customer service team is also very enthusiasm; items was delivered on time without any lost or harm. You can also get some discount when register a new account, 10% or more in some occasion. Certainly will back in the future.

They never send your items, and their customer service is terrible. I ordered a tux with expedited shipping, expecting it within 3-5 business days. It has been 3 weeks. I payed 38 dollars for the faster shipping. The tux was for my son, and we haven't received it. Eric Dress hides behind the covid shipping delay, so you wait too long to get a refund when your items never arrive. They are a Chinese business, so this could be chalked up to the average 25 day wait times, but they haven't been any help as they just keep asking me to give them my order info, and then saying I'm giving them the wrong info.

I am very happy and will be happy if you also owned this two ways of wear style beige boots in your wardrobe. You can always have perfect shoes available. The material is unique; they shipped very early and arrived at my home in record time.

I had some bridesmaids that could not afford to buy the dress I found at David's Bridal. My mom got on the internet and found this dress for a fantastic price. The sizes run a bit smaller so we bumped everyone up one size and so far they fit almost perfectly. The alterations will be minimal and the quality was so much better than the original dress. The colors are outstanding. My mom is ordering her dress from here, too. I will definitely be recommending this site to all my friends for their prom or wedding dresses. I love ordering dresses from this site. They are prompt, reliable and the orders always arrive within 3-4 days no matter of my current location around the world. Once i received a duplicate of my order and was afraid they would charge my card twice. I contacted tbdress, but they said it was a mistake on their side and i could keep them or donate them to an orphanage.

P.S. The shipping rates are quite impressive regardless if you are located in Asia or Europe.To top that, my orders never took more than 3-4 days. So, imagine ordering on Sat and having the order by Tues! Unbelievable!

I place an order they didn't have the items they never send me back my money or the items. My ordered was worth 208$ without tax. I am very discussed to see how others are still from people who don't even have.It's a damn shame my God punished you thief.

Horrible experience. Followed their size chart exactly. Dress was 6 inches too small in bust. $500 in phone calls & I'm stuck with the dress. Told me to send pictures to prove it didn't fit. I did so. Not good enough, they sent a ridiculous list of instructions for the pictures. They insisted they sent the size I ordered, but the labels had been removed prior to shipping. Black market, stolen dresses? The dress itself is absolutely gorgeous, beautifully made, extremely high quality. Definitely a black market designer dress.

Two months ago, my friend had a very attractive dress, I asked her where she had bought it. She had it from Ericdress I am usually into mall and boutique shopping but this time I had to change. We underwent an ordering procedure of which she guided me. I got a purple color so that we would not look same every time we are on the dresses. The long story shortened, the dress was delivered a month ago, It looks well designed, well sized and well packed. I had no friction with the site's customer care group. It took a little longer to arrive. However, for its quality, I would accept the length of time it took.

If you do not want to be aggravated do not order from this website. Their sizes are incomparable to US sizes. Ordered one size too big and came in 2 sizes too small. Very lax on customer service. Could not get a response until I disputed charges. Finally got Email giving me return information.
Sending items back today will see if I get refund. They do not tell you that everything comes from China and noone speaks fluent English

I bought this dress for a Charity Ball, was a little hesitant at first but it's a beautiful gown and an almost perfect fit, needs taken up a little and that's a relatively simple job. I've not worn it yet, I'm so looking forward to the ball and wearing it.
Also, something to bear in mind when buying gowns from abroad, you have to pay import tax which adds to the final costs.
