The best advice I can give you is not to buy from this site. I wanted to return the extra small that should have been an extra large, but it was a hassle communicating with them. You should buy from someone who can provide accurate sizing information, a clear return policy and shipping expectations.

Hi: do yourself a favour and avoid this company, sizing is inconsistent, fabric is flimsy, returns are difficult and very expensive to return items to China. Buy Canadian or American.

Strong warning. I am not going to write my story up again. I'm sure you can find it if you search. These people are NOT honest. Don't care about sizes they send, care even less about the quality of their products. They are all over websites like this one, assuring good service, and offering to help anyone who voices a problem. But that is for public only. In private, they have NO interest in helping. None at all. They want your money and will simply throw whatever is handy that is vaguely similar to what you ordered in a box and ship it. They will NOT replace or refund. They will explain it nicely how it is your fault for ordering the wrong size, your fault for not seeing the similarity between what you ordered and what you got. But that is the most you will ever get out of them.

Personally I would not order from them- the sizing is very small and very short and I found it impossible to return anything as they are in China. They will reply with nice words, but take advice from those who have used them and din't buy!

The two dresses I ordered were definitely not sized correctly. They fit small on the top but the real problem was the length. The picture showed them hitting above the knee. The reality was they hit the top of my thigh and looked more like a blouse. They did not accept return or refund. I cannot recommend them. Shop around and pay a little more if you must.

Best answer. Don't buy.! Their promises mean nothing. I gave 40 inch as hip measure. The garment measured 28 Inch. They told me I didn't know how to measure! Please explain?

Do NOT order from this site. 2X fits a 12 year old. Clothes not as in the picture, either. Ships out of China and takes forever.

This also helped me because I fell in love with a dress on the site and I have not seen anything like it, I guess I better get that dress out of my head

All of the above responses should give you a pretty good idea of what this company is like. I, like many others left a very detailed review of my experience with them. Please, spare yourself the headache, and do not order from Ericdress. I have noticed they are constantly on this website and they sound so nice and accommodating, but that is just an act. In reality the customer service is horrible, and like others have said they actually try to put the blame on you when you voice that you are dissatisfied with the merchandise! Believe me, you don't want to have that conversation with them. Also, at least in my experience, the merchandise was misrepresented and very shoddy. It also took forever to arrive, I was told repeatedly to "be patient" no explanation was ever given. They are very evasive. Please, don't give this company a penny of your hard earned money!

I guess the answer is pretty obvious- DO NOT BUY FROM ERIC DRESS. You will be disappointed. Bad fit, material, customer service. Save yourself the headache.
