I must say that I am pleasantly surprised by the excellent reviews I'm seeing here. Its not often that I read good reviews about sites like this. I havent ordered yet, but my shopping bag is filling up fast and I will, after reading the reviews, as I always do before shopping online, be placing my order very soon. If only all the discount sites could be so reputable! I for one are grateful for customers reviews. It really is a useful tool.

I ordered boots, a dress and a bodysuit online. The sizing charts are spot on for clothing and for shoes alike. All items fit perfectly! Shipping was fast! I am a frequent in-store shopper as well. I've never had a problem with Walmart. Their stores are always clean and the employees are always professional. Love it!

I've been ordering from Wish for a long, long time. I have never had a problem. Yes, the shipping takes forever +a day, but it's CHINA, people! Depending on where you're from, it could take months to receive your items. Also remember that you get what you pay for. Read the fine print, and don't expect miracles in shipping times. I love Wish! Great prices and excellent selection. Just a word to the wise, the sizing charts can be off. I'm a US size medium, I always order a Large/X-Large in shirts. I always order my size (6-US) in shoes, they always fit perfec tly.

I purchased a pair of platform shoes and earrings from Dolls Kill. The only reason I bought the items was because they were clearance, not to say thats a bad thing, but the regular prices on the sites merchandise is outrageous! In my opinon. As for the shipping, excellent! The shoes are awesome and comfortable as well! The only thing I dont like is that they sell some outlandish, evil things. To each his own, but seriously!? C'mon now.

I purchased several items online from them. They arrived exactly when they were supposed to. Great start! Of all the items I purchased (approximately 8 in all) a jumpsuit I ordered was a little big on me, so I simply reordered a smaller size because Rainbow does allow online items to be returned to their stores for exhange or refund, depending on how long it takes you to return it. I received the smaller size and it was perfect. I took the other one back to their store, located at 2701 S. W. College rd, Ocala Florida, store #*******. I had my receipt/ packing slip and the tag that was attached to the jumpsuit. I walked up to the counter and told the sales girl that I needed to return the item. I handed her everything I had and she proceeded to type away on her computer, never once making eye contact, or even speaking. After a few minutes she requested my credit card, so she could refund my money to the card, which by the way can take days to credit back to the card. I told her at that point that I simply wanted to pick out something else in exchange. She replied to me, sarcastically, and I quote, "Honey, you said you were returning the item, not exchanging it". Really!?! First of all, I'm NOT her "Honey", second, perhaps if she would have ASKED me what I wanted to do in the first place, instead of assuming what I, the CUSTOMER, wanted, there wouldn't have been any confusion at all. This girl and her coworker were very rude and unfriendly to both my mother and I who, by the way, spent more than what my return was worth in the first place. Overall my experience wasn't horrible. I was happy with my items. I was not happy with the in-store customer service. Very unprofessional, uncomfortable and aggravating experience!

Tip for consumers:
Beware of in-store associates!! Read the reviews! There seems to be a pattern of unprofessional employees working for this company.

I placed my order on February 28th, 2017. Still, nothing received as of today, 3/6/17. For such a large company one would think they'd have a better handle on their shipping arrival times. Too slow! I cannot say anything else at this point because I am still waiting! UPDATE: I finally received my order today, 3/9/17. Everything fit perfectly. I just wish I didn't have to wait as long as I did to receive my items. Overall I would recommend Cititrends.com but not to anyone who lacks patience.

Tip for consumers:
Don't expect fast shipping. One of the slowest I've dealt with, next to Wish.com.
