I would have given the site a five star but the shipping took a little longer than I had been informed by the site's customer service department. 3 days longer, suggesting I always have to order weeks ahead. My order ID was ******* expedited shipping. Anyway The dress looks well sewn and has all components described in the site. Pleasure shopping from you. In future improve on shipping.

My order was a combination of three dresses and to pairs of stiletto heels. I did this because I wanted to order to a total cost of 200 usd so that I could avail the free shipping that was part of a promo bundle. After I had processed and cashed out, my total bill was 207 bucks. Processing took quite a while, something like two weeks. I Mailed the C. S department and they responded almost immediately. I learned my order had been shipped. In three days time; that is from my contact day, my order came. Like any other shopper I was so Eager to open It. Anyway all orders were well designed. I will shop again from the site.

I recently ordered several articles of clothing for my daughter's birthday which just passed. I am always somewhat worried when I purchase clothes over the internet as a gift as they often show up quite different than expected. This was definitely not the case here. Everything I ordered was exactly as described and fit wonderfully! My shipment... arrived within the time frame. My daughter absolutely loved everything she got. Thank you for making my daughter's birthday gift a winner!

Everything is too small, not standard sizes, some of the items are of the poorest quality, the sole of the boots fell off after wearing them once etc. Big disappointment. Plus I had to pay extra for shipping to DHL, which was totally unexpected, since I had already paid for the shipping when I made the order. It took 3 weeks for my stuff to arrive... I will never make this mistake again and would not recommend the company to anybody.

Amazing dress. Its beautifully made and fully lined and fits almost perfectly to the measurement i supplied, as a plus size girl i was a little nervous about having a custom made dress but i am completely overjoyed by what i received. Cannot believe how simple and cheap this website was! I have recommended to all my friends. Outstanding value and I look like a million pounds in it, can't wait for the event to arrive so I can wear it!

Really nice sweater. I'm actually wearing it now. Normally I wear an S/M size, but I ordered an L just to be sure. I think that was a good decision, it fits perfectly now. By the way just like pictured, except that on the girl the gray part is still under her 'breasts', while in my case the grey part ends a bit higher.

This company uses DHL courier service which means Canadian customers will be charged a brokerage fee on their package. I ordered 10 items. The items came one or two at a time and EACH parcel had a $20+ fee applied which added $100 to my order of $200 worth of clothing. There is no mention of these fees on their site, only those of customs/duties which only amount to a few dollars. Sizing isn't consistent from one article of clothing to the next. Won't be worth the cost to send those back

I ordered 4 items from this company in separate orders. All but one of the items ordered was not as described, which left me with the decision to either return the remaining 3 items back to China at my own expense, or give them away. Shipping the items back would cost almost as much as they did to start with, and you don't get your refund until after they receive them. Right! None of these items looked the same as the pictures on the website, nor were they the size that was described. Stay away from this seller! If I could rate them a 0 I would have.

After the following review dated awhile ago, EricDress was so helpful with my returns. We now have open communication regarding my returned items as well as my refund. Thank you EricDress for being so cooperative! I look forward to shopping with you in the future!

I ordered three pairs of boots from EricDress. Not one fit properly. I have been trying to contact them through email and the international phone number they list. I have gotten no response. By time they do get in touch with me I am going to be over the 30 day return policy. I have every piece of correspondence saved so this does not happen. Could someone please get in touch with me regarding how and where I return my order and when I will receive my refund? You have my email address because I am constantly getting notifications. Please respond in a timely manner. Thank you.

Sent a jacket back 90 days ago. Still do not have my refund. Their standard reply for 3 months is that is their busy season. I have never dealt with such a deceitful company before. I will never order anything from China again. I seriously question their business practices and honesty.

I have finally received my dress from Ericdress. I tried it yesterday and I will rather say, "You can never find such a quality at that price" It was so cheap and fit well designed although it run a little bigger on the busts. This is a place to save on shopping.

The site's work was absolutely the best choice for our custom sweet 16 dress, and I would recommend them in a heartbeat. My husband and I visited several stores off-line but were unlucky to get a nice fitting dress for our daughter. The few we found were out of budget and no other designer held a candle to the service, design quality, and experience we got from this site. I appreciate the discount and the help you showered us with.

Just want to say Thanks! My dress is absolutely gorgeous. It looks better than on the picture. It had to be special ordered, so I was given a date of late mid April, but I received it Mid-March. Thanks for the prompt service, and the on-line chat is great also. I have already recommended your company to someone!

Easy to order. Size chart was a big help! Recommend to measure your feet like they say to in the shoe size chart. Fit perfect! Very comfortable straight away. Can't wait to wear them on my wedding day! Great fast shipping.
