Stumbled upon your website by accident but so pleased I did. Fantastic price for an evening dress but I was worried that if might arrive being of inferior quality. How wrong I was. The dress is beautiful and exactly as described. It fits and will be perfect for the occasion. I would unreservedly recommend you.
Worst company ever, sent back dress, post office delivered on Saturday march 5 they were closed left a card eric dress refused to pick up the dress had to go through procedure to get them to redeliver finally found out they received the dress march 14, said they would process refund in 10-15 days not the full amount still waiting April 29 have not received anything
I bought 4 items, the first one took about 3 weeks to come and the last one 5 weeks. I wanted the orange dress for a wedding, came too late and size was so wrong according to the description online, the dress was not made well, tiny at the top and hugh from the bottom!. I asked for a refund and the emails are still going back and fourth, takes 24 hours to reply each message. I was told to either sell or give the items as gifts as it would be too expensive for me to send them back. Total con on the company's part. Would never order or recommend Ericdress ever again.

I was sent a plastic handbag by Eric dress that was advertised as leather. After a protracted complaint service Paypal have agreed to refund my money.
Eric dress offered me £5 back which I refused.
Do bear in mind that if you receive shoddy goods from Eric dress it costs a lot of cash to return them to China. Eric dress know this and their goods are tat.

I placed an order for 2 evening gowns last Dec 7 and I still haven't received them. I checked the order details from the website and there was no tracking information. We are leaving out of town on Mon dec 22 and we need these dresses. If I dont get these by this weekend I will return these and get a refund. I emailed my complaint and tried to call the international phone number but no answer

Packaged very well, The size was what we ordered, but had to alter slightly as my daughter is so petite. On her prom day she looked amazing, everyone commented what a fabulous dress and where did we purchase. I would highly recommend this site and not hesitate to purchase from them again. Thank you for a great service, and my daughter absolutely loved her dress.
Our entire experience with the site and their talented team was flawless, including design, communication, execution, workmanship, and value. It took us 2 months to articulate what we wanted, but the site took only 4 weeks to translate our dreams into reality. We cannot recommend them highly enough!
I ordered this dress for my daughter and she will be married in 2 weeks. I am an old lady and I didn't know how to place an order. But I got great help from the customer service. They are so patient and helpful. Thank you so much.
There seems to be no return policy. I asked to return an item which does not fit and I received two strangely worded emails which basically say it will be expensive to send back (no address, so no idea how much) and they suggest giving the item to a friend as a gift! Or, selling locally. The item is very good quality, however, it just does not fit - it is tiny for the size labelled. This is a shame, I would like to use them again, but if you can't return goods...!

Caution: They don't really accept returns.
Read other reviews too. They ship the dress from China and then don't want to accept returns if it doesn't fit or look right. Instead, they will offer you a discount on your next purchase... for another dress that probably won't fit.

This company is a SCAM. I have all their email communications with a representative name Allen Li after not getting my order for several weeks. Following are the reasons you should NOT order from this company.
1. You will not receive your order in a timely manner.
2. This company does not take any responsibility for delivering orders to its customers in s timely fashion or offers any other solutions like expedited deliveries to meet a timeline.
3. When asked for a refund, you have to deal with your credit company as this company will not even respond to you after they have steal your money.
4. Your order is made in China so therefore there are no guarantees for the quality of the product,
5. Overall this company is a SCAM. Do not purchase anything from them. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to placing my order
I always have a wonderful time shopping online at Ericdress. I find so many coats, dresses, hats, and jewelry. I have ordered a lot of merchandise. When deliver to my home in San Antonio, Texas I can hardly wait to open the package and try on what I ordered. I am always satisfies with the dress, hat, etc. Every piece is the best quality and we'll finished. I have only one issue with Ericdress. I hope to get this settled soon.
This company is a scam. Dresses are not as pictured, fabrics are not as listed and dye crocks on your hands. Fit is terrible and not at all true to size. Delivery is endless and excuses abound. Communication with the company is close to impossible. You must pay for returns... TO CHINA! The return costs more than the dresses. The paypal account connected with this company has 2,300 complaints. I am in the process of reporting them to my state's attorney general, and other appropriate sources for restitution.

I am absolutely delighted with the quality of the items purchased and the service was second to none; polite, informative, and quick! Communication is definitely a strength with EricDress and they seem very nice people to deal with.
The import duty didn't take me by surprise, because it has caught me out before shopping elsewhere, however there is no reference to it on the site and therefore no warning for the uninitiated.
The Dress was amazing, very comfortable and easy to move around in. The Overall rating for quality, price, delivery and customer service can be described as very good and I would definitely use this website again.
I'm still waiting on my package and I spend $131 and now they're trying to offer me $15 refund. I will never buy anything from China again because of my experience with this one company. I also will be reporting it to the Better Business Bureau Facebook Instagram any social media that you're on I will let them know how I was treated by this company. I've been asking for a refund since the 11th and if you look at the tracking you can see that the package was still in China and is still in China. But they refused to send me a refund.
I got my dress weeks after they said it would be delivered and it was the wrong size than what I ordered. I've contacted a representative and they told me that, "We are manufacture not re-seller " and "returning the dress is not useful for us as well." All I want is my money back but they won't confirm my return request. Will never order again, totally dissatisfied, and will not recommend.

I Have just received the dress that I had ordered. Its beautiful and well made. It fits my daughter perfectly and is exactly as shown. Your service was excellent and the item arrived on the date you said it would. Will order again soon.
I placed an order on 12 /08 for six coats and still haven't received. I have emailed and receive a response that my order has been shipped and I should check my local post office!? They also provided a link for tracking which looks to be some BS site that doesn't even work. With the amount of money I spent I will definitely be looking for recourse if I don't receive my order soon.

Answer: Avoid this company, the sizing is inconsistent,, small being very small and the large extremely large. Even when you use their sizing guide there does not seem to be consistenency from one style to the next style of dress. YOU WOULD BE VERY DISAPPOINTED IF YOU ORDER FROM THEM.
