While looking online for an evening party dress I needed this company or a resembling company but had never been lucky. Once I got here I found out they had the exact design I was looking for here. They were easy to order from. I got a confirmation email when I ordered and another when it shipped. It came within the time frame they had predicted. I even got a hand written note thanking me for ordering and a 10 bucks coupon code which am yet to use. I'll be checking their stocks first when ordering anything online.

I got very concern about coming from China, but I gave it a shot. The clothing looks like the photos, but just looks like... The material is poor, the finishing is horrible... threads falling out everywhere... each piece that I bought, 6 total - even ordering the same size to all, came in different sizes, a few somehow fitted others did not at all, too small... I tried to return the ones that did not fit which where the most expensive ones, the answer was: "I am sorry to hear that the size does not fit you well. According to our return policy, you can return it back based on shipping cost at customer account. From our experience, the shipping fee is not cheap. It is more benificial if you can click the exclusive customer link http://www.ericdress.com?CSID=******* to select a bigger size, then we will try our best to offer you big discount. "
What am I? Crazy to other anything else from this place? How is it possible you buy things that are supposed to be the same size, but instead, each and every piece came in different ones?
Also they took longer than promised and instead of delivering on my shipment address they sent to my billing address! I had to run around to get my things.

I like the fact that the coat was designed in a way that one can hardly tell it is a coat. I got it and the coat has helped heat up my cold mornings as I work to the train station. It was quite cheap and quality.

I am happy with the brown unfinished jeans I bought here it is stylish and comfy. The jean pants is among the best collections I have and wins the bid with its elastic material.

Received my dress in right time, it was really the best purchase I made so far. Its worth the money. Wearing the maxi dress I bought from ericdress now. It is summer time and I am having it happily. I know most eyes are on me at the beach. Thanks Ericdress.

The Dress was amazing, very comfortable and easy to move around in. The Overall rating for quality, price, delivery and customer service can be described as very good and I would definitely use this website again.

UPDATE: After posting the review below i heard from ericdress that my item had shipped and they did refund me $ 5. The tracking number that they provided is not yet showing any shipment, its been a little over 30 hours since they gave the number, so hopefully this will work out. I will update again when the item is received.

I dont know if my order will ever ship or not. I ordered it 19 days ago, my credit card was charged. I sent an email 4 days ago and did get a response that my order was "in storage" and to please be patient... so i thought 3 business days was good, still nothing re: shipping. I have sent another e-mail, but if you order something DONT expect to wear it in the same season! Place your fall orders now, give up on any spring or summer items!

I ordered a dress in march, I ordered with plenty of time for it to be to me on time for prom. I contacted them multiple times with the same response, that it would make it to me on time. I was promised tracking number and everything. Prom is in 5 days. Unless it gets sent to me overnight express I know it won't get to me in time. Of course I don't have money to buy a new dress. This is really depressing, I didn't get to go to first prom and now this one :(.

I ordered a stunning pair of shoes in February - Credit Card as charged on day of purchases.

Still waiting for what was meant to be my WEDDING shoes to delivered TWO months later! After waiting patiently for a month I enquired about when I might receive my order only to be told that it had not passed a quality inspection and had to be remade, no problems - at least they didn't send out a defective product. They advised they shoes would be dispatched within the next 5-7 days... 10 days later I enquired again, I will receive them in 5-7 days... TWO and a half months later and I have given up and have requested a number of times for my purchase to be refunded as they have not been able to deliver the goods only to be told "your goods have been shipped and you will receive them in"... you guessed it 5-7 days! That was two weeks ago and still no shoes!

I ordered a custom dress from here, went to a tailor to have my sizes measured exactly, and when the dress came it did not match the measurements that were sent to them at all! I contacted them, they said I messed up the measurements. I took the dress to a different place to see about getting it altered, they informed me the measurements I sent them were not close to the ones of the dress I received, and said the dress was so terribly made there was nothing they could do to alter it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
