This was absolutely the right place to design, create and purchase my evening office party dress. The customer service was fantastic to work with from start to end. The sites designers were also very knowledgeable and patient with me throughout the entire process. I would recommend this site to anyone. The dress turned out amazing and I felt the value and experience was everything I had hoped for.
It was wonderful to work with the site and its staff! They were so helpful and patient with my many confusing choices and helped me settle at some design! The site furthermore produced an amazing work of art that totally stands out! Their attentions to detail and the craftsmanship is top notch and I highly recommend them to everyone.
They stayed within my budget and the build was quicker by about a week from the original estimated time. I will be going back for our wedding bands and in the future for any other fashion collection. I wont shop elsewhere unless they change their service quality.

He did a great job with helping me turn my idea into a sketch on paper which translated into a CAD drawing that was even better than I could have imagined it. The final product was unbelievable. Within a month of communication with the site, we had created a way better design than we originally planned! It was so easy even buying the dress from them. I went to my in box and received a message asking me about Eric Dress. When I independently (closed my mail) and viewed sitejabber through Google, and viewed my inbox, 'Sitejabber' I had NO queries. Do not respond independently of this website. I state again and again, if you want something good buy it local where you can fit it, and see it, and return it with no hassle, it may cost more in the moment, but worth it in the long run, at least you obtain the product, and see the quality. All these good reviews I suspect are being posted by the company to make themselves look good. I never did receive the item, but like I stated before I did get my money back through PAYPAL, as I escalated the claim before the time ran out... BUYER BEWARE
Please be aware that if you order goods from this company and they are faulty or do not look anything like the picture of the garment you ordered that you will have to pay to return them. I ordered 2 items at a cost of £25 plus £12.00 P & P. They took over 2 weeks to arrive and when I looked at them one was so poorly stitched with rucked up seams and cheap creased material it was un-wearable and the other looked nothing like the picture of the item I had ordered and was awful. When I contacted customer services they responded very quickly to advise me that it didn't matter what was wrong with the items their conditions state that if I want to return them it would be at my own cost and that it would be cheaper for me to keep them! I was so furious that even though I realised that it would cost me another £12.00 to send them back it was the principle and I would at least recoup some of my outlay. I posted them back on 30th March and today I have finally received confirmation that my £25 has been refunded hence I am now writing this review. My advice don't even consider buying from Eric Dress!

This company is a scam. Dresses are not as pictured, fabrics are not as listed and dye crocks on your hands. Fit is terrible and not at all true to size. Delivery is endless and excuses abound. Communication with the company is close to impossible. You must pay for returns... TO CHINA! The return costs more than the dresses. The paypal account connected with this company has 2,300 complaints. I am in the process of reporting them to my state's attorney general, and other appropriate sources for restitution.

I placed an order with EricDress for a dress on April 17,2015 for a wedding that I had to attend on May 17,2015. A couple of days after I placed the order, I asked to cancel my order and to have my money refunded, since the item was not yet shipped. EricDress stated that they could ONLY refund 50% of my money... which was not fair considering that I ordered a standard size and NOTHING was custom made. I did not want to loose my money so I decided to keep the order and hoped that it would come in time for the wedding. The dress came 5 days before the wedding. And was the WRONG size. I ordered a size 6 because according to their size chart that was my size... and they made it for a size 4. I could not fit into the dress, so I had to go get it altered. The alterations cost me over 100$. Close to the actual price of the dress itself. I want my money back because this is unacceptable, not only did I receive the WRONG size but they initially did not allow me to just cancel the order with a full refund. HORRIBLE company, will definitely never shop with them again and hope no one else does. Customer service is awful. EXTREMELY unhappy.
Also. I placed an order for a bathing suit. According to their size chart I was a Medium. Bathing suit was extremely small and petite size and did not match their description. WASTE OF MONEY!

I placed an order on 02/23/2015. I got my order on 04/11/15. I bought some shoes. Don't get me wrong, the shoes were very beautiful in the picture. They were covered in silver glitter, had spikes on the back, and cuffs around the ankles. When I got the shoes, there was no friction on the bottom of the shoe. So that makes it easy for anyone to slip and fall in high heels. The silver sparkles look like a kindergarten project. They looked like someone speaded a lot of glue on the shoe and then rolled the show in a bunch of silver glitter. When the shoe came to me, the spikes were falling off the heel. The ankle cuffs are a $#*!ing joke. In the picture, the ankle cuffs look metal, silver, and fitted. When I got them, they were very big, loose, plastic, YELLOW, and with one hole to snap them in place. Thank god I didn't order a dress because I would be very disappointed on my prom day. If I did order a dress, since they make them, I still won't have a dress by now probably. When you email their representatives team, they respond back with a bull$#*! $#*! response that sounds so careless. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! They all tell me the same thing over and over and may switch up what they said. I remember I asked about how long it'll take for my order to get here. I got a response saying 8-12 days. Each week I didn't get a package, I would ask about my order. A couple of weeks later, I asked the same question. A representative told me up to 20 days this time. PEOPLE READING THIS. DO NOT BUY FROM ERICDRESS.COM! You will not be happy with these scam $#*!, fraud $#*! people. I wish people can see my review before searching ericdress. This review was made from a pissed off customer's point of view. If you order from ericdress.com, you will be wasting your time bending your fingers on a keyboard to tell people about this poor $#*! company on a review website. AGAIN, DON'T BUY FROM ERICDRESS.COM!
