In all honesty, this was my first time ordering. I had watched a few videos on YouTube as I was skeptical that ericdress provided the same level of quality as in the photos of items displayed on the site; that's until my order came though. I was actually like a kid at Christmas because the quality of the items were better than expected and I was screaming around the house in awe. The clothing texture was not cheap-looking or transparent. My shoes are high quality. My accessories look amazing and just as reflected in the site images. Delivery was prompt and I never once had to reach out to ericdress about my order or its delivery. I am pleased with my experience and I believe that ericdress will be around for many years to come, if they keep their prices affordable and the quality of their products at its current standard or greater. I found my Tribe!
I ordered a dress for my daughter's prom and was concerned whether it would arrive in time. It did and was beautiful with no alterations needed.

2/7/18 - ordered dress in size 4:
I did not create an account on the ericdress.com website
I did not receive an email confirmation for my purchase, but did receive a receipt from PayPal.
I emailed *******@ericdress.com with my concerns (no receipt, no confirmation or tracking information) and requested more information - did not receive, but did receive the dress.
The dress is too big
2/11/18 - ordered the same dress in size 2:
This time I created an account on the ericdress.com website
Received an email confirmation, order number, etc.
They shipped (and I received) another size 4 dress. This dress is also too big. I have emailed *******@ericdress.com, but they insist that they sent at size 2, but that the dress is labelled incorrectly. I beg to differ as this dress is also too big.
I opened the dispute with PayPal in hopes to get ericdress to send me a size 2 dress
According to the return policy outlined here: https://www.ericdress.com/help/returning-replacement-refund-356.html#detail1 I should be able to ship the dresses back to Los Angeles, and after multiple emails asking for the CA address, and a ton of frustration, I have decided to ship the dresses back to China. I have yet to receive a refund from PayPal.
Every time I order from ericdress I end up very satisfied. Everything is high quality, right size, right color. I am very happy with them.
Love it! The coat was delivered almost 2 weeks ahead of schedule. The coat is warm and not heavy in weight. Its exactly what I expected for the amount it cost. If I have any complains it would be the fit normally I am a large in coats, however it seems this style runs small so I went up a size to XL and its perfect. I am very satisfied and would definitely order from here in the future.
This is the worst site on the internet for service I can't say anything about their products because I shopping £180 and also I paid £36 duty and tax to government but I receive $#*!ing second hand and rubbish sttaf from them and I try to send them back but they said I can give you $12 discount. It's so funny and it is toribul. I'll be on every site that reviews companies to write a review. Don't steal my money and think you can continue doing business as usual. After talking to someone in customer service I was able to resolve my issue with Ericdress and they have agreed to refund the cost of my items less the shipping fee which is admirable, shopping here might not be so bad. Thank you.
I bought a dress from this site. When it came it was so different from the online photo. It was at least 3 size small and made from a very cheap material. I tried to return it but they wouldnt give a full refund. Only 50 % of what you paid for minus s/h and you have to pay to ship it back to their warehouse. Stay away from this site. You will just waste your hard earned money. Horrible customer service as well.
It has now been over 60 days since I ordered my jacket. I still have not received it. I think this company is officially scamming people. They sent me apology emails every week, stating that, "the jacket was in high demand & to please be patient".

I ordered a jacket over a month ago and still haven't received it. Rose from customer service keeps saying that they are working on it. Disappointing-
Can't recommend enough. My fellas daughter got married earlier this year and he paid £1700 for her dress. As its our 2nd marriages I looked and ordered mine and its very similar apart from price. Not expecting a lot as I only paid nearly £126. Mine is far better than his daughters. I've seen the horror stories on various sites and was a bit weary, but honestly its absolutely gorgeous. I wouldn't hesitate to order again.

The chat service is with someone called Rita whose command of the English language is poor and her training in Customer Service woeful. She does not answer questions she does not like and her replies are virtually unintelligible.
I placed an order for two items. A week later I am told one is out of stock and that I should order an alternative by emailing them at the above address that does not work. I ask for a refund and am sent an email confirming a refund in a currency I have not paid in (US Dollars) for a much smaller amount. After spending a further 15 minutes on a second chat session I finally received an email confirming a refund of the correct amount. Whether they will actually do what they now say they will is dubious, but at least I will be able to open a dispute via PayPal if they do not.
No idea about the quality of the items they offer for sale but their administration and customer service is an absolute shambles.
UPDATE: I received a very quick refund via PayPal for the full amount I paid, so there are people in this company who conduct themselves in a professional manner.

Bought a dress, having issue ( problem) with the lace, they send back an email, asking me to give them the right measurement? THE LACE ALL COOKED and off, I even send them the picture of the dress and how the lace had sew.the problem never solve but this stupid site sending me around with all wrong question. After some email to and fro, I got a partial refund which is fair since some of the items were ok. They responded fairly quickly to my Sitejabber review and after that responded fairly quickly to my emails.

Answer: Avoid this company, the sizing is inconsistent,, small being very small and the large extremely large. Even when you use their sizing guide there does not seem to be consistenency from one style to the next style of dress. YOU WOULD BE VERY DISAPPOINTED IF YOU ORDER FROM THEM.
