I placed an order for a Ahsoka Tano Rebel black figure, with process and shipping this $21 figure came out closer to $40. After getting confirmation that it had arrived, I thought it strange since it was back ordered. So seeing my mailbox and opening the package wonder why it was small for a black figure I find that it is Ahsoka but they sent me a Funko pop. I immediately emailed *******@entainment to get a we will reach out to you in 5 business days. The sad part is that now we are heading into April and I have not heard from them. I called their helpline at 8:50am only to be placed on hold for over 11 minutes to the say leave a voicemail. Thinking maybe to get a call say 10,11, or even 12 I get a call at 5:15pm and ended up missing the call to again go through and wait again after 5 minutes I had enough. I had many other pre-orders with them and after this frustration I decided to cancel all my preorders. I get the Covid thing but answering an email shouldn't take that long and letting it go now close to a month is out right ridiculous. I will not be ordering from them again moving forward.
I always appreciate how helpful and great entertainment earths customers are with me over the phone. They always help me out and resolve my issue. I love entertainment earth and the funko pops they sell. I also appreciate Donald Tapia being a great sales rep!

I ordered inventory from the wholesale dep. Upon trying to cancel the order immediately after cancellation they said there would be a 15 percent restocking fee. This amounted to $2300 for the wholesale order I placed. The inventory was not even pulled from the shelf. There was fine print on the multiple documents that I signed that said that there is a 15% restocking fee. I admit I did not see the fine print.
This is however a predatory business practice that makes no sense at all. I was penalized for an order cancellation even though they did not even process my order. Very unfair.
My account rep was unaccommodating even when I offered to order other inventory and take an account credit.

Hello everyone. My personal experience with Entertainment Earth has come out to be very disappointing. I'm a 42 year old disabled man that place a pre-order through Entertainment Earth for a Masters of the Universe Classics Snake Mountain. This item came out to about $600 and some change. This item was pushed back to January do to suppose production issues along with covid-19. I had contacted Entertainment Earth on many accounts to see if I could make payments on this item through my debit card or a money order. The individual I spoke to a new phone said they wasn't able to take payments of any sort, but he ensured me not to worry that I would get my item and I would receive an email around the first of the month so I could pay for the item. The item ended up being released in early December and the owners of this company swear up and down that they sent me a email which I had never received. I called Entertainment Earth on December 15th to confirm and make sure that the item is still coming out in January and this is when I found out that there was early release on the item. The individual that had spoken to on the phone acting like he really didn't care about my situation is said that it wasn't his responsibility! I am very hurt and angry over this entire situation and I highly suggest you all of your fellow collectors that you please take your business elsewhere. Entertainment Earth promises one thing to their customers then they turn around and do the complete opposite of what they claim. I highly recommend shopping through BigBadToyStore, tfdirect, tfsource, Robo toy base or the chosen Prime for all your collectors needs.

On top of the fact that they charge a ridiculously expensive shipping rate. They take forever to ship and when they do, they use the slowes, most unreliable third party shipping company. I ordered an in stock item a month ago and only half of my order is finally moving and the other one is still in California. Neither part of my order has been handed to USPS for delivery.
Their "customer service" is equally inefficient and slow and good luck getting someone answering your emails.
Never buying from them again and neither should you.

Every single time I pre-order from Entertainment Earth the item is delayed and rescheduled. Sometimes even multiple times. I really never trust in pre-ordering from them anymore if I can find items at better sites.

The information we post to our website comes to us directly from the manufacturer. We post the ETA information in good faith that they will be able to make deliveries based on their given estimates. Unfortunately, unforeseen issues can arise during the production and distribution of items such as this. Manufacturers do not share with us the reasons for delays, so we cannot predict when or if any delays will occur, or how long the delay will last.

If there was something that Entertainment Earth could do to influence the speed with which manufacturers deliver their merchandise, we would certainly press them on these issues. My issue with them seems to be resolved after multiple calls.
They still need to figure out a more efficient shipping method and way to articulate their process.

I ordered an item on back order. It was a really popular item, so I was fine waiting. About a year but honestly it was a mew item and the wait on any other site was just as long or longer.
The problem is, during the past year my credit card was stolen, I was issued a new one, and completely forgot to try and get in contact with EE to update the info. Now it's time to bill me and ship the item. I'm getting three emails over three days that my order will be canceled because the card won't go through. NOWHERE on the site does it allow you to update the card on file. The site let me remove the old card, but there's no way to add a new one. I've sent three emails asking how I can update my card and no response. But I keep getting the email that threatens to cancel my order.

This site is a joke no really it is cause I live in Arizona and they are based in California so explain to me after filling out the info why in the blue ****** is my order Idaho? Like wtf? Then when I go to ask what's going on I basically get called stupid but in a nicer way then being told we offered you a refund and you declined I can honestly say no you guys didn't now I'm out 119 $ haha this site is a joke these people will rip ya off don't waste your time with this site just saying from my personal experience with them

Do not order from them. They won't ship for weeks on in-stock items and won't allow you to cancel the order, even though they've done nothing with it.

After multiple issues with USPS's Shipping Service I contacted Donald Tapia who was able to quickly straighten things out. I am very pleased with EE's 10/10 EXCELLENT customer service and will be ordering from them again. If you're ever having issues, Donald is the man to go to!
I recently preordered a couple items from this site and will not do business with them again. A few weeks before the items were suppose to be shipped, I received an email claiming the figures were cancelled due to a halt in company production. Long story short, I contacted the actual toy company themselves, and they mentioned this was not the case. Seems like the issue involved getting the items in separate listings instead of one where they were together. Whatever the case, I would have appreciated clarification on the issue rather then receiving misinformation. Wish my order hadn't been cancelled but instead, just split as well.

We live in a world where competition is everywhere. We are also living in a world where if a service is not provided properly you stand to lose out to that competition in the end. I ordered the newest joker Funko pop through their website. This specific POP, 1989 Batman Joker, has two different kinds of jokers. I included in my note to them which specific joker I needed because I already had the other one. So I placed the order with my instructions. It took over a month for the item to arrive. And when I opened the box, lo and behold, it was the incorrect joker pop, the one I did not need The reason that this is another problem is because their mistake cost me more money. I had to go to a different website to purchase the correct joker that I needed, because EE and other sites were sold out, and it wound up being $50 more expensive because the value of that specific pop increased by five times. And to add insult to injury, EE did not provide a refund on the shipping to send it back to them when I originally paid for the shipping for the original order to get to me. Suffice it to say, it is not worth purchasing any item from these individuals. There are many other websites that can get you the same items, get to you quicker, and treat you better. And if you do decide to purchase with EE, buyer beware.

I pre - ordered 2 items and realized I wanted another pre - order item. I called customer service and I was helped by Donald. He could adjust the order at that time because it was not in the system. He assured me that he could help me later in the day after the order was of record. He gave me his phone extension and told me to cal him back in a few hours. I called back and in a minute, he added the item and sent me a new order confirmation. Donald was attentive, courteous, friendly and just amazing. Donald is a credit to EE! Please give him all the credit possible for being such a great employee!

Terrible shipping practices. Call after call, e mail after e mail, no one has ever taken the time to research where my package is. It has been 2 weeks since I placed the order and I have yet to receive it. Most likely it is lost, however; they refuse to do the research. Turns out they do not ship through UPS or USPS. They use a 3rd party shipping source. Most likely they went the cheap route because they offered free shipping. I could have ordered this from many different sources and would have received it by now. Shipping status was finally added today with an estimated delivery date of 4/27... 3 weeks after order, if it even makes it on that date

I was lied to in order for them to get me to order from them. When i complained a out not receiving the product i paid for they basically called me stupid but in a nicer way. Answer: They don't care. Just about pocketing the majority of the shipping and sending to you the cheapest way possible. They even do this their wholesale customers too, but worse.
