The price I paid for my Funko pops and the outrageous shipping cost you would think you'd get it in less than a full week, but no. You would think they could put a little packing in for protection but no. When I emailed them about this issue I got a generic response about their great only 1% return rate and I shouldn't worry. Of course the next item that came was damaged from banging around inside the shipping box that had no packing at all. If I send it back I get a refund and then put on back order for a replacement which is just a hassle.

Got many of orders of in stock Funko pops with no issues, but when receiving one that was destroyed and not during shipping either, they wouldn't replace it even though they still had it in stock and then took forever to refund. At the same time, after months of waiting for 5 different back order items (THAT THEY TOOK MY MONEY FOR UPFRONT BTW!) they got cancelled with no explanation of why?? The funny thing is I could just go back on there and order those same items still showing back order. That is a scam in my opinion if they take your money but can't tell you even an estimate of when it will come.

I have got multiple orders of Funko pops from them, and one order was for 30 pops. All my orders have come very fast, and in good condition. I will continue ordering more.


Took a week to ship, and never responded to an email about it. Then they kindly sent the order incomplete without even emailing me that one item wasn't sent, they just refunded that item even though it showed in the shipping order. Then on top of that some items were damaged. Customer service is nonexistent, and shipping was outrageous. First and last time I will ever do business with this store again.
