See pictures included. Have zero respect and think they can get away with it. Preorders take ages to ship and well... just check the other reviews here. What is funny is the 'Jenna J.' who gave 5 stars. Jenna was the one that responded to me with only a 'lol' when asked if the accusations were true. They don't care. And they lie apparently. Don't believe the positive reviews. You were warned.

Took a week to ship, and never responded to an email about it. Then they kindly sent the order incomplete without even emailing me that one item wasn't sent, they just refunded that item even though it showed in the shipping order. Then on top of that some items were damaged. Customer service is nonexistent, and shipping was outrageous. First and last time I will ever do business with this store again.

I ordered 16 items and 4 days later received a credit memo telling me that my items were out of stock. I had already paid. When I tried to write and ask questions they told me that I was "bat$#*! crazy" for asking simple questions and they cancelled my order. In the last month I have dealt with hundreds of people when purchasing pops and have never been treated like this. Their ad for low prices is just to lure you in and then they don't have them.

Spend your money elsewhere! I have never received worse service from an online retailer. My order was not complete and took long to ship. I emailed them and they could care less. Never again!

Terrible customer service. Sad to see so many other similar reviews. For anyone reading this, don't spend on faster shipping. It ain't going to happen. Also, don't expect a friendly attitude either. You'll be disappointed.

Im having trouble uploading a picture of how the email went but I'll be more than happy to copy and paste:

Me: Hi, I paid for express 2 day shipping on Sunday night and still haven't received my order or a tracking oemail. Will I be refunded the extra shipping cost?

Rude customer service agent: Just because you paid for 2 day shipping doesn't mean your order will get to you in 2 days. There is still packaging and processing time and even then 2 day shipping isn't guaranteed.

I'm cancelling your order now. Please don't buy from us again. Thanks.

Me: A simple explanation with a different approach would have sufficed.

Thanks for canceling the order. You took that extra step off my hands.

Rude customer service agent: Shouldn't have to clarify. It's common sense.

No companies process orders same day and definitely not on a Sunday.

You want 2 day shipping, order from Amazon.

Horrible customer service I tried to order again and the refunded me and told me never to order from them again and called me a "piece of $#*!"
Now I know why they are going out of business

They cancelled my order without informing me. When I tried contacting customer service the lady was rude and dismissive and refused to explain why my order was cancelled. Also the listing was misleading. Trying to explain this was met with more rudeness.

Ordered a few Funko Pop!'s from them along with some protectors. Everything came super fast (2 days) and wrapped very well in bubble wrap. They even threw in a few stickers which my kids loved! Thanks so much A++++++++

Their pins are bootleg. Don't buy from a store that offers bootleg items because you never know if the rest of their inventory is bootleg as well. There are better stores out there.

Excellent! Their packaging was great, shipping very fast and the condition of the pops mint or near mint. Definitely buying from them again and again!

They canceled my preorder because I gave negative feedback on their customer service. They obviously don't care about their customers or the quality of service they receive. I'll be buying elsewhere from now on.

My friend shared this site with the other day, so I figured I would check it out. I was blown away by the variety of the selection and how inexpensive it was! Now, I must point out it was inexpensive, not cheap. For just a few dollars, I didn't expect much, but when I received them, I amazed by the level of quality. My only complaint is that I didn't find it sooner!

I was completely impressed with the service and final product from Capsule Corp Comics. Their shipping was way faster than I expected from a comics company, and the packaging was perfect. All in all I would definitely order from these guys again. Perfect 5 stars.
