Terrible shipping practices. Call after call, e mail after e mail, no one has ever taken the time to research where my package is. It has been 2 weeks since I placed the order and I have yet to receive it. Most likely it is lost, however; they refuse to do the research. Turns out they do not ship through UPS or USPS. They use a 3rd party shipping source. Most likely they went the cheap route because they offered free shipping. I could have ordered this from many different sources and would have received it by now. Shipping status was finally added today with an estimated delivery date of 4/27... 3 weeks after order, if it even makes it on that date
