After ordering my item, they didn't ship it out within the processing time they promised, they then couldn't cancel it even though it hadn't shipped yet and here I sit typing a negative review because my item still hasn't been shipped and I'm rolling onto a fourth day that they still haven't shipped my item. That being a business day, because if we add the weekend you would also know that they still haven't shipped my damned product or even prepared it for shipping which most companies do.

I recommend going to otakumode.com, where you can get your product cheaper, because apparently had I gone to their website i would've saved 12$, by the way it does include shipping. So, I would've paid 74$ instead of the 86$ I spent.

Their customer support promised it'd be shipped out today, which I still think is a lie, because it would've been shipped out by 10am, like they had mentioned and that I now have to wait for about 24-48 hours just 'cause apparently it takes an automated system that long to send it thought.

After trying to order a few items as Christmas gifts for my husband at a couple of different vendors, only to be told several days later, "Sorry, it's out of stock and won't be in for several weeks", I was able to find the items he requested through EntertainmentEarth. Donald in customer service was courteous throughout the whole process and explained up front that there were plenty of each item in stock to ensure I would receive them and re-verified all of my information to ensure accuracy for shipment. I wish more companies were as detail oriented.

I called Entertainment Earth with an issue that quite honestly, it was my fault and was pretty bummed out about it, but the customer service rep I had the pleasure of speaking with (Donald) went above and beyond his duties to turn my bad day into a positive and wholesome experience. He was very understanding, knowledgeable and respectful. He brainstormed and gave me different options to solve my issue and in the end I must say, even if my issue hadn't been resolved I'd still be happy just because of how much effort he put in.

We need more employees like Donald in this world. Promote above peers! I look forward to continue to do business with EE.

I have been a customer for years and yes I have had issues. Donald always works to make things right. I truly believe he is a good person even away from work. There is no act or method or plan Donald is just plat out special. He is the type of person who will stop to help someone stranded on the road. He is just a good fair person. EE is lucky to have him and so am I as a customer. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

I have been a customer for some time. When I called today to place another order for my husband, I got Donald. Even though my last order was several months ago, I was blown away that he immediately remembered me, and that my husband was the BIG Star Wars and Transformers fan. He really took me by surprise and was so nice, caring and energetic, despite being sick with a cold. The guy was such a trooper answering all my questions and placing my large order all the while I could hear him occasionally sniffling and coughing and still was carrying a conversation with me about the Regan Library Fire when I asked about it. I had no idea Entertainment Earth was close by, and was grateful to hear that it was promptly put out in that area. He was more informative than CNN, ABC, and Fox news combined while putting my order through so easily. He even applied my $15 off promo that I just got in the mail. AND you want to talk about getting the personal touch, right before our conversation ended, Donald gave me his extension and told me whenever I needed to make any future orders, or even if I just had any questions, I could call him personally. WOW! I HAVE NEVER BEEN TOLD THAT BY ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT. In this day and age, whenever I call for customer service at any place else, it's a crap shoot who you get, and most of the time you get someone who doesn't know anything about you and is from a different COUNTRY. And after reading other reviews of Donald Tapia online, I realized this is WHO HE IS. He does this all the time. He treats ALL of his customers this way. This is a no brainer... Attended NYCC 2019 and had the pleasure of dealing with quite possibly the most amazing and professional rep. I have ever dealt with from any company, Mr. Donald Tapia.
He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience dealing with Entertainment Earth a memorable one.
Separate from the NYCC event, Mr. Tapia assisted me in obtaining an item I have been after for quite some time from Entertainment Earth. He went above and beyond and even remembered our meeting at the NYCC event when I contacted him for the item I was searching for. More companies would do right by their customers with an individual such as Mr. Tapia working for them...

I had the privilege of speaking with Edward Haller. He was very kind and made me feel like my suggestion mattered. I offered an idea and he loved it and supported it. He listened and we chatted a bit about Star Wars products. He walked me through some neat features on the site - like being able to save things of interest. So that emails populate with those filters essentially. I am pleased to do business with entertainment earth mainly because of the care and concern that you all take with the products. The packaging is always perfect and done with care. I truly appreciate it. Edward is an awesome person!

The booth crew and most enthusiastically Donald Tapia (who excellently helped us at both SDCC and NYCC 2019) is a great attention to your booth crew at Entertainment Earth. Donald seems to always be in good fun spirits, friendly and swift both times he has checked us out the booth. Line waits where also well organized and staff constantly made the time pass well buy keeping us informed of item stock and availability with clear signs showing end of line and the buttons and con badge stickers the staff pass out while we wait are nice and very geeky. Thank you Entertainment Earth we will hit your booth each time we go to a con and now checkout your online store based on Donald recommendatios
