During my visit to the 2019 New York City Comic Con I received AMAZING service from their employee Donald. Donald had amazing customer service! He was very insightful of the products being sold that day, very professional and personable. He is definitely an employee to be recognize for his professionalism and hard work. I have never purchased from Entertainment Earth before but I will definitely purchase from them again.

My son and I purchased 2 of the SDCC 2019 10" Charmander shared exclusives while@ SDCC 2019. We bought them on Sunday, the last day of the con with less than a half hour left before close even. The booth was chaotic and understandably so, if I was a employee there I'd be itching to get out fast as well. The items we bought came packaged 2 per case, so asking for 2 prompted the employee to hand me a sealed case. Much later after the close of the convention we opened the package to discover our 2 items did not have the SDCC exclusive sticker them, only the Target exclusive sticker. What a bummer! I had seen employees placing stickers on the items as each one sold, but didnt even think twice about ours not having this sticker. I took the time to email EE about the issue and after more than a few emails back and forth over the last few months I did receive a phone call from a gentleman informing me that EE did in fact manage to acquire some additional stickers from Funko to send to my son and I. To my knowledge they have not yet been mailed, but after a few weeks with no communication and getting a phone call now after most hope had been lost, I know that they have at the very least attempted to resolve my issue and for that alone I am grateful. For any company to work so diligently on a resolution of such minimal importance to everyone except me speaks a lot to the type of people that they have working for them. I hope the stickers do one day arrive, but if not no big. The phone call from a genuine, real person over just another email was a great way to show a customer they are important.

Really great customer service, fast friendly customer reps. I had the pleasure of being helped by Donald and I'm seriously dropping all the other online stores that communicate solely through emails. Yup its Entertaining Earth for me from now on. Plus the items that I did ordered I recieved them on time as promised. I pre ordered a few items with another site and was hit or miss, I'd get emails saying "sorry we apologize the item that you preordered is out of stock" so yeah I think I found my new source for collectables.

I have ordered hundreds of items from Entertainment Earth, and I am never disappointed... Everything from their pre-orders tactics to shipping efficiency is excellent! They have much of the latest merchandise at a lower cost, and make sure to be extra careful with how items are packaged. Never has an item come damaged because of negligence on EE's part (now the post office is a different story). Even customer service is extraordinary. I order many collectibles from EE, and when ever I have to call in, I'm taken cared of 100%. I spoke to Donald today (08/21/19), and he was absolutely amazing. He was able to process my request and went the extra mile to make sure that all my purchases above $100 had free shipping. I foresee myself doing with Entertainment Earth for many, many years!

I had become very frustrated because I received back-to-back damaged Star Wars figures. I called to check on the return policy and I was fortunate enough to reach Donald Tapia. He was an incredible help. She got the two items reordered and shipped immediately as well as assisted on returning the damaged goods. When I made the phone call I was extremely upset but by the time I was done working with mr. Tapia I had it a good impression of the company again. I cannot give Donald enough stars!

After purchasing a item from entertainment earth the item was sent to the wrong address then returned to sender, after 10+ calls to USPS and Entertainment Earth I was informed that the package was sent to an old address and I would have to pay to have it shipped again and if i decide I want a refund it would not include the shipping I had already paid. This is exactly why large corporations are destroying small internet business.
