I love the customer service at Entertainment Earth. Even if you don't get ahold of anyone at that point of time leave a message and they WILL get back to you. Donald Tapia always helps me with damage issues replacements or if I had any issues with any order, he always helped me with the utmost respect and professionalism. Thank you as always Donald for helping me and making me happy with my purchases
