I called Entertainment Earth with an issue that quite honestly, it was my fault and was pretty bummed out about it, but the customer service rep I had the pleasure of speaking with (Donald) went above and beyond his duties to turn my bad day into a positive and wholesome experience. He was very understanding, knowledgeable and respectful. He brainstormed and gave me different options to solve my issue and in the end I must say, even if my issue hadn't been resolved I'd still be happy just because of how much effort he put in.
We need more employees like Donald in this world. Promote above peers! I look forward to continue to do business with EE.
