Never received the product that I ordered despite following up so many times. Very disappointed and would request all to only buy from this wesbsite if you are ready to gamble. In case of any issue, there is no one whom you can talk to and mails are unanswered. Don't put your hard earned money at risk just to save few bucks.

SCAM! Warning Avoid

Ordered a s8. After multiple emails and messages no response. Has been over a week and no tracking info, email or delivery code.

They also blackmailed me into closing my paypal dispute and threatened to keep the delivery on hold until I close the paypal claim. They are still not delivering the phone.

If the deals too good to be true...

Eglobal already have the following with order number:
* 3 emails
* phone call
* support ticket
* PayPal resolution centre (threatened into closing)

Still have received no phone

Also to where do I send the order number? Eglobal do not reply back to anything

Lens ordered 18/11/17
Since then: 4 Emails from me asking for progress report.
From them: 2 automated responses promising a reply from customer services.
Involved PayPal: 2 more Emails from me From them: Nothing.
No Lens, no refund. So I escalated my claim.
They are still advertising the lens I ordered of course I wonder which lucky punter will win the lottery and actually receive it?
Before you use Global Central look at the1*/5* Ratio and only buy if you're feeling lucky.

Attempted to buy an Android Media player and expected it to arrive within a week at most which i perceive to be normal. Contacted eGlobal who stated that they can require up to 21 working days for delivery... thats 21 working days which is over 4 weeks. When they finally attempted to deliver on 2 separate occasions while i was waiting at home they never arrived and instead i received notification that an attempt at delivery was made and a message left by the courier. This is a fabrication and i have requested a refund... still no refund received after a week=diabolical

Well, eGlobal Central UK have vilified themselves. I had previously criticised the company over various matters. Mainly that emails were left unanswered and contact by any other form was impossible.
However, I did receive a response to two of my emails and although the purchase was not delivered within ten days, it WAS delivered on the ELEVENTH day. This information was emailed to me and no import duty had to be paid by me, the camera was UK specification, Brand New and unopened. Three pin UK plug for the charger and ALL instructions in English.
I am very happy with my purchase and especially with a saving of nearly £200 over any UK online store!

I bought a Samsung smartphone last year and there was a problem with the gyroscope once received. I started a return but then the issue vanished before I sent the item back and I had to cancel the return due that if there is no issue on the returned item I would have had to pay £30 to get it back.
After 3 months the issue came back so I started a warranty return. They first say that it will take 4-6 weeks to repair but as of now they have added further 3 weeks to receive the item, send the item to their hubs, inspect the item. I am now in the 6th week of repair plus 3 weeks of 'receiving the item and checking' and I still don't know when I will receive the phone.
Next time I will rather spend 30£ more and buy it somewhere else than wait all of this time for a warranty repair.

I bought a GoPro5 Black, i carefully read reviews on lots of sights and decided it was worth the risk. I dont need the camera for a month so wasnt planning on phoning support to track an item in the middle of the sea on a freight ship with millions of other items. Don't expect customer support when you save money. Pay less and be patient or pay more and get poor customer service potentially anyway. The camera is sensational and happy it is genuine. I have a Gopro Hero and this is a huge improvement. I would recommend eGlobal every day of the week. Took roughly a week to deliver but if it was 15-20 days i would still be recommending this company for the savings alone. Buy with confidence, just be patient.

I bought an LG V20 in September 17. The phone arrived quickly. The packaging was all intact, the phone box was not shrink wrapped and the screen protective film had also been removed. I noticed a chip on the edge of the screen, which then extended to a fine hairline crack about the size of a 2 Pence coin. Only way to contact these cowboys is through an RMA. I sent them a photograph as well. They denied all responsibility and offered to start a claim against the courier. Yet this phone either was returned/reconditioned are damaged at eGlobal. I am now pursuing money back from the Credit card company. I also learned from my credit card company that I should send an RMA stating that the phone is ready for collection and can be collected by eGlobal. Be warned if things go wrong there is no comeback.

Be Aware. I purchased a Asus phone from them in the amount of $516.00 on 2/2/17. The phones camera failed after 6 months and I was told to send it to them to get repaired. The phone has a one year warranty. I spent $80.00 to ship it to Hong Kong. The phone was received on 8/18/17. It is now 11/14/17 and I still do not have my phone. I keep getting excuses like they are still trying to fix it, they are doing final testing. Nothing but BS. THEY HAVE HAD MY PHONE FOR ALMOST 90 DAYS. I even went so far as to tell them to just give me a prorated buy out because Ive had to purchase another phone.
Please save you money and do not every purchase anything from this company. Its obvious they dont stand by their word or products.

Having left a 100% fantastic review for a previous order i have just experienced a very poor situation in contrast.
I ordered a X100F Fuji during one of their 'Flash" sales, paid and waited eagerly. 3 Days later i was sent a very standard email saying that my order was cancelled and i was being refunded. They are still advertising this camera and it shows in stock.
On emailing 'Alice' at eglobal, i was informed that some stock had been 'damaged' and that they were cancelling orders - i wasn't asked if id be prepared to wait for new stock or any alternative solution? Maybe Fuji have stopped making this model?
All in all a very poor, un personal service and i will not be attempting to buy from this company again.
Communication is lagging and slow (days to respond) and i would suggest for peace of mind that you buy somewhere else

Terrible customer service, horrible long time for process warranty case (negative), I am forced to them rules even they fail in the time and quality of process + they want to charge me fees 80 pounds if I want to recieve back the phone if not they will keep it. For eglobalcentral everything is ok when in fact screentouch doesn't work properly during charging the phone. Do not want to return money, fix the problem or propose a new device or anything else. Totally disappointed and do not recommend to anyone!

I purchased a pair of headphones of the site and all was well... until the left earphone became significantly more quiet and faulty. I sent them to the site where they claimed that there was nothing wrong with the. I repeatedly asked them to specifically check the volume was the same on either earphone.
They then said nothing was wrong and that i owed them £25 since there was nothing wrong with them. I payed the fee and they were returned to me, only for me to find that they are still faulty.
Terrible service throughout plus the lying customer service.
Awful company.

I had to return a phone within its warranty period, the phone was found to be faulty and returned to the manufacturer who said it was unrepairable. So far this process has taken 3 MONTHS to get a replacement phone.

They tried to give me a refurbished phone in a different colour as replacement, which I have refused.

Their customer service is unparalleled in its ineptitude. Communications have gone ignored. Questions unanswered. I have asked repeatedly as to how to make a formal complaint, yet never received any information. My only conclusion is that they don't give a damn about customer service and experience.

I am still waiting for my replacement phone...

Based upon my experience I would never use or recommend this company ever.

UPDATE 28/6/17

I got my replacement phone! Yay... nay - they sent me the Blue Refurbed phone that I rejected and not the New Black version that they said they would send... these people tell their customers porkies and do whatever they want

Do NOT touch this company!
We ordered and paid for two new iPads from what we thought was a UK company.
The parcel arrived, the label stated 24 hour next day delivery and showed the weight as 1kg, which is exactly the weight of one boxed iPad. The label also said "1 of 1" (therefore confirming that only one was sent).
I emailed them on at least 4 occasions, but received no response, which left me no alternative but to open a case via PayPal. I informed PayPal that my husband was using, and happy with his iPad and we only wanted a refund for the missing iPad.
They obviously took ages to respond to PayPal, but eventually stated that they wanted the iPad back in its "original condition" before issuing a refund. They also wanted me to pay postage to send it to Hong Kong! I told PayPal we had never dealt with anyone from HK, and didn't see why we should be out of pocket paying for postage when it was their error all along. PayPal finally managed to get a UK return address, and also refunded me the postage.
After nearly 3 months, we finally received a refund from PayPal.
From reading other reviews, it seems I am not the only one to have had similar problems with them, so be warned!

Bad support

Bad service when a product is physically damage due to poor quality.
My UP3 rubber band was ripped due to poor quality,
Jawbone admits the problem, but eGlobal wont exchange the UP3 for a new one.
They hold on to the fact that they do not give warranty when a product has physical damage.
Maybe thinking with the customer to come to a good solution is too much time, selling has priority one, customer satisfaction has no priority

A cheat company

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a iPhone 11 pro max for my son's birthday will within time to be able to get it with their super slow processing time. After 2 week I wrote asking when I was likely to receive it and I was told that the order was cancelled upon my reques?!?!? I never told them to cancel it and finally they came out and said that the product was out of stock so THEY cancelled I order.
This is a joke of a company - very unprofessional and full of cheaters.

I ordered a camera for my daughter for Christmas. It arrived with a Hong Kong charger and no compatibility with the cable attached to a UK plug they supplied. As it was Christmas, I went out and bought a replacement from Currys but they refused to take the item back even though it was clearly not capable of working in the UK. They suggested I went out and bought a bulky travel adapter instead.

Remember this motto if you deal with eGlobal. It may be a UK website address but they are based in Hong Kong. I ordered a camera and failed to follow my own Golden Rule of not dealing with the cheapest supplier. Everything seemed to be nice and straightforward until the camera arrived and I set it all up only to find that it was a Japanese model - AND it stated on the box "Not to be sold outside Japan". Using eGlobal's automated complaints system was less than satisfactory and they just prevaricated. I got my money back by claiming through PayPal but I still had to pay to ship the camera back to HK, so the saving I thought I was making was gone in an instant. No apology from eGlobal. Poor experience - BE WARNED!
