I have placed two orders. One on the 2nd of Sept that you have cancelled on the 29th of Sept on the basis of the product being out of stock. You should have mentioned that to me before I placed the order and not 3 weeks later.

On 29th of Sept I have placed a new order for a product that apparently was is stock but never arrived. I have been in touch with the customer service via email, they have acknowledged receiving my inquiry and that they will investigate the matter. Since then (11th of Oct) I have tried to get in touch with customer service (sent numerous emails) that had been left with no response. You now have my phone, my money and fail to respond! I regret making the decision to place the orders with you. I should have spent the extra money and buy the product off a reputable seller and not let myself scammed.
