Hi, I have placed two orders. One on the 2nd of Sept that you have cancelled on the 29th of Sept on the basis of the product being out of stock. You should have mentioned that to me before I placed the order and not 3 weeks later. On 29th of Sept I have placed a new order for a product that apparently was is stock but never arrived. I have been in touch with the customer service via email, they have acknowledged receiving my inquiry and that they will investigate the matter. Since then (11th of Oct) I have tried to get in touch with customer service (sent numerous emails) that had been left with no response. You now have my phone, my money and fail to respond! I regret making the decision to place the orders with you. I should have spent the extra money and buy the product off a reputable seller and not let myself scammed. #eglobal #eglobalcentral #scam

I've waited for your order for 25 DAYS, I've ordered on the 2016-08-28 and received the package yesterday, when it should have taken 3-5 days, like a normal shipment. I took the package finally, but what I bought isn't inside the package. ARE YOU SERIOUS?? I've waited almost a month for anything!!! And why this company at all costs they are based in China they are not a UK company and you will not get a UK warranty most of their goods factory seconds and have fault I bought an LG G4 phone and then went into a boot loop I paid £315 when I sent it off for repair they lost it and offered me £175 which I didn't accept and went to PayPal to get a refund you may pay a little extra at a bricks and mortar store on a genuine UK based website( eglobal is not UK based it's China) believe me if all save your money in the long run and you will get a genuine product buy cheap get cheap
