Same thing only worse,

Cancel my my order after telling me was not in stock. Have to email them every time you you contact them & mos time only comes back automated. Could not log onto site for three days and did not ever get a confirmation emai. If I had not used Paypal would been truly withou hope because of there easy dispute help & records of proof. It is still in dispute three weeks later & no refund costing me 395.00 dollars. Be more than aware write your Washington Reps & state asking them to stop this kind of trade from China happening. I have found hundreds of theft by them in other counties as well on open forums like these & when a company is in open forums they are bad indeed! I am so angry I will find a way to expose & put a hurt on them if it cost me thousands, it's the principal of a thing! I hate a thief. Especially from a forien country. I have found their warehouse in the U S A where they ship, not hard they are all over social media with bad tweets & more! Do not ever buy out of the country you live in!

The Nintendo switch I purchased from eGlobalCentral stopped charging and I sent it to them to repair under warranty. The extract below is my last message to them in a long chain of messages trying to get them to repair it. DO NOT USE. IF THERE IS A DEFECT, THEY WILL NOT FIX...

Hi,
So to summarise:

- I have sent the switch back due to what I see as a manufacturing defect as the charging port is no longer working / is damaged. This has happened through normal use of docking the switch into the charging doc and removing. There has been no misuse or foreign objects introduced as I have stated several times.
- You have said that you are unable to fix under warranty due to the fact that your engineers can see that the charging port it is physically damaged (one of the the metal contacts has become unstuck) and you have accused me of misuse and voiding the warranty (even though I have several times categorically emphasised that there has been no misuse).
- I have contacted Nintendo who say that they would fix this under warranty. You have said that because I purchased from you, I am not covered by the manufactures warranty. (the fact still stands they Nintendo WOULD cover this type of defect under warranty).
- You are unable to provide me with any indication or detail of how the physical damage may have occurred, but fail to accept that it must be due to a manufacturing defect and therefore SHOULD be covered under warranty.

Surely this is in violation of my consumer rights? I have asked you to contact me by phone to discuss and for you to get a manager to contact me. Neither of which you have done.

I seem to have no option but to take legal action and/or share my experience with the media / Nintendo. I would like to give you a final opportunity to fix the defect under warranty or provide me with a full refund. Please get back to me ASAP.

Very Horrible Customer Care and Phone not working. Very Bad support after the sale. I purchased a oneplus3T phone from eGlobalCentral. I reported that there is issue with US network band and ALert button with this phone. They told me to send a video and ship the phone to them for repair which their service center is only in China and now they are telling there is no fault in the phone. Seriously eGlobalcentral.com is the site from US but service center is in China. Phone manufacturer says there is a problem in Phone but eGloalcentral says there is no problem since they do not do any debugging on the phone. I recommand people"DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM eGLOBALCENTRAL" site.

I ordered a digital camera from this company via their standard delivery and paid £350.00 at the end of June for a holiday in mid July. Delivery was quoted as 8 days and I got a tracking number for DHL. After a few days I entered the tracking number onto DHL's site and found the camera was in Leipzig. It never ever left Leipzig from then. I informed eglobalcentral who seemed quite dismissive that the camera was lost and contacted DHL. After a few days DHL confirmed the loss, I think about the 10th of July but my holiday started 14th. When I returned, an e mail from eglobalcentral dated 27th July agreed the camera had been lost and offered me £13.00 in compensation because I had not insured the camera! I have replied to this pointing out that my contract was with them, not the carrier but of course they have not replied, the web chat doesn't work either so they appear to be a scam operation that collects money but does not supply any goods! KEEP AWAY. DO NOT USE. IGNORE ALL THE SPECIAL OFFERS.

Theft!

To cut a very long story short, I bought a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge from these characters in Aug 2016, soon after it became faulty and from doing a bit of research it appeared to be a common fault with this phone and should have been easily repairable. I sent the phone back to Hong Kong in Dec 2016 and they have had it ever since!

They initially said they were going to repair it
Then said it couldn't be repaired
Then offered me vouchers
I said I wanted a refund, replacement or repaired phone
Then it was stalemate for a bit
I then contacted Samsung and found out the phone was still covered under warranty
I asked eglobal to send the phone back to me as I was going to send it off to Samsung for warranty repair
Then all of a sudden eglobal said the phone could be repaired
And that's the last I heard from them!

They have had my phone and money for 4 months and I have now reported it as a theft to Hong Kong Police and HK Trading Standards. I shall also be reporting them to the UK authorities. It seems suspicious that as soon as I found out that the phone did have a Samsung warranty, all be it in Omman! That they then said the phone was repairable again... I then I've heard nothing more

STAY VERY CLEAR

STAY WELL CLEAR. I WILL UPDATE WHEN THEY GET BACK TO ME - AFTER A YEAR

Here is the conversation for you to review. It is appalling. This was a phone for my daughter.

December 2015 It was faulty. We communicate about how to fix it and they ask for it to be sent back in January.

11 February 2016, 10:53am received at their office and signed for via recorded by a name McFarland

March 2nd. They said they had no-one with that name at their office and the post man has sent to wrong address! They then say I need to claim against the courier. I explain it isnt the courier, its the post office. They say that they dont have it even though we have proof of it being delivered at the address. They keep repeating this over 15 messages until...

July 15th 2016 " we will escalate to management and it will take a bit of time for review the case" (at the time of writing the management have been reviewing it for 5 months and the case has been opened for a year

Sept 2016: Lots of messages back and forth where they say they are chasing the courier. They repeat this lots but of course there is no courier - caught lying.

1/11/2016 after a further 20 messages..."sorry be informed there is still no update on your case"
I have asked six times who IMX are and they wont respond to that question

13th December 2016 Still no response since 1/11/2016 and a total of 61 messages have exchanged with none dealing with the case and of course five whole months since they "ESCALATED IT TO MANAGEMENT"

Awful Scammers

Several days ago I have ordered a Samsung J7 prime cost £164.99. The Item in their web site has a twisted description in fact says that the phone has a CPU of 2.0 GHz but actually it is 1.6 GHz, also they have a web site that apparently is in UK but actually in based on Hong Kong, this is illegal because can be a misleading versus the customers knowing that they were based in Hong Kong I would never made my purchase. However, the only thing that happen so far is that I have paid through paypal and I have never received the shipping tracking code, my purchase remains suspended. I have contacted the company on several occasions via e-mail and using their account system, no reply at all, so I have decided to cancel the purchase considering that the item was not shipped yet. I am waiting to have the cost refunded now, if the eGlobal will fail doing so I will rise it with PayPal. I am also planning to report this company to the trading standard as their web site is a misleading web site and in breach of the UK Consumer Rights Act. I have also realised that when they reply you the reply is always a template... to say bad customer service is a compliment... I am also realising that some of the good reviews (FALSE REVIEWS) are written by the company itself... It is easy to recognise that this is a fake company as there is not company registration number or VAT number in their web site even if registered in Hong Kong they should show it as all the web companies have to be registered on their country of registration and exhibit the registration number, this is why you cannot reach them by the phone that phone number does not exist... they are 100% scammers... I advise who ever is reading it DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMER...
