I ordered a monitor for sons birthday, they said order it within 57 minutes for delivery before noon next day oh and pay £9.99 order complete they said, visa verification all completed as well, all done i thought great. Next day arrives and no monitor, i was then told they hadn't received the payment from my bank until 6.15 the following day, not my problem they confirmed my order was already complete asked them to cancel but no chance asked them to change delivery address no chance so now it is being delivered to the original address two days late. I said i am not going to be there to sign for it, our address is a building site no windows or doors we currently have a traveler site next door to us we are one of three plots lots of builders subcontractors around, i am afraid some one will have the monitor away (nick it) anyone at the address can sign for it and to cancel the order i have to refuse delivery not possible i said so now we wait until monday will we be £400 out of pocket? Docent seem like EBUYER care
Terrible customer service, I used to buy from ebuyer quite a bit but hadn't done so for the past two years until recently. The service standard has dropped significantly, ordered a laptop due to be delivered over week ago (supposed to be next day delivery) and still haven't received it. Called three times already and first time they said they raised a query with courier (Thursday), after no delivery attempt I called again on Friday and the guy said he raised another query with Yodel and it would likely be delivered that Saturday or Monday. Nothing happened so called back again on Wednesday and the lady I spoke with said they don't have a record of my first call and they will raise the query with the courier again. When I asked about timescales of reply she said 24-48 hours but wouldnt not commit. I said I'd like to cancel if I don't receive it by Friday and she said she can't do that as order has been dispatched. So now I am waiting over a week for a laptop I needed rather urgently and I don't know if I'll ever get it and they will not issue a refund.
Avoid the company as it's a real hassle to have to deal with their poor customer service.
Hi.
I am very sorry to hear that there was a delay with your order and you were unhappy with the customer service you have received.
At Ebuyer we do aim to provide the best customer service possible and I can only apologize we have fallen short on this occasion.
I would like to look into this further for you. Please can you send through your order number and any information you feel is relevant to tom@ebuyer.com and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
Kind regards
Tom
All of their products are first-rate quality. The regular prices are a bit high, but the sale prices are usually below the competition and they have frequent sales.
If I could rate this company less I would. They wont give you a refund for just opening the box. Terrible customer service and terrible company avoid avoid avoid!
Hello Lucy,
Please can you email me directly with some further info?

My family's go to place. At least one of us uses it practically every day and keep going back. Can honestly say I've never had any issues.
The best around.
Avoid at all cost customer service is awful. Will charge you £10 to return damaged item.
They also sell gpu that are out of stock without mentioning it anywhere on the page
My computer arrived first thing the next morning, well under 24 hours, emails were answered quickly and in a friendly manner, I'll happily use them again.
Really disappointed with what the company's after-sale process and customer service. This is a shopfront and while the buying process is quite good after you paid for the order the troubles begin.
1. I made/paid for an order with available stock for the next day delivery (Friday) as I really needed it for business purposes.
2.1st I received some postcode checker issues (I had other orders delivered at the same address).
3. I immediately called and was told everything is fine and the order will be on time for tomorrow.
4. called the 2nd day as the order wasn't `fixed`.
5. was told again that now the order is fixed and that the colleague from yesterday didn't actually do anything...
6. I finally received the order Saturday and they sent THE WRONG item!
7. had to wait until Monday morning to call and they gave another disappointing answer.
8. I had to send the wrong sent item back, wait until they receive it and process it.
9. Wish they would at least send me the right one back but was just told that as they don't have the NAS configuration in stock anymore they will refund.
Basically, I lost around £400 up2date (I just sent the item back today) and they are continuing to fix their mistakes on my account and money.
Bought a ASUS Z370E mother board and all other parts for a gaming PC for my son's Christmas Present, unfortunately on completion the computer wouldn't stay on. Contacted Ebuyer who initially were helpful, asked us to send pictures of the board and then return it for either refund or repair. On receipt of the board took the over a week to give me any kind of answers. After contacting them yesterday I was told that although they had found a error on the board that I couldn't have it repaired or refunded as i had bent a cpu pin and this voided there warranty. The tech guy who built my P. C double checked everything before fitting and there was no bent pin. Ebuyer wouldn't specify which pin was bent and even though my argument was if you cant prove you didn't post a faulty product how you prove I caused the damage! Some staff are more helpful than others, but I think rather than replace my product it seems a recurring theme on reviews that they seem to claim an awful lot of customers suddenly seem to have damaged the cpu pins! Hmmm suspicious. I am having the board independently assessed and if they board comes back with a pin that is damaged that is not on my pictures i sent them I will use that as proof to involve trading standards. As of yet my son still cannot use his Christmas present which if gutting. Ebuyer have no customer values once they have your money. I will never use or recommend this company again. Please spend your money elsewhere.
There isn't a score low enough to give them!
Hi Mandi,
I'm really sorry for the trouble that this has caused you. Please can you email me directly so I can take a closer look into this for you? My email address is scott@ebuyer.com

Ebuyer company is absolutely a rubbish with poor customer service and inaccurate information given to customers. I returned my son's computer on 19/06/20 due to a fault and no communication from the company till I called them 3 weeks and giving me different information. Initially spoke to someone who informed me that they were going to send me a new computer as the one o sent can't be repaired. A week after I called and finally managed to speak to the tech team after waiting on the phone for 1hour and 20mins. They kept telling me that the item was damaged and the warranty does not cover it. I asked them to send me details and what parts of the computer was damaged. That didn't happened till I called again on 10/07/20. Another wait on the phone for 1hour 30mins. Someone sent me a picture but item was still wrapped. No picture showing the broken computer they claim was damaged. They have totally taken advantage of this current climate when people don't money and jobs to go back to. They told me that I have to continue paying my finance even if the computer is not working. What a total scam. This company should not be operating or selling goods with terrible services and after services

Update:
Thanks to Kat, Jade Clarke and possibly Emily? Looking into this matter my order was shipped the day after and delivered today which I greatly appreciate
So once again I am a happy customer
I have been buying here for over 3 years I just placed an
Order (£500) and didn't change the shipping from free 5 days to 2 day shipping
& pay extra £4.99 Called spoke with Emily to ask if they could change that
For me & I would pay the extra £4.99 but have been told NO I paid with
PayPal so they are not willing to change or update the shipping even though
They are not going to ship it out till next Monday on a next day Tuesday delivery
Which cost them no more money anyways but if I had paid with my card they would
Have done it but NO because I paid with PayPal even though they have the
Payment already same as a card payment its instant she told me they are just going to put my order to one side in its box all week long until next week on Monday (its
Tuesdays morning now) so for the whole week until next Monday when they will
Post it on a next day delivery for the following day Tuesday Very off putting
No customer service whatsoever no assistance not very friendly either Emily did
Say I could cancel the whole order and re pay using the correct shipping
Method "Genius" why didn't I think of that, oh yes because I would have had to pay twice £1000 until I get the refund for the first order, all for the sake of someone just posting it
Anytime this week so I get it faster, what a shame Emily wouldn't help or try and help I guess back to Amazon/eBay from now on then, well done...
Bought a PC, when it arrived we discovered Windows had been installed on the hard drive instead of the solid state drive. We were offered no help trying to resolve this as the technicians thought we were capable enough to resolve this issue ourselves. Had 3 of my friends who work in IT trying to resolve it for us and they couldn't, the PC then didn't recognise the SSD. Returning the faulty item was not an issue, but trying to get my PC back to me after it was fixed is where more issues began. It's been 9 days (should have realistically taken a day to resolve, but I gave them the 3-5 days) since returning my PC to get fixed and haven't heard anything despite calling every day - no one can tell me if my PC has been fixed of not, a complete lack of communication. Imagine paying £855 for a PC so you're able to work from home, only for it to turn up faulty and then not being able to use it?! Was told I would have a senior call me so I could put in an official complaint but didn't hear from anyone in the senior team. I cannot work if I don't have a PC.
Complete lack of communication
Heard different promises every time I called ("It's getting processed today", "you'll have it by the weekend" etc)
I just want my PC back and compensation for being sold a faulty item and the other issues that have arose from this matter.
Definitely would not recommend buying from ebuyer, which is such a shame.
Hi there,
I'm very sorry to hear you have experienced issues with your order.
So I can review this further, please could you send an email to Maria@ebuyer.com and I will be in touch further with an update.
Kind Regards,
Maria
I have been a customer of ebuyer for over 10 years and they have been OK untill you don't need to contact them. I spend a lot of money with ebuyer for business (computer repair shop). I used to have a normal consumer account without no issues. One day they decided they cannot sell it to me anymore as consumer and change it to business account. Once that was done all sorts of problems started. First after placing an order I had to ring up customer service 20+ min each time just for them to push order though. That lasted about 6 months (I place orders 2 a week min). Then after that was fixed they assign you a business manager and you have to email in your order and they send you a quote. Again most of them I had took forever to reply where all items I get are needed next day most of the time. After that I have purchased a graphic card but my client changed his mind. So I thought I return it. They decided to charge me 20% for returning unopen box. Return was done at my expense as well. As it was a £400 item I lost out on a lot of money. After emailing customer service they said that's their policy. So I decided to email my so called business manager to see what he says. After 2 emails he ghosted me and decided not to deal with my problem. At least he could have courtesy to answer an email to a customer for over 10 years who spends around 20 - 25k per year in their company. Once it's to do with sales they get back to you but once it's another issue they just blank you. Even after making a complaint to customer services dep. Still waiting for their phone call or email a month later. I have started buying at scan.co.uk as at least they do what they says they gonna do.
APC Repairs
Im a 19 year old autistic boy that had just managed to save up £1250 for a computer that on there website they state as a gaming computer after 9 days of receiving the computer I started a refund to send it back as it wasn't letting me play fortnite as one of the computer components was restricting me from playing after waiting from the 19th of February all the way to March 8 they then refused the refund.
I am now stuck with a 1250 pound computer I have no use for I wish I read more of the reviews and realised how much of a SCAM this company is once they have your money they don't care and will do anything to avoid giving you a refund.
I ordered a 2.5k GBP laptop on Saturday as it said if I pay for premium shipping and order it immediately it will arrive by noon Monday, however at noon time I receive an automated email that i must do "additional security checks".
I called and the phone got picked up by "Zoe" who basically just asked me my billing address and date of birth then casually proceeded to say I passed the security checks and laptop will be dispatched at midnight for "premium" delivery tomorrow.
When told that this is actually the 3rd day I'm waiting for my "1 day delivery" she proceeds to casually and in a entirely uninterested tone tell me "these are the terms and conditions you agreed when you purchased from us" OKAY WOW.
I was looking at having my "premium" shipping cost refunded at the very least and was somewhat still OK with proceeding with the order but after that, I'd rather cancel it and order elsewhere which is exactly what happened.
Be warned and stay away, they will mess up and forget to process your order and then throw a pathetic excuse your way in the form of a 5 second "security check" and then refuse to step-up.
Hi there,
I am very sorry to hear that your order was held due to our extra security checks.
At Ebuyer we do have security procedures in place for the safety of both our customers and ourselves.
I am sorry if this procedure has caused you any inconvenience and I would like to review the service you have received to try and offer you a resolution.
Please can you email your order number to kat@ebuyer.com and I will be in touch to discuss this further.
Kind Regards,
Kat
Very Satisfied with customer services this morning dealt with promptly and professionally having a delivery Saturday will let you know how it went.
Ebuyer have put me through hell this week. I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased from them. I made an order for a TV over a week ago, they charged my account and I have been waiting for delivery since. The delivery was due on 12th Feb and yet the status on the account still indicated "awaiting shipment" so I called them and spoke to Tilly from customer service. She said she will look into this and get back to me in a few hours. 6 hours later I called again as I had not heard anything and Tilly answers the phone again. She said she will chase the matter and get back to me. She promised me she will get back to me before the end of her shift at 6pm. Again nothing from Tilly. I called again at 6:15pm. This time Emma answers and tells me she can't do anything as the notes are in Tilly's email and she doesn't have access. She just wanted me off the phone telling me she has emailed Tilly and she will be in contact in the morning when she is back in. 10am today I called again and this time spoke with Hannah who was happy to update me and to tell me the item is now out of stock as if nothing has happened. I asked to be put through to a supervisor and the supervisor was even worse than her staff. "Emily" all she would say is sorry and that she would refund me in full. I can't believe this company is allowed to treat people like this. They have had my money over 8 days now and are not willing to do anything about it. Disgusting customer service and a horrible company. I will be writing to watchdog UK to look into this company.
Hi Sipan,
I am very sorry to hear of the problems you have experienced with your order and that our customer support team were not able to resolve this for you.
I would like to review this further to see if there is anything further I can do to resolve this, so please can you email your order number to kat@ebuyer.com and I will see if there is anymore I can do.
Kind Regards,
Kat
Really really good site, navigation is so easy to use and the shipping is REALLY fast. I can't believe I only found out about this site recently! Where have I been hiding lololol
I ordered a graphics card from this retailer, during a recent sale. They despatched it to me via Yodel. Regarded as the worst delivery company in the UK, Yodel then inevitably proceeded to lose my package at their depot, though they never actually told me this. Instead after a week of waiting I contacted Ebuyer customer support, who said they would look into the issue. Despite this it took me calling them daily for three days for any action to be taken. They said they had sent me an email, but nothing arrived from them until after I called for the third time and found out the package had been lost. Ebuyer offered to send a replacement, but then said the item was out of stock, and that I could either gave a refund or a similar product that was still in stock though was a higher price, if I payed the difference. I asked for the similar item, and enquired whether I could get a similar (rather small) discount as the original item, seeing that I had bought it on a sale that was now over. They said no. Instead saying they would send it with complimentary next day delivery, which the store page for the original item said it was supposed to have had anyway. I also asked if the item could be delivered by someone other than Yodel, they said no to that too. Now just wanting my item, I asked them to send it. I then got a reply telling me that in cases where a delivery company has lost the item they can only replace with the exact model, and that since this was out of stock my order was now cancelled. I was not impressed. So to summarise, they use a terrible delivery company (Yodel) as standard, made little to no effort to compensate me for the trouble when things went wrong, and then could not even be bothered to make sure I could get an item at all, even when I was prepared to pay more money. I certainly will never be ordering from these people again, and advise that no one else does either.
Update - 9 Aug 2017
After being contacted by Ebuyer Customer Services who listened to my concerns, I have been provided with a full refund.
I am putting my previous experience down as a misunderstanding which has been satisfactorily dealt with in a pleasant and caring manner.
The 3 stars is because this whole episode has cost me 2 lots of postage and inconvenience with no additional compensation to acknowledge this.
I would trade with this company in the future, but with more care.
18 July 2017
Bought a TP-LINK TL-PA7010P KIT AV1000 Gigabit Passthrough Powerline Starter Kit from them.
On delivery, found it didn't work. Went through trouble and expense of returning it for a refund, only to be told they don't accept returns from Business Accounts. They are sending the dam thing back to me apparently! Pointless! FIND A MORE CARING PROVIDER IS MY ADVICE.
