Ordered something for Saturday delivery as i needed it on Saturday and was away the following week (and needed this item to take away with me).
Doesn't turn up, Yodel blame ebuyer saying they couldn't be bothered to supply it in time.
No one to talk to at Yodel or ebuyer on the phone over the weekend. 9 am i call ebuyer who tell me well its basically tough luck and sorry. Refuse to do anything about it other than very reluctantly offer to refund me the Saturday delivery cost (Thanks Ebuyer, how generous!) and promise to email me back later in the day with the exact reason why this doesn't come.
I ask on the phone how i can escalate this as a complaint as i am extremely unhappy and i am told they won't tell me, there's no point because it won't change the outcome.
I get this email as promised - which just says this
"Just to let you know your orders out for delivery today, so keep an eye out on the tracking website".
No one has listened to ANYTHING i have said and just repeat this to get rid of me and refuse to let me address this with someone more senior.
Now, Yodel are attempting, and failing to deliver this item to my house at 2pm when i work all week away hence me ordering it on a SATURDAY. The only thing you get from ebuyer is oh have your £5 delivery cost back.
Even when you tell then you'll never use them again - they just say oh okay sorry about that. Still no explanation to what happened and they refuse to let you escalate a complaint. This is one of the worst customer service platforms i've seen.
Seriously everyone, buy it from amazon i've ordered nearly everything from there and it's never failed to arrive when it should and any problems are rectified straight away. This company is a joke and they don't care about their customers or losing future business.
I have emailed them to cancel the order because they cannot even let me resolve this and refuse to offer me any way of making a complaint and only solution is well they will just keep trying to deliver it to your empty house now. We'll see if they actually manage to refund me considering they couldn't manage to make a simple delivery.

I've sent my PC for a warranty check.
When I received return back they told some kind of seal was slightly damaged and because of it warranty was rejected.
Told that they made some pictures of it, yeah right, make a picture after u damaged the PC, sound like an evidence to me.
CPU cooling system was dismantled.
Blue cable from Power supply can't be connected to motherboard socket ( clearly damaged)
When I sended PC by DPD for a warranty everything was on the its place.
I've put pc case in the box and foam plastic securely with care.
Today I have received PC not in the same condition as I had before.
The computer was handled carelessly.
On the right top of the motherboard there's no bolt.
Didn't touched anything when sended for a warranty, I have sended the PC in the exact way as when I purchased.
Unpleasant situation.
Reached Ebuyer on 17th of May to ask them why I have received my PC back like a bin with waste inside, Jamie from ebuyer picked up the phone and told that it will be dealt within 24-48 hours.
Nobody has reached to me, today is 20th of May Friday my warranty expires on 22nd of May Sunday, you can't call them as they are off. I guess people just DRAGGED the time to avoid accepting pc for a warranty.
PC THEY'VE SENT TO ME BACK IS IN THE CORNER OF MY ROOM DISMANTLED like a piece of trash, and don't know how to put everything back.
Least what they could have done is to put and send the PC the way it was sended to you.

I have been an ebuyer customer for a few years now without too much to complain about until now. I tried to purchase goods from ebuyer on the 19.02.2013 for delivery on the 26.02.2013 their website stated that the product was in stock and they took payment from my bank account. I contacted them on the 22.02.2013 to confirm that the order would be fulfilled and they stated that there was no problem after checking with their warehouse. On Monday the 25.02.2013 they changed the status of my order from pick in progress to order placed on their website all this being done without my knowledge or consent. So I naturally contacted them to try and find out what was going on. They then stated that the item was out of stock despite deceiving me on the Friday prior to that point I then pointed out that they had already taken the payment for Goods and service that they were not able or willing to provide this is Fraud as they knew they were unable to complete the order and they had not even bothered to contact me but just took my money from my account I informed them that I would begin action against them as they had breached the terms of the contract and the Law as well they had breached the Sale of Goods act the Distance of selling regulations and the Goods and services act. They then requested that I spend more money with them to upgrade the order for a different item to which I refused to do so as a decent company would have offered to upgrade the order at their own expense as Ebuyer have committed fraud clear and simple this call took 21 minutes at 10p a minute I might add. I then received a call back from another adviser who was again uncooperative and again I informed then that I would begin legal proceeding's against Ebuyer for the cost of the original order as well as replacement goods as they had fraudulently and blatantly breached the contract with myself those proceeding's are now under way using the above laws. This company are highly unprofessional and just plain dishonest as can be seen by the facts above in short I would not recommend this company but just state buyer beware and take from this information what you will.
Delivery can take a while, but prices are good and the selection is good. Good to see an electronics store standing up to Amazon
Will definitely be buying from here again, prices are really good and cs team are always polite and helpful.
They sell items different from the description. After that, they don't take care about the complains and email.
Stay away from this company.

This company's trading practices must be the most negligent I have ever encountered.
What could easily have been resolved instantly, still continues after 5 weeks of drawn out emails.
I ordered and purchased a laptop while it was on offer a month ago. Three days later I received an email telling me the order was cancelled - no reason given.
Through my persistent enquiries I was eventually told that an admin error had cancelled my order but that it could now be re-ordered without any further issues.
Although the price had since increased, after much negotiation it was agreed that as the error was theirs my original order price would be honoured.
I re-ordered, but this time the wrong laptop was sent to me which had a downgraded processor.
Upon further enquiries I was told that as my order was currently not in stock this was the closest that they had - unbelievable!
So basically, Ebuyer sent me a downgraded laptop without any notification to me and without my prior knowledge or consent - this in itself should be reported to TSO.
Five weeks later
I am still waiting for my original order to be fulfilled - preferably not with a downgraded alternative!
I also still have the wrong laptop boxed up and waiting to be returned.
I have confirmed that I am happy to wait for my original order to come back into stock as it was purchased at a discounted price.
But now bizzarely, I have been told by the latest advisor dealing with this that the original price that I paid may no longer be honoured - even though this has already been previously agreed and even though my order still remains outstanding!
Needless to say it has become necessary to seek independent advice - and in three weeks time if still unresolved, it can go straight to the Retail Ombudsman.
Do yourself a favour folks and buy elsewhere!

2 months to get a refund for 2 broken monitors
