Recently bought an ASUS laptop. They have a wide selection of products to choose from. It arrived promptly and the laptop has been great.
10/10 for Ebuyer. Great products and excellent customer service! Very friendly over the phone and there to help with any queries I had.
Scott told me to $#*! off when I asked for help with a faulty product. Wish I just used Amazon instead. Don't use ebuyer, they won't help you.
I preordered a pc as part of Black Friday. It was due to be sent within a couple of days.
Then I was told they were building them as quickly as they could. Then I was told my money might be returned to me (why?) after 7 days. I rung up to confirm and was told it hadn't happened and I asked for it not to happen, but was told it was automatic after 7 days. But it had been more like 14 days.
Then later that day I found out it had been returned so I contacted them again. The sales person consistently refused to forward my email to management saying I had to do it myself. Then she stopped replying to me.
I finally left a poor review on trust pilot and was contacted by their customer support. I was offered a £20 credit (for their benefit really) and apologies. I replied saying it was a totally underwhelming response and to tell me what had actually happened and when the money for my 14 day delayed pc had been returned. Later that day after no reply I decided I'd had enough and asked them to cancel the order.
2 days later and I've received no reply. My money is due to be returned apparently within a few days. It better had be.
Believe the terrible reviews. This is a dreadful company.
Amazing company to buy for. Always go to them for all my PC needs. Great support from the teams whenever I have any queries. Would 100% recommend!
Ordered a few computer parts from these and always had a great experience. They normally ship items early too.
Ordered a TV and it arrived broken with a cracked screen.
I had to make several calls to EBUYER to get a replacement sorted as they failed to reply to any of my emails. The return/exchange process is slow and the lack of replies can leave you anxious and stressed especially if you don't own another TV. Being stuck at home during a national lockdown without a TV is terrible. BUT WAIT...
The replacement TV sent out to me was ALSO BROKEN!
I find it hard to believe that EBUYER would send out a TV without double boxing it first. If you're going to use one of the UK's worst shipping companies (YODEL) then at least apply some Fragile tape to the TV box not that they would handle it with any extra care...
I have opened a new request to have the TV replaced a second time only find it OUT OF STOCK on the website. Now it'll take another week to send it out to them (if they don't give me any excuses as to why its damaged) and then take extra time for my refund to come back to me.
How can you make the same mistake twice? Why not learn the first time round and save your customers and yourself the hassle?
Good Morning,

Placed my order in the evening and received the goods next day which was fab. Would definitely recommend!
Bought a pc, delivered next day. Very fast and convenient. Would definately recommend for all tech and components
Been using ebuyer for 10+ years and never had a problem. Great customer service, delivery and packaging.
Good prices and fast delivery. Ordered a laptop and it was delivered the following morning! Great service!
I saw a great clearance deal on a motherboard/processor bundle under B grade stock and snapped it up. Delivery arrives, only the motherboard inside. I raise this with customer services straight off, get asked to take some pics of the packaging and send them in. From this point on I had days of chasing up customers services to only be fobbed off with "they're investigating". Packaging was not damaged, clearly never shipped. Customer services were elusive and kept fobbing me off, getting downright rude when I asked to escalate. "There's no point as the senior team will only agree with me". They have a contact the MD link on their webpage, I emailed my frustrations at the poor customer service, no reply.
Getting frustrated I raised a Paypal dispute, which prompted eBuyer to finally respond properly. They'd mis-listed the item apparently, and it was only for the motherboard. Strange then that a "B grade" motherboard would cost more than their listing for a new item.
Their resolution? A full refund... if I returned the goods at my cost. After demanding endlessly to speak to someone sensible in customer services, I finally spoke to someone who handled it in the way it should have been handled from the off. Admit the mistake, offer to pay for the motherboard to be couriered back and a refund. Though some goodwill gesture might have been nice...
The best part? Because I've raised it via Paypal, they've barred my account, and refuse to answer as to why. Apparently complaining as a customer isn't allowed.
Used to always rate eBuyer, but they're absolutely awful at customer service. Avoid!
Oh, oddly enough I had an order in for a Wren kitchen, finding out they're owned by the same people as eBuyer you can guess what's been cancelled.
Good Morning,
I am very sorry to hear of the problems you have experienced. I would like to review this further. If you are happy to provide some further details, please email maria@ebuyer.com.
Kind regards,
Maria
I have spend tens of thousands of pounds with Ebuyer over the years for work and clients, but the last order I have made WILL BE the last order I ever make with Ebuyer. I am not sure if they have changed hands since I used them last, but they simply do not care about their customers whatsoever. I ordered a TV on a "free within 5 days" delivery. They made a point of not dispatching the order until the end of the 4th day and after many calls and chats with the Company over the week, they then put the order on a 48 hour delivery, on the 4th day, so it had no chance of being delivered in the 5 days. It actually arrived on the 7th day but upon unboxing the product, I found it was smashed to bits. I immediately contacted their Directors office who requested photo's of proof of damage. That was 2 days ago, and 4 repeat emails later I have STILL NOT heard anything from them with regards to a replacement unit! Absolutely Poor Effort and a Company I shall be advising all my Customers and Clients to avoid like the plague!
Awful CS, awful courier used. Returns policy horrible. Attitude to customers shocking. Strangers to the truth. Worst company I have ever dealt with.
Ebuyer 2017.com is a fraud company is ebuyer.com the same company if not why are they allowing them to trade under there name
Hello,
This website is no relation to ours ( www.ebuyer.com)
I have reported this review as a result.
Kind Regards,
Scott
The issue that I have experienced was: I placed an order on eBay on the 08 Jan, 2020 for a laptop.
I used my eBay £100 voucher to place the order.
The item was to be delivered on the 13th Jan, so I took day off work to take delivery. I got a email saying that the order was cancelled and I was refunded.
When I emailed back I got a reply saying the item was discontinued by Lenovo. I contacted Lenovo and they have confirmed that the Lenovo laptop the model I ordered is not discontinued.
To add to the issue Ebuyer has put the item back on sale at a higher price on eBay and on their own website.
I took time off work for delivery as well as used my £100 voucher on Ebay which is no longer valid so I have lost this. I also ordered other accessories for the laptop which are all wasted as I have not received my laptop.
I have contacted Ebuyer to resolve the issue but they refuse to honor the order stating that they had stock issues even though they are still selling the laptop
UPDATE: In response to Kat's message below I have already messaged you however you have not offered any resolution to the issue.
UPDATE2: Still no resolution to the issue after 1 year!
