Ive been waiting for a refund of over 200 euro since August 31 of this year. Ive sent numerous emails asking for an update - the first was 17 days ago and each time Ive been told to wait.

Booked a hotel in Morocco that didn't exist. We asked around town and it turned out that the pictures used on the fake listing belonged to a number of other guesthouses in the area. A complete scam. Ebookers refused to give me a refund and didn't help me find alternative accommodation. I was literally left out in the cold with my 3 fellow travellers (we were on a cycling trip in a remove area). It's a perfect platform for scammers – avoid at all costs, stick to booking.com and airbnb!
I tried to book a holiday with Ebookers and it told me the payment had failed twice so I changed websites and booked a holiday successfully. Then afterwards Ebookers sends me an email itinerary. I immediately contacted them was given the runaround for two weeks to be told I would not be refunded any of my money. I lost over 1000 euros because of their mistakes. Whatever you do, do not book with these rip offs.
We booked flights to NZ through ebookers. The flights costing us approx £4400 were subsequently cancelled by the airline. We have contacted the airline, who stated that ebookers are responsible for paying the refund not the airline.
Ebookers UK helpline is automated, it is totally impossible to talk to a human being, no matter what option you select, We have tried many times to contact them by email, again they do not respond.
We are left with the conclusion that they do not care about their clients, are not willing to repay cancellation costs credited by airlines and are acting fraudulently against international laws. I have contacted my local MP who has promised to raise the matter on behalf of the many hundreds, perhaps thousands, who have been defrauded.
The customer service at Ebookers has been amazing, regular contact via email, quick online chat, they persevered and got all the hotels to agree to cancel with a full cash refund, and all the money back in my account before the holiday was meant to start
I have been waiting on them to issue me a flight rebate since last year. I have been on the phone with them every day or two for weeks in which they tell me they are working on it with the airline. They have not contacted the airline at all and the airline itself essentially told me I won't get it back and ebookers are well known in the industry for their deplorable business practices. Don't even bother wasting more of your time resource with them on the phone. They have stolen your money with no intention of returning it. If I could rate them zero I would. If I could pay double what they refuse to refund me to watch even one of their executives drown in a shallow pond, I would.
Booked flights and Hotel with ebookers back in early Feb 2020 to go to Italy and paid in full, the trip is not until September 2020, then on 14th April i get an email to say that the airline have cancelled my flights and will issue a credit only not a full refund, and also told the hotel is not refundable and that is there policy. This is not right they need name and shaming they cant treat good honest customers like this even in this strange world. I will persist as i wont let this one go terrible customer service they don't even try you can call them they just don't answer

I booked a stay with EBookers with Best Western which was advertised as a four star hotel, however upon booking when I visited the hotel website for a contact number I saw that it is actually a 3 star hotel with some awful reviews. One review said it was a bad neighborhood and not for families, with another saying it was a disgusting and unclean hotel.
I am visiting London on the hotel and now I am left without a place to stay, because upon contacting EBookers, they cancelled the hotel but have refused to provide me with a refund because "it is against their policy". I am absolutely appalled at their service and lack of professionalism, and will NOT be using them again, despite using them many times before.
Ebookers said you can cancel your flight before the next day. I canceled my flight 30 minutes after I notice an error. The man said everything was taken care of and that he would send us an email. Never got the email, called the next day new person who gave me a fake name said it was all taken care of and he would send me an email. Never got the email. No other way to contact but by phone. I'm out 600CHF. These guys are real cooks. Stay away from them.
Just don't, ok? Basically, you pay and never see your ticket or your money ever again. Got questions? Call our "customer service". Need a refund? Call our "customer service, we'll be with you righjt away". Got a complaint? Please hold... you get the picture.
Ebookers is not able to handle bookings. Since 2 1/2 weeks I am trying to get it solved. The tell you they will call you and they always call at different times. Why do you zhink I use ebookers. In order to have less work not more. I will sue this company for pain and suffering and I want my time compensated I have to go through their phone calls and chains. I am now again in the phone zhey forwarded me to Iberia and no one is taking the phone again. I want my money back now and compensation for my time.
Booked a hotel with these scammers. It was cancelled due to this Coronavirus nonsense. They won't refund me and are now refusing to issue a credit voucher to use with them. Will never use these lying, thieving scammers again.
Ebookers is a completely despicable, incompetent company. Don't use them! I booked a ticket, paid for it thru Ebookers, and got a confirmation that all was well. Then Ebookers told me they couldn't process my payment and were cancelling my reservation, even though the charge showed up on my credit card, and the credit card people said they fully approved the charge. For the next 3 days I was in limbo, as the charges were still "pending" on my card. I couldn't make alternative arrangements. Ebookers had no number to call and wouldn't communicate by email. Eventually, the charges were reversed and the flight I'd booked (and wanted badly) was cancelled. I had to book a new flight and pay a lot more. Don't use Ebookers!
Been trying to change my hotel stay, hotel have confirmed to me they will but ebookers need to confirm this for them to do it, been going on for nearly 2 months now, talked on phone, chat, fb, messenger and email, get different person every time, I've sent and hotel have sent them emails to change booking but ebookers keep saying we will look into this and get back in 5 days but they don't. They say they can't get intouch with hotel when I try I get through and a reply. Today I got a voice message off ebookers saying they spoke to hotel and hotel agreed to date changes ( I already knew this) Can I get back to them and confirm dates, I phone and explained that I have to confirm dates, he wouldn't do anything till he spoke to hotel to confirm it. I said ebookers confirmed it today they want me to confirm dates. He wouldn't have it. Now I have to wait another 5 working days for a reply. Will never use ebookers again after this trip.
I have used ebokkers fro my trip this time and their agents are fake and gave me wrong prices and charged me extra.
Dont use thm and they also muisused my card by giving wrong card details to the airlines. Absolute cheaters. And greedy
Poor customer service, withholding refunds. No response since automated message 8 days ago. No record on file when calls made. Claims they have issues refunding monies to clients. Obviously a dodgy company, don't give them your business. They are the worst I have dealt with in over 30 years of travel and I travel 40+ times per year.
Rubbish customer service, failed to keep their own promises.
Ebookers changed our flights due to an airline schedule change. According to the airline, they were given a choice of 4 new flight options and should have consulted us - the customer. Instead they chose for us, changing the entire routes, airlines and lay over times, making the whole trip much more difficult than we had wanted. To make matters worse, they chose an option that I could have booked in the first place at a cheaper price. They never called us back, even after promising to do so 3 times and kept to their policy, stating that these were minor changes. Their customer service is awful and I would not use them again.
Had dreadful experience with Expedia after they left us homeless after a fake Hotel booking left a family of 4 seeing in the new year with hookers and pimps in doorways I n Pattaya streets. I wrote strong l private mail on twitter but got apology from ebookers? Very strange although sorry would never of stopped the dreadful life in your hand experience- these companies need stronger regulation and fast as they screw up so many lives

I'm also another victim for not reading reviews before using this bunch of incompetent idiots. I've been trying to change my return ticket from Vietnam, impossible to get hold of these fools you hold the line for over an hour until you give up and they refuse to change it online.
Be warned! Never use their services you don't want to be as frustrated as I am right now. You will be wasting your money an time they do not know what they doing.
Ebookers sent me a ticket with the wrong last name. First ebookers said they would fix it, then did, nothing, and when I pushed refused to do anything. They blamed it on Air France and security policy in the US (our destination). This is the problem with ebookers: as an intermediary they can blame everything on somebody else. I had to eat the cost of the ticket they issued for a fictitious person and buy a new one at a much higher fare. It's not worth it to use ebookers. It's not convenient, doesn't save time, and their prices are no better than the fares direct from the airlines. And they are thieves.
