I booked a stay with EBookers with Best Western which was advertised as a four star hotel, however upon booking when I visited the hotel website for a contact number I saw that it is actually a 3 star hotel with some awful reviews. One review said it was a bad neighborhood and not for families, with another saying it was a disgusting and unclean hotel.
I am visiting London on the hotel and now I am left without a place to stay, because upon contacting EBookers, they cancelled the hotel but have refused to provide me with a refund because "it is against their policy". I am absolutely appalled at their service and lack of professionalism, and will NOT be using them again, despite using them many times before.
