Save yourself a lot of hassle and money and don't buy from this company. Ordered two dresses and was utterly shocked at the quality, or lack of. Both dresses were uneven, mis-shaped, had a hole in it etc. Customer service, if you can even call it that, is also dreadful.
The short evening dress is made? From high quality fabrics so that one about the quality of anything negative to say. Are also no problems with customs. If at any time what to order because what if I need special. Words cannot express this joy I feel, feel like I am already walking down the Isle right now. Once again thanks.
We ordered bridesmaid dresses to which came in very small, customer service was appalling can only contact through email and once we written emails would only get one worded or one sentence answers. I feel like we are not speaking to English people as some emails were so poorly written they didn't make sense. Have now ordered from a different company and feel we will loose our money. I would never recommend this site to anyone.
I ordered from this site expecting to get a lovely very pretty and relatively cheap prom dress. Instead I got something that feels like a box, came in a completely different colour to what I ordered, and was already showing signs of disrepair, and these signs have gotten even worse as time goes by(hanging in my closet). When I wrote to try and send back I had to send about 3 emails before I got a reply. They told me I could send it back for half a refund but I would have to pay postage meaning I'd be spending more money than getting back.
Plain and simple. Stay away. Don't order from them, save your time and money. The dress I ordered for prom was horrendous and they offered me a $5 refund for a dress I paid $170 for. Not to mention I'd have to pay all shipping costs. Their customer service is awful. It's clear the emails you will receive from them are automated. T questions were never answered it was clear that the person I was speaking to was a machine or could not speak English. Dylan queen turned my high school prom into a night mare. Save your time and money please. You won't get anything close to what you ordered.
I had previously issues with an item but they took care of it immediately without me even having to ask... I appreciate the attentiveness. The dress looks so soft. Very pleased with what feels like a good quality men's belt and I got it for nothing, including free delivery, as I redeemed a $5 coupon I was sent! Very good experience, i will purchase if i need next time.
Please I request all do not buy from dylan queen Its cheap tacky stuff from china. Then they send you faulty ripped goods and done give no refund.
Thanks for your pictures, but from the pictures I can not tell out big problems, so we suggest you keep the dress and forget about the subtle error of the dress, since all dresses are hand-made, it is inevitable that some tiny mistakes will be made during the process of tailoring, hope your understanding

I have been requesting a refund for 6 days now. This is there response f you return them, you need to pay the high postage and tax, also they are easy to be missing on the return way.and you will take the full responsible for the return. And it is not cheap.so how about we refund you 5% and you keep all the items?

Refusing to give me a refund - disgusting
I ordered my Daughters prom dress from Dylan queen, we measured her and ordered the dress accordingly, I paid by card which included shipping. Firstly the dress came with 2 out of 3 measurements incorrect ranging from 1 - 5" out! Secondly I was then graced with a bill from TNT for £34.50 shipping costs! I have tried to make sense of customer services but they have offered me 15% of the dress price and told me to keep it. This site is a total scam and customer service is non existent. I wont give up but advise anyone to stay away. The only reason they get one star is because you have to make a selection to submit your review.!

It would be hard to award Dylan Queen one star. Perhaps for actually sending dresses? I spent circa £400 whilst abroad on a dress for my registry office wedding and two ball gowns. On arrival 3 months after the order, having not opened the packaged, i tried them all on and they are far too big. As my wedding day nears i have no alternative but to get them altered, locally, so things are done in time. I live in the U. K. None of the dresses are altered yet, they are however pinned so Dylan Queen can see the huge difference in what i ordered and what i actually received. I have just received a very blunt email from a 'Sharon' at Dylan Queen service saying as I have already altered the dresses (which i haven't), merely made arrangements, they will do nothing about it.
DO NOT spend your money with this company, it will cost you twice as much to remedy.

Since I posted this review they have offered an insulting 5% refund! As this implies they have some liability for a refund I am holding out for more, however I have heard nothing for five days so I'm not holding my breath!
Ordered a dress for my daughter's prom. Received the notice that it would be shipped soon. We've been on with customer service for 2 weeks trying to get it resolved. I reordered and it is already screwed up. The service chat and email people obviously do not speak English well and continually offer a stupid 5% discount instead of answers. (I already had the 5% discount, so it isn't really something). After fighting and fighting, I am tired. We have cancelled the order and are giving up.
Is it possible to ask any authority to close this site? They are misleading, quality is disgusting! It seems for me that they send few 'normal' dresses to get positive reviews but 90% are really disgusting. Sizes are wrong. Customer service doesn't response! Return policy is awful. There are so many Chinese businesses which are qualitative and professional, but these are thieves! And prices are not 'Chinese'. I've paid £100 for my daughter prom dress, but received skirt and some disgusting lace different to picture of the dress. Does anybody know how it is possible to request to close the web-site at least with co.uk!
Please do not waste your money. The dress was supposed to made to measure for me, and arrived in good time. Nice material - but was not at all good. Floppy at the back and front and did not fit at all well - the sleeves were too tight despite giving them an exact measurement of my arms too and it was far too long. I have read other reviews since buying and wish I had read them before. When I contacted them they offered me £8.00 refund out of £99! I so upset. What a waste of money as I cannot wear it. Luckily Visa are on the case. Thank goodness I paid through them.
I bought a dress for my daughter for her prom evening, it does not look like the dress on the web site, he material style and cut is flawed and we were simply quite dissatisfied with the fact that we will only be refunded for half and we have to pay the shipping!. It was clearly made in china as per the customs receipt.
I can understand if we just wanted to return the dress because we did not like it? In this case everything is wrong about it. It looks horrendous!
Very unhappy a real scam of a company
I ordered a prom dress for my daughter but was shocked at the poor workmanship. There were snags in the netting, various areas where cloth had not been sewn properly so the stitches had come undone, and areas that had been badly cut. Only a few basic measurements were asked for - not enough to make a properly fitted dress, so the under-arms where too low and the neckline was too big, causing it to fall off the shoulders. When I complained to them they asked for photos, which I supplied. They then offered me 5%, which they raised to 10% (less than £10). In the end I got very fed up of constantly messaging them to sort it out. It appears to not be UK based (as suggested in the. co.uk name). I would NEVER use this company again! Appalling customer service in my opinion.
I ordered a bridesmaid dress from these rip off merchants. When it arrived it was badly made out of cheap material, didn't fit and was the wrong colour.
I complained but like most other people, I only got offered between 5%-10% refund. Eventually I contacted my credit card company and asked them to investigate. Once I'd provided the evidence the credit card company asked for, the raised a dispute with Dylan Queen and immediately refunded all my money pending the outcome of the investigation. Dylan Queen didn't respond to the dispute, so I was able to keep the refund. If you've paid by credit card, I highly recommend this as a means of getting your money back as you won't get anything from Dylan Queen.

Dress took 6 weeks to come. Came wrong size and colour and looked terrible! No customer service... Emails are replied to in not clear English and they refused to refund or exchange and became rude despite the error being theres! Now left with a &100 dress that is not fit for purpose and a young girl now without a prom dress! Don't be fooled by them!
I purchased one sexy red chiffon satin evening dress as a gift for my partner. She was absolutely blown away with it, The dress arrived very quickly. Other than the shipping time there were no problems with the products and no extra charges were present. The order and delivery service was faultless and I would not hesitate to purchase from this store again.
My daughter ordered a prom dress which arrive on time, however the quality of the material is very poor, the stitching is bad, there were marks on the dress, the colour was slightly different and it does not fit!
I have contacted Dylan Queen regarding a refund and they have asked me to take photographs of the dress.
In the mean time, in addition to paying £25.00 shipping charge when purchasing the dress, we have also received a bill from TNT for an additional £25.00!
I will post again to advise the outcome, but beware of ordering a dress from this company as they are not UK based, as the website suggests.

I purchased this dress for my daughter's wedding, and it looked exactly as shown on the pics. I ordered a size bigger than usually but I guess I should have just gone with my regular one, great quality.

My mother in law bought a dress for a wedding and the size was completely wrong ( even though she bought it based on the measurements and went up a size to be on the safe side) and they refused to return it. It was obvious that it was made poorly but they refused to return or exchange it. The dress was also very cheap looking, nothing like the website. They're a complete fraud. I reported them and my mother in law filed a complaint with her credit card company to get her money back. Definitely do yourself a favor and stay away from these people.
