Please save your money and shop elsewhere. These people are a complete rip off. My mother in law bought a dress for a wedding and the size was completely wrong ( even though she bought it based on the measurements and went up a size to be on the safe side) and they refused to return it. It was obvious that it was made poorly but they refused to return or exchange it. The dress was also very cheap looking, nothing like the website. They're a complete fraud. I reported them and my mother in law filed a complaint with her credit card company to get her money back. Definitely do yourself a favor and stay away from these people.

Please read the reviews. Don't waste your money honestly you'll be so disappointed they took £200 off me and the dress was appalling!

Dont buy anything from their site - believe me, quality is horrible, dress nothing like in pictures and they send you wrong sizes and dont accept returns! Purchase from trusted sites.

Dont do it. The quality is not good, the sizes are not even close to what they are supposed to be and you will not get a refund. They are utterly shocking in the obstacles they put in your way and dont care at all. They should not be allowed to trade. They breach every law going and apparently the right to return doesn't exist for them either!

Do not buy. Ours was awful and unwearable and looked like it had been made by a chimpanzee and you will not get your money back. It was on watchdog the other week. Trust me go to a major city and buy designer or go on eBay or the internet and buy one from coast. Your daughter will be heartbroken otherwise and skint.

I had the worst expirence with them and I will never ever again but seems is not just me I read so many reviews but it was to late! The quality is sooooooooo cheap and costumer service just don't care about your issues they will refund you just 5% after many many emails that you will send! So I will not advise to shop please not, picture are toooooooo fare beautiful from what they tailor for you! Please take your money and purchase st s reliable and ethical retailer. I and hundreds of others have had a nightmare experience with this vendor. Don't trust your daughter's event to someone who has proven they don't value the business. Don't gamble with your hard earned dollars nor chance disappointing your daughter.

Dylan Queen sent me a dress that requires me to be over 6 ft tall ( I am 5 ft 4) and they sent orange instead if black yet refused to even discuss a refund or replace. Luckily my bank refunded me

Nope never I brought a dress for my self and ordered a size 14 recived a size 8, they have not refunded me and not emailing me back, the material is really bad and tacky it's not wealth it there are awful, I totally advise you to not order at all, and there also will charge you high custome charges on top of the delivery fee you are paying.
