Anyone else notice how dylanqueen.co.uk always reply the same answer but don't actually help?

Yes your right. We have to get this business closed. It is not genuine and robbing people of their hard earned money!

Scammers. If you have a problem you should claim from your credit card company - I did and it was really easy and I got all my money back.

I'm sorry you had trouble with this company. They are $#*!. I paid £107 for a prom dress which was faulty and only got £19 refund. I've since been in contact with the Bbc programme called rip of Britain who are doing a programme on them. Will be shown sept/oct. Hopefully this will shut them done or get the word out about them. HOpe you get your money back or replacement

Yes they are a complete fast would never ever recommend anyone to use them. There is no customer service they don't care less

Yes I'm afraid getting your money back is no mean feat. They are operating under false pretences giving the impression they are UK based when they are located in China. You will pay import tax on top of everything you buy and when something goes wrong you have zero chance of getting a satisfactory solution. If you are able to agree a refund value they expect the dress to be returned first. DO NOT do this. You will simply throw away more money on the return postage and they will never receive the item (according to them). The process is very frustrating too, as nobody appears to understand English, so do not bother to add special instructions to the information box, because nobody will look at them or understand them.
People - stay away from Dylan Queen!

Forget about getting your money back, they just have a standard response. As well as the price of the dress I got caught for customs duties of €80. I had assumed they were an English company. I can't believe they are still in business as my experience with them was last February. They are also on EBAY and it is so easy to be taken in by them.

They are a shambles and I'm still trying my best to get this site closed. This is every teenage girls nightmare for prom! I paid by credit card but not sure I would be able to claim money back as didn't take any pictures of the dress before I paid and extra £50 to get it altered to fit my daughter. I hate hate hate this company!

That is their scam and it becomes impossible to return anything... IMPOSSIBLE and you cant email them because they pretend they dont get it and reply ridiculas answers. The are totally BOGUS BOGUS BOGUS.

Ye n thats great so glad u had a solution I paid mine by transferring money out my bank, so unflrtunatly iv got to practicily beg Dylan queen for my own money to b returned xx iv had this doing on now since end of may, disgusting isn't it

Don't be fooled by the. co.uk web address. They are not a uk based company and this is totally misleading. I'm repeating myself so many times, but claim back from your debit/credit card company. If enough people do it they might stop this company using them or raise their charges to them.

Yes I have loads of emails back and forwards some even contradicting the others! Absolutely disgusting still no refund for my dress made too small!
I went to my event and hired. Gorgeous designer dress for under half the price of my awful dress!

I suspect the reason for the same replies is that nobody in the firm speaks decent English. They pretend to be a UK based company but deliberately mislead people with this as they are based abroad. They have no business ethic other than to extract the maximum amount of money for the minimum effort. By sending out the same answer to customers, they hope to frustrate you and diseude you from asking for your money back. I sent them about 40 mails until they were fed up! Be persistant, become a problem for them. Make them have to waste time responding.

Yes that's all they do, you will never get anywhere with them, if you paid by credit card go back to your card issuer if not then your wasting your time because the longer you keep emailing them the more frustrated they make you feel. Good luck

This company are rip of merchants don't believe a word they say they will agree one thing then the next email will say another. You may unfortunately have to put this one down to experience if not pay by credit card... I got emails threatening to blacklist me on internet sites if I went to my bank that's how disgusting their service is... don't pay to send it back 'it may go missing' as they told me several times. This company needs to be closed down!
