Scammers. If you have a problem you should claim from your credit card company - I did and it was really easy and I got all my money back.

I'm sorry you had trouble with this company. They are shit. I paid £107 for a prom dress which was faulty and only got £19 refund. I've since been in contact with the Bbc programme called rip of Britain who are doing a programme on them. Will be shown sept/oct. Hopefully this will shut them done or get the word out about them. HOpe you get your money back or replacement

Yes I'm afraid getting your money back is no mean feat. They are operating under false pretences giving the impression they are UK based when they are located in China. You will pay import tax on top of everything you buy and when something goes wrong you have zero chance of getting a satisfactory solution. If you are able to agree a refund value they expect the dress to be returned first. DO NOT do this. You will simply throw away more money on the return postage and they will never receive the item (according to them). The process is very frustrating too, as nobody appears to understand English, so do not bother to add special instructions to the information box, because nobody will look at them or understand them.

I've sent posts to various sites warning people not to go near this site, would love to get it investigated, but where do you start.

Forget about getting your money back, they just have a standard response. As well as the price of the dress I got caught for customs duties of €80. I had assumed they were an English company. I can't believe they are still in business as my experience with them was last February. They are also on EBAY and it is so easy to be taken in by them.

They are a shambles and I'm still trying my best to get this site closed. This is every teenage girls nightmare for prom! I paid by credit card but not sure I would be able to claim money back as didn't take any pictures of the dress before I paid and extra £50 to get it altered to fit my daughter. I hate hate hate this company!
