Dylanqueen is the most disgusting website, they made a dress completely different from the dress we fell in love to.the dress came different colour, different size, and very bad quality, dress was put in a small dirty bag all crunchy, they don't do refunds just keeps sending emails not even apology, even for shipping 25£ and then 3.50£ for delivery, please girls don buy from this disgusting web as you never will see your money and will be left heartbroken, my daughters prom ruined because of them.
Disappointed with dress from Dylan Queen. Glue on front and broken zip. They are not willing to return my money, have to pay 90% for a dress that is not usable, plus a further shipping bill. Be very careful as it is buyer beware here.

I ordered a pink long dress for my relative's wedding ceremony. As company promised me, they delivered on next day. I was so surprised of their fast shipping and high quality stuff. It was my first time ordering from Dylan queen, The customer service/ support team wasn't very good at all, however I gave my own measurements in and got a quality dress for a reasonable price. I ordered this dress for prom and it came within the expected time. Overall-not bad. Would order again.

I ordered from Dylan queen in Hong Kong, and it took 3 days to get to the U.S. after it was done being tailored. No damage, true to size and color. Based off of others reviews, not sure id order again. But for those of you reading the other negative ones, there is some hope!
My aunt bought two dresses from this site & relieved an email telling her the order failed to go through. Got charged for the prices of the dresses. When emailing them they replied with something completely irrelevant back. Will definitely be taking this to watchdog as there is no way this is a viable company. Total scam!

After receiving my dress and looking so cheap, and the colour being white but tinged with lilac plus nowhere near a size 10, I asked about sending it back for a refund.
I was asked by them to send in photographs which I did, but now being completely ignored.
Has anyone ever had a refund? Or complained legally?
This company must be making a fortune from trusting people.

Finally arrived much later than promised and dreadful quality! We ordered a standard size 8, with the assurance that it could be returned! The sizing is totally out of proportion! When we emailed to say we wished to return it was told ' don't send it back, it probably won't arrive' and was offered a 5% refund! When I said this was unacceptable they have ignored my email.
Having paid £20 for postage I then received a bill for £23 from TNT for customs and import duties.
I have now passed the matter over to my credit card company and shall be reporting the company to the Trading Standards Agency.

I ordered two dresses for my own wedding in a UK size 16. When they arrived there was absolutely no chance of them fitting! My Mum (a UK size 14) can't even get them done up or anywhere close with at least 3 inches of gap but of course you need a returns authority to be able to send them back which means providing not only your hip bust and waist sizes (and evidence!) but also photos of the dresses when on - yeah right - like I could get them on without breaking them! So I sent photos of my mum in the dresses with the gaping back and still no returns authority has been forthcoming! I am continuing my fight. Quite frankly though people, be warned!

I ordered a dress costing £100 and the delivery was £30 it come back it's horrific and they will not let me get a refund or anything! I've also been sent another bill from the import of the dress for an extra £21 shipping payment! I would seriously not recommend this site to my worst enemy!
Wow these guys are insane rip off Merchants. The Dress arrived completely defective not at all the dress I ordered with Multiple design faults. Like everyone else I'm getting a ridiculous negotiation of 5% or 8% discounts for a dress I didn't order basically. I will be asking my credit card company to investigate as their service is Insulting/time consuming and not at all reaching any form of reasonable conclusion. I purchased a prom dress for my daughter back in March, after a delay in delivery I tried to cancel my order to no avail. Once it arrived it looked nothing like the picture. There were faults in the flower details, sequins in the wrong places. Also my daughter dos not like it due to it being completely different from the photo. Numerous emails were sent along with close up photos. It was agreed they would refund 20% of the dress price ( not incl delivery) £16 in total. Four months later & I have yet to receive anything! I have emailed again which seems to be falling on deaf ears! I only wish I had seen these comments before I made the purchase. A warning to anyone else DO NOT BUY from this company, they will rip you off with cheap tacky dresses that are certainly not made to order! Mrs Mills

Completely fraudulent. Ordered one dress which was fine, nicely made, ordered 4 more for bridesmaid dresses - Totally the wrong colour, very badly made. Totally different to the first one. All measurements incorrect, and £450 down... their reply? 'There's nothing wrong with them we checked before sending' followed by - 'there must be a reason you buy from abroad, it's cheaper, you get what you pay for so you just have to keep them'
I wish I'd read all of this prior to ordering. The dress I received was ok quality, however, completely the wrong colour. Their customer service department replies frequently to my emails but are refusing to replace the dress with the correct order or refund it fully. I've been offered 8%, which says to me they know its wrong but wont give me the full refund. They actually said I need to understand they have to pay their seamstresses and designers and me wanting a refund cuts into this!
Please don't give yourself the hassle and buy elsewhere. I now have an orange wedding dress that I have no idea what to do with, other than put in the bin.
Total rubbish. It was to late to send the goods back but this site and company are a con. After paying for delivery I have now had another bill from HM customs & excise. This site says nothing about that. Buyer beware. The finish is rubbish the sizing is no where near true. Size 12 dress so why would I want a size 8 jacket!

Answer: Please save your money and shop elsewhere. These people are a complete rip off. My mother in law bought a dress for a wedding and the size was completely wrong ( even though she bought it based on the measurements and went up a size to be on the safe side) and they refused to return it. It was obvious that it was made poorly but they refused to return or exchange it. The dress was also very cheap looking, nothing like the website. They're a complete fraud. I reported them and my mother in law filed a complaint with her credit card company to get her money back. Definitely do yourself a favor and stay away from these people.

Unfortunately this company are shit and probably not repair the dress, so my advise is go to your local dry cleaners they maybe able to put a new zip in for you.
