I had nine weeks to plan a wedding for my daughter. Being as you can't find modest wedding gowns in stores, we turned to the internet. I contacted several of the modest wedding gown sites, and Dylanqueen is the only one who ever answered. In fact, every single time I e-mailed them, I had an answer from them within 24 hours. Whom-ever answered my e-mails was polite and professional. He assured me a rush delivery would be put on my order if needed. That helped a lot to calm my nerves down.
The dress came three weeks before the wedding, and it was truly beautiful. The sewing was professional, and the hand-stitched work was lovely. It fit my daughter perfectly, and the only alteration we needed was to have it hemmed a bit. I am extremely pleased with Dylanqueen and would definitely order from them again.

DylanQueen is the best website for clothing online shopping.The products are authentic and well described. Delivery mostly takes place much earlier than the estimated delivery-date.The exchange and returns policy is very user-friendly.The best thing is, frequent product status mails at every stage of order, order placed, dispatch, delivery (even if the product is delivered in 24 hours). Absolutely appalling! This company is not based in the UK or USA - it is a fake website with cheap dresses being sent over from China. Wedding dress and 2 bridesmaid dresses are a complete mess. I have been offered 5% refund as they state that they will lose money otherwise! The fact that I am 10 weeks away from my wedding with no dresses and no money to buy replacements doesn't seem to bother them. Stay away from this website. Obviously some cheap sweat shop in China with blind people classed as tailors!

I love to look good and am very choosy especially in dress gowns and evening wears for cocktails and light parties. I thought I new the best choices to go to when buying until my cousin Hannah, recommended the site Dylanqueen.co.uk to see if I can find some interesting wears.
I must confess, it was a "wow" experience. All the wears were beautiful that it took me a long time to make choices.
Not forgetting also the quick delivery soon as i placed my order... it was just marvelous. I am definitely going to enjoy buying more soon.

The dress arrived and was badly made, threading not completed properly and overall the size was completely off. I sent pictures and spoke to customer services about getting a refund and they initially offered me 5% towards the cost of me getting the dress tailored. Yes, £5 towards what is likely to cost me £50! I refused and they then offered me 10%. Absolute joke. I also had a very abrupt Sandra telling me I must have bought the dress from abroad because it was cheap so I should not be expecting such high quality. Avoid this company. I will keep fighting but I dont think I will get anywhere. Wish I had read these reviews first of all!

Initially I was a little hesitant to place orders. This is because, all the dresses that they offer have a low price. But after doing a live chat on the website and read reviews, I tried to order one. WOW,, dress comes with good quality and materials. In addition, the overall look is very amazing, and I cannot wait to wear it. I recommend it 100%, and I will make another order when I need special clothes.

All Brits and everyone in the world. Do not shop from this website. They are fooling you and taking your money. They claim they have a Return policy, but it does not exist. I have lost all my money £119.00. I ordered a dress for Christmas and when it arrived it was faulty. They wanted to give me 10% back. I am still trying to sort it out, but they are very obstructive. Do not be fooled by reviews. If anyone wants to check me out with this review, you can contact and talk to me. Don't buy from this site!

First of all... they screen their reviews! You cannot post an honest review unless the review is good! Otherwise it's not approved and they don't post it!

We order two dresses and spent so much money! We asked for specific measurements! And confirmed the colours!
Well of course they didn't follow the measurements... the colours are WAY off! And one of the dresses came unfinished with a HOLE!

So we're trying to get a partial refund back and they're offering a measly 10%! 10% doesn't even begin to cover the extra expenses to fix their mistakes!

They write you back crying that they spend lots of money on labour, freight, fabric, etc. IT'S CALLED RUNNING A BUSINESS. And those are the costs.

I'm DISGUSTED!
Don't waste your time or money!

I've already wrote a review about the poor resemblance to the dress ordered and that we have found an excellent dress maker to complete the alterations, after going for a fitting today she informed me that the sewing was coming undone on the dress so god knows what would have happened if it had been ok and not been taken to a professional dress maker. Don't even bother with these people they are a complete waist of time, poor workmanship, poor service.

I just wanted to say what stunning dresses these are and anybody unsure of purchasing this dress to reconsider. I ordered this dress for each of them - custom made so that no adjustments would be needed. They are beautiful dresses and fit my girls perfectly, the detail is amazing and the material such good quality - double layered so v. supportive, no bras needed! The purple color is fantastic and the dresses arrived within three weeks - amazing! I can't wait for the big day now, thank you.

Got my dress about a month after ordering it, which was almost exactly the amount of time they had predicted - I had mine custom made. It fit almost perfectly. It has a surprisingly excellent interior support and I didn't need to wear a bra! It was incredibly comfortable, and looked exactly the way it does in the picture. I am so happy to have this evening dress- very affordable prices for amazing and well-made products! Thank you. So much for making my senior prom so special!

Their refund policy is a farce, it makes you have trust that they'll refund if necessary, truth is they will refuse to do so. My dress does not look like what is on the website at all. I paid £100 for this dress and it looks as if it's worth no more than £30, due to the cheap lace and lack of embroidery that was displayed on the website. My four-year-old sister has the same stones in her arts and crafts pack. There is no lace on the dress on the website, however the dress I received does. My shoulder measurements are incorrect from what I asked for. Now they refuse to pay full refund, normally you'd get full refund plus compensation.

As a result, I will be suing the company and taking the matter to Court, I will not stand for not receiving 100% refund.

The workmanship is delicate, and the color is beautiful. I ordered it for my sisters wedding and it's even better than I expected. Mine is a size 12 in Royal Blue. She likes the dress very much. So thanks for Dylanqueen UK. Well, it did! I am very happy with my purchase and it arrived on exactly the same day as stated. At last, I think i will continue to visit this site.

Bought a dress for my mum, it came very quickly and that's why they got one star, unfortunately that's where the good service ends. The material is full of catches, the hem at the bottom is completely uneven, there are holes all over the place, some of which are about six inches wide. The material is bulging at one side and when we contacted the company they replied with 'the dress is the same as the photo' I wish there was an option to post photos here to show just how terrible this dress is. It was taken to a seamstress who said it was such a mess that there is nothing she can do to make it look any better
