I'm afraid you won't. I'm still waiting over a year now for my refund. All you can do is to keep warning people about this company. We can't all be wrong

Hi Veronica only yesterday after about 5 months the bank finally confirmed the credit was permenant in our account. Did you pay with a debit or credit card? And what was the reason for return? Well tht will be obvious! My problem i ordered a white vintage lace white wedding dress and i gota sparkly gold lady boy dress full of cheap plastic diamonds. So one i claimed goods not recd. The bank as i ordered on a debit card. Instantly gave me my moneyback and said it would remain on the account and dylanqueen had two months to respond. They did as we got the dress and my mother had signed. When the dress was the wrong item i explained to the bank and they said that the credit can remain and they again wrote to Dylanqueen who had another 2 months to respond. They never did because this is there scam so i have my money back. In their returns policy if you key in dylan queen retuns it all comes up and they do not allow you to track it back so they can claim off their bank too. I refused to pay for the dress to go back and told them if they want it back they can put the returns money in my bank before i do so. They have the details from the order. It never went back and i have my refuund. Percevere it does take months but you have nothing to loose the bank does all the work. Credit cards and bank cards have the same acts and they are obliged to help you. I think if everybody percevered this site would get closed down i dont even know how google and microsoft are allowing them to trade. Scam scam scam!

I am astonished that this company is still in business! They pass themselves off as being reputable and in the UK when actually they are in Hong Kong and probably employ child labor to make these piece of crap dresses! I was only offered $5 american dollars to have my dress altered! What a joke. Stay away from these scammers.

You don't! These people are crooks, I wouldn't consider using them ever again.

Like the others have said - you wont get your full refund back, they will however offer a paltry 5% if u argue with them that will be upped to 10% the max is 15%... I refused each time but did get onto my bank even though I had paid by my debit card but because the value spent was over £100 they were able to have my account refunded in full within 24hrs after weeks of emailing back and forwards with these scammers...

Save yourself stress and frustration by buying from a reputable seller by passing any site online that's selling a too good to be true dress...

You basically don't because by the time you've payed post and they refund a percentage of your total its nothing. The site is total fraud rubbish made by animals I'm sure. We didn't get a refund on the useless thing that is a size 8, 10, 12 and all in the same dress at different areas is total junk. Wasted 179 pounds totally and never got a penny. Sorry hun. It's just wrong. We ended up buying from monsoon in the UK and got a dress that looked as glamorous as the bride. But we had to buy twice to fix it after all. My beautiful size 10,29 year old missus was devastated. Avoid at all costs

Do not use this site, its impossible to get a refund, the very best they will offer you is 5 %of the price, its a disgrace and should be taken off the web

I claimed from my bank even though I used a debit card. I tried talking to Dylsn Queen but they would not even acknowledge that there was a problem. Keep copies of any correspondence to send to your bank as proof that you tried to resolve the issue yourself.

I have tried and tried they have offered my 5% discount to get it repaired which is an insult and now they are saying I have to keep the dress!
