Thought I had found some lovely new clothes. When they arrived, some 7 weeks after ordering, they were of VERY poor quality, buttons falling off and stitching very poor. Returns policy is appalling, you have to return them to China at your expense, and if you're lucky, they'll give you a 60% return. It was even suggested I sell them online or donate them! I wouldn't use these as cleaning cloths, terrible scratchy material and they'll probably disintegrate if I wear them. If I had known they came from China, I would not have bought them. In future I'll check first.

I bought a cheongsam type of dress from them and it is absolutely FANTASTIC. Questions about sizing were sensible and the dress arrived exactly as described and fitted beautifully. The underside isn't the best sewing in the world, but every time I wear it I get wonderful comments and no one sees the underside, so who cares. A really fab company and what you pay upfront is ALL you have to pay, not like Dylan Queen which is a really shocking company!

I asked about sizing, as I am normally an 'off the peg' 14, but on looking at their sizing, decided to go for a 16. I did not get a reply to my request, just an email saying your dress in under construction. When it arrived, it looked gorgeous, but on trying it on, it doesn't fit. It is much too small around the bust, the sleeves are too small and it is about 7 inches too long, with heels. On emailing, I just had a reply of we put a lot of work into this and had all the customs to deal with, in order words, tough luck. I have been to a dressmaker who said that it is badly sewn and is generally badly put together. There really isn't enough to let out, but she is going to see what she can do. It cost me a lot of money for the dress and postage and now I have had a bill from TNT for customs! So this is a HUGELY expensive mistake and I would not touch this company again. A few months ago I had a dress made to measure by another Hong Kong company and it is fabulous, fits perfectly and is much commented on. Not the best made dress, but I wish I had gone back to them. Only didn't as most of their styles are cheongsam and I wanted something classical.
