This site is an absolute joke i wouldn't give it 1star! I ordered a custom sized chiffon floor length dress for my daughters prom.The only positive thing i can say is it arrived quickly, however it arrived inside out crumpled up in a small plastic bag not a good start.The dress is faulty in many ways: poor quality, fraying seams, doesn't hang correctly, uneven seams, uneven padding... i could go on! The dress also is too long, has a train and satin on the bodice with pleating that is coming apart.(not as described) I am finding it impossible to return this item, after contacting them and attaching photographs i received emails offering me 5% then 10% compensation off the price if i kept the dress and a warning that i would have to pay high shipping costs and taxes and that the dress may not reach them! This was accompanied by a long email (sob story) about all the people they have to pay! Like i can afford to loose £100. I was then offered a half refund but still have to pay return costs followed by another the following day offering just 20% their customer service is a absolute joke and they do not honor their faulty returns policy. I urge everyone to avoid this site at all costs. I am attempting to recover the costs through my credit card however as it is just under £100 and i have to provide an independent report regarding faults.As my experience seems to echo many others i very much doubt any of the positive reviews are true.
