I recently submitted a review on this sham of a company and the disgusting treatment I have received at their hands. In short, they sent me atrocious goods, which I did not order and took almost £300 from my bank account. Needless to say, I have been livid.
So, after reporting them to Trading Standards, I took legal advice and also contacted my bank. I discoverd that many UK banks are part of what is called a 'chargeback scheme'. If, like many of us on here, we have been the victim of a fraudulent company such as this disgraceful one, our debit/credit card provider will refund the funds to our account and take up the fight with the company's bank on our behalf. This company name 'DYLANQUEEN.CO.UK' was recognised by my bank and the money was refunded to me in 1 day.
DylanQueen continue to insist I take the dresses to a tailor, (bearing in mind, one is the complete wrong colour - black instead of pink, so how a talior rectifies this is beyond me) and they are continuing to refuse to accept returns.
So please check if your bank is part of this Chargeback Scheme and let them take up the battle and get our hard earned cash back in it's rightful place.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I ordered a dress for my 21st birthday thinking everything would be fine, I paid for expidated shipping also, I then came across so many bad reviews about these dresses so I emailed them asking when my dress would be here. They replied straight away advising 23 March, my birthday was 13th March, I emailed them exactly 14 times in total, they 6 times, I asked them on every email I sent to cancel the order which they ignored until I told them I was taking this to my bank and trading standards, they then advised me they would refund me 60% of the dress price. I never even recieved the dress or the expidated shopping! They told me to check there cancellations policy. On there website all it states is to email the customer services if in need of a refund! This company is an absolute joke, and I advise no one to buy from here! They almost ruined my 21st birthday! The customer service advisors where so so rude, and couldn't even write an email properly! This is a scam website! Do not purchase anything from here!

I wished I had visited this review site before I ordered from DylanQueen.co.uk. I order a custom made dress for a wedding I was attending. The dress arrived in good time but the packaging was not as stated on the website. I opened the package to find a dress which did not look much like the picture. The dress did not fit around the bust area as it kept slipping down when I walked about, the workmanship was terrible, the dress only had one bra cup, the dress was too long even with heels. Too many problems to mention but the dress was not fit for purpose. I sent up to 20 photos of the errors and got a response telling me to take the dress to a dressmaker and they will give a 5% refund which I totally refused. Took it to a dressmaker who advised me to request a refund. I have sent an official letter of complaint of which they have until Wednesday 3rd September to respond. As of yet I have not heard from them. I have reported this to my credit card company who will dispute this on my behalf and hopefully get my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE WHO ARE PURPORTING TO BE A UK SITE. All the items are made in china.

Huge SCAM and liars

I must say i was very dissapointed to receive my dress this morning. It looks nothing with the picture they advertise on their website. The picture is very misleading because clearly it looks nothing with what i received. The jewels on the picture look equally placed on the dress to balance the colours. What i have here looks like a magicians assistant. Its a clash of loooooooooads of pink emeralds. Again nothing like the picture. Its a poor quality of work like somebody gave children a box of pink emeralds to stick on the chest section. No colour balance AT ALL! I feel cheated, misleaded i feel robbed of my money because its clearly not a professional job. If its your policy not to give refunds because i just dont like it i have to say this is not the case. This is a case of not receiving what i paid for. I want my money back i have no time for fixing the dress anymore or start anything from scratch. This is malpractice and i am deeply dissapointed as i was very eager to receive the dress.
I also truly thing these kind of website should be legally banned. Its a shame ther is no pther organization to claim your money back.

Quite frankly I dont know what planet the people giving this website positive reviews are from, did you seriously order off this? If your like me a 16 year old who is in love with a dress, reviewed the website but saw a couple of good reviews so you decided to order. DO NOT ORDER. The pictures are misleading, I ordered a one shoulder dress and asked for both sleeves they did not even have the common sense to make them match and they are disgusting loose when I gave my specific arm measurement but the ugly material is so thick I cant even alter it. The top of my dress is absolutely disgusting and looks nothing like the picture, The picture showed a satin stretchy material, but they used the most ugliest thickest material because of which my dress is now tight. ITS A DODGY CHINESE WEBSITE WHICH HAS NO PHONE NUMBER AND ONLY CONTACTS WITH EMAILS USING MADE UP ENGLISH NAMES SUCH A KRIS OR SANDRA. I feel soo bad because my mum spent so much, £110 is not cheap and now I will have to buy another dress, dont be misleaded by the rare good review like me, because quite frankly its all b******t

I have ordered a dress, recived size 8 when orderd a 14, asked to send it back and the advisor goes it's not refundable, I have emailed you nemiours times and recived I can't send the dress back, I have contacted trading standers and they have advise I am allowed a refund in 14 days, I have never seen such a awful company like you, have emailed you customer service department, stating this and if I don't get a reply I will take this matter further

VERY UNHAPPY

My daughter has bought a dress 2 times of Dylan and queen site first time she was happy,,, second time she didn't like the dress wat came with diamonds and studs falln off dress and she was unable to attend her formal,,, It cost me to return the dress back to them witch they said I would gt a refund,,, I have emailed every day and got no reply ive also went on to live chat and got no answers either,,,, I would advise any1 not to buy here as ul never get ur money back,, im very angry that there sitn with dress and money and we have nothn,,,,, they don't even have the decentcy to answer us never mind pay us back, I will never ever let my daughter buy from these people again,,,,,, they false advertise and don't treat people with respect all they want is ur money,,,,,,,,,,

OUT 184$ THE DRESS IS A COPY OF ONLINE DRESSES AND MADE POORLY WRONG WRONG SIZE AND MATERIAL AND COLOR... THEY DO NOT WANT TO REFUND ONLY 60$ SINCE THEY BEGAN 1. You can get refund for Defective, Damaged or Mis-shipped Items, Size Deviation & Color Mismatch problems, etc.
2. Please understand that dresses that do not fit properly but in accordance with the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. You are not allowed to exchange or refund for the situation of "Everything is right, but I just don't like". (Afraid in this case, you cannot return the dress if the only reason is that you do not like them. As the dress either regular size or customer size is made to order from scratch, if you return them, we can hardly find another customer to sell this dress.) THIS IS PART OF THERE POLICY... BS! AT 5%... THEY BEGAN SO IF I SEND THE DRESS BACK AT MY EXPENSE YEAH RIGHT SO THAT THEY CAN THEN SAY THEY NEVER RECEIVED IT! SINCE 8 DAYS AGO TALKING TO 6 PEOPLE VIA EMAIL THEY HAVE NO CONTACT#... Further to my post yesterday regarding my unfinished wedding dress id like to share with you what happened next I received a email from dylanqueen stating "​if you keep this dress, we can offer 10% discount to make as compensation, ok?" I replied "You already know what my order number is, so why don't you post your comment on the site so everyone can see that your offering me to keep the horrible dress and refund me 10% of my money, what exactly am I to do with the dress. Instead of saying I am to write your manager why don't you get your manager to contact me. And what do you mean about its the factory and not the company, isn't your factory a part of your company? I paid my money to you so I expect my money back from you. And the answer to your question is "no" I dont want to keep the dress, what exactly shall I keep it and do with it? This is how terrible these people are, you already know who I am and you already have my order number, why don't your manager do the decent thing and contact all his unhappy customers and fix the problems and heartache you have caused to so many people. You have sent me a unfinished dress, it is no good to me so why would I want to keep it and get 10% of my money back, does that actually make any sense to you, what exactly am I going to do with the dress. Get your manager to contact me as hes the one taking customers money and sending them rubbish

Nightmare

I ordered a lovely dress from Dylan queen for my daughters confomation. She is twelve and this is a huge event in Ireland... Before I ordered I contacted them direct to ask does custom mean actual custom and would it be possible to make it for a child to which I was informed it would be... We waited three weeks and we got a knock at the door and ordered to pay 42 euro vat for which we had no idea as there was no visible mention of this... Then when my daughter went to try it on it wouldn't fit her head and I had to rip it to get it on... They had b size cups still fitted in the dress and the sequins were falling off and in no pattern at all... It was the worst dress I have ever seen... They wasn't helpful when I contacted them they told me to send photos... I asked how I cud do that to which I got no reply... I would strongly recommend no one buys a dress from this company the dresses aren't custom made I brought it into a Taylor and they told me they used a size eight bodice and chopped the side off... I have told everyone not to use this site and I intend on going to the consumer rights about it and letting everyone know on Facebook too... Descracful isn't the word for it! Shocking is more to the point don't buy it!
