The color and size are true to the charts on the site and it fits perfectly. I was considering ordering a mini dress but had never ordered from this site before and was a bit worry. I decided to order this as a trial because I thought it was something which I could at least wear more often if the quality or color were not what I hoped for. The dress arrived within 5 weeks of ordering and it is fantastic quality, particularly for the price. The color and size are true to the charts on the site and it fits perfectly. I am extremely happy with my purchase and would have no hesitation in ordering more from this site.

I would advise anyone NOT to buy a dress from this website. When I ordered mine it was a completely different dress and colour. It was to small for me and I wanted to send it back. They dont give you any return slip so you have to contact them to receive one. I messaged them and they told me that they would only give me half the refund. Now I still have the dress as I'm not able to send it back because they haven't sent me a return slip. The whole website is a scam.

I ordered this dress for my daughter. It is PERFECT! My daughter is a big girl size 26 so we custom ordered it fits perfect. It is hard to find beautiful things in her size especially for parties and such so this is wonderful. She loves it. It took a while to get it with the custom ordering but the shipping was fast so order ahead in case of any set backs. We ordered beautiful purple. It looks very nice on a full figured woman. I am very pleased and will order again and highly recommend this site. Very high quality work.

Had received my evening dress earlier than expected, it's beautiful! It came just 7 days after they sent it. It is exactly as shown in the photos and the material was very nice (just as other customers mentioned). It was comfortable when I put it on, but since I ordered the smallest size, just need to lose a bit of weight, lol. This is my 2nd time ordering from this store and I am indeed impressed with their service and their product. Over all, I am very happy with my new dress and I can't wait to lose weight and wear it on the special occasion party.

No one should purchase from them. The dress I ordered was 2 sizes to small. The machining was shoddy and not straight. There were so many faults... it was an abomination of a dress... totally unwearable after asking me to send pictures of the faults they offered me £5.00. They then offered to pay half. I am still fighting for full compensation. I received rude comments from a person called Sandra. I have had to pay £15.00 postage to return the dress. I am not sure I will even get half of what I paid. Be warned! Do not buy from them... they are crooks!

Good afternoon

I am writing to report the above company and the dificulty of obtaining a refund for a purchase of a prom dress for my daughter. A payment of £115.29 was paid on 3rd June 2014 from my current account to this site called dylanqueen.co.uk which purported to be a UK website.

When the package arrived it was from China: the dress was different size, different colour and was stained having been previously worn by someone else.

Trying to contact them for a refund has proved impossible. They respond with silly answers and checking external reviews many many other people have been similarly scammed. The site block any negative posts on their own website. Apparently I can also expect them to take further amount of £24 from my account ostensibly for import duties /tax. This brings the total to the sum of nearly £140.00 which my daughter had saved up for and does not include the price of having to purchase another prom dress somewhere else.

They supposedly copy the design and trademark of a similar bona fide site called dylanqueen.com which had been recommended to us

I have asked Trading Standards to investigate the site so that more girls do not have a ruined day?

I just wanted to say what stunning dresses these are and anybody unsure of purchasing this dress to reconsider. I ordered this dress for each of them - custom made so that no adjustments would be needed. They are beautiful dresses and fit my girls perfectly, the detail is amazing and the material such good quality - double layered so v. supportive, no bras needed! The purple color is fantastic and the dresses arrived within three weeks - amazing! I can't wait for the big day now, thank you.

Quite frankly I dont know what planet the people giving this website positive reviews are from, did you seriously order off this? If your like me a 16 year old who is in love with a dress, reviewed the website but saw a couple of good reviews so you decided to order. DO NOT ORDER. The pictures are misleading, I ordered a one shoulder dress and asked for both sleeves they did not even have the common sense to make them match and they are disgusting loose when I gave my specific arm measurement but the ugly material is so thick I cant even alter it. The top of my dress is absolutely disgusting and looks nothing like the picture, The picture showed a satin stretchy material, but they used the most ugliest thickest material because of which my dress is now tight. ITS A DODGY CHINESE WEBSITE WHICH HAS NO PHONE NUMBER AND ONLY CONTACTS WITH EMAILS USING MADE UP ENGLISH NAMES SUCH A KRIS OR SANDRA. I feel soo bad because my mum spent so much, £110 is not cheap and now I will have to buy another dress, dont be misleaded by the rare good review like me, because quite frankly its all b******t

I don't know why people give low scores, I think the products from the site is good. Everyone keeps asking me where I got the purple cocktail dresses. I tell them all about the great quality, fast shipping and good service of Dylanqueen UK. It made what was turning into such a chore running from store to store, wasting valuable time and money into a pleasure! Just take your measurements as they tell you to and you will not be disappointed! All in all, I have collect the good store website, I will buy from it next time if i need.

The dress fits perfectly. I just purchased the Column One Shoulder Sweetheart Elastic woven satin Prom Dress. I simply adored it. I will use it for the day after the wedding dress. We will be taking the wedding party out to breakfast the day after the wedding. This dress is simple yet elegant and will serve the purpose as a new bride attire. The dress fits perfectly. Thank you so much for making such lovely dresses. I have used this website several times. In the future I will continue to shop your website for my other needs. Excited to wear this dress! I ordered this dress on May 3rd and it arrived on May 12. Very pretty dress. The fabric is nice, and the bust area is roomy, I have a big bust and still have room to fill in this dress, it is so comfortable. I have yet to wear it out, I plan on wearing it in June, and I will post some pictures then too. I love this dress. This is actually like the 5th dress I have ordered from this website, and every time, the orders have been great, the dresses are well made, and customer service is awesome. The actual dress looks just like the dress on the model. Excited to wear this dress!

We ordered a dress for my prom of this site. Once the dress had arrived the size was too big and the quality was terrible. We had ordered a size 8 and a size 10 is what we received. Additional to this the breast pads were visible through the front of the dress and the beading was so poor that they were falling off as well. The tailoring of the dress was not of a good standard and definitely not worth the price.
Once we had contacted the customer service email account they took their time to reply - asking for pictures of the problem. Then to be followed by an email telling us to take the dress to a local tailor and that they would share the price with us.
We should be entitled to a full refund considering the dress was a default on their behalf and not ours, yet they were adamant on not giving that. Since then we have been emailing them constantly and they have just ignored us.
There is no number or address on their site that excepts refunds. Then on top of that there customer service is appalling, their emails consist of bad use of grammar and they are not helpful at all.
They are a scam and I do not advise any one to order from them!

I have been truly disappointed by this company.
I saw a photograph of a dress which I loved and ordered for my wedding. Their claims of picking the finest fabrics and talented tailors made me believe I would receive a stunning wedding dress. However, the reality was VERY poor quality fabric, uneven hemlines and a 30cm pull across the front of the skirt. I reported this immediately but was treated rudely by their customer sales team and after 30 emails between them and me and them refusing to give me a full refund I took the matter up with my credit card.
I would strongly advise people against this company, rude people are at the other end of your emails, they claim to be in the USA but they do not reply in full English and the workmanship on their dress was shoddy. I now have an unwanted pile of fabric to dispense of and to add injury to insult - recently received the tax request for import duties.
There are better companies out there if you are not the richest bride. Please don't use this one and be heartbroken as I was.

I wish I had come across this site before I purchased a prom dress for my daughter. My feedback is line with all the others listed. The dress is the worst workmanship I have ever seen. Clearly there is no quality checking done. They obviously just take a chance with what they send out and hope that some customers cannot be bothered with the hassle of returning. I have now gone through my credit card company to have funds refunded to me and more importantly removed from their account. I have sent emails that do not get responded to. It will be interesting to see if they respond now I have informed them that the money is being withdrawn from them!
I hope you see this site before you make a purchase and if not hope that you have the back up of a credit card transaction to fall back on if you have been as unfortunate as me and the other unlucky customers who have made a purchase.

Dresses arrived all too long that the knee length requested. Stitching coming away and stains on 2 others. We ordered 5 dresses. All are too long and 1 is falling to pieces and two are stained. Having emailed Dyaln Queen to advise we just keep getting the same emails either asking to Resend the photos of the evidence or the order number. Told us to wash in vinegar and then offered 10% so £15 for £300. Utter joke. Comments of Facebook page have been removed without being acknowledged and now no longer able to comment on their posts. I do not recommend using them. 28 March

21 June, we raised a dispute through our credit card and have our money back. Within a week of the bank confirming refund Dylan Queen have decided to resume contact and have supplied a return address and said of "if we cancel dispute they promise to refund".

Hope if anyone who has been unfortunate to have dealings with this organization you've done it by credit card as hopefully you can put a claim in and get your money back.
