Advertised genuine products however fake items arrived in broken boxes. Tried to cancel the order when others posted reviews about fake items. However they wouldnt let me cancel it. Once received I again contacted customer services with disgust at what had been delivered to me. All they will offer is a $10 refund which from reading further reviews am not sure that would even turn up. Awful, untrustworthy company, would never order from them again and advise anyone to stay well clear.
If there were an option to leave a negative star rating, I would give it a negative 10! Do NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY. I ordered on the 25th of November. The product is still not here as of January 4th. I contacted customer service for a refund, and all of a sudden they have tracked down my shipment and SAY it's on its way. I will believe it when I see it. Do not buy from them!
They offered me a partial refund because they sent fake Fingerlings. Said I would get it in 2-3 days. I emailed them after waiting 10 days and received no refund. They said they refunded me again. Guess what? Still no refund. This company needs to be shut down. I will be working to get my refund through Paypal, which is how I paid.
I placed an order for three Fingerlings. I notified them in writing that I do not agree to accept similar or replacements items and to cancel my order and refund my money if that is what the planned to do. They responded to my email "Don't worry." Well, after weeks of waiting, my FAKE fraudulent Fingerlings showed up. My "Happy Monkeys" were in damaged packing because it was mailed from China in a bubble wrap envelope. BEWARE! I doubt this so called company will refund my money as requested.
On November 15,2017, I ordered what I thought was an authentic fingerling (black) from Dresslink because that is what the picture showed. I didn't receive it until December 26,2017 after Christmas. Box crushed, both ends open and said "Happy Monkey", not Fingerling! Have emailed them requesting FULL REFUND and that if they want this piece of garbage back, they will have to send me a postage paid return box, as I will not pay any shipping costs for something I didn't order! Terrible company and awful customer service! Do not order from this company!
Again real Fingerlings advertised. They weren't. By the sounds of it the company made a lot of money off selling fakes. If this is the type of company reputation they want then that says everything about who they are as a company. Will never buy again.
It took 7 weeks to receive the 2 "Fingerlings". When they arrived, the packages were squashed and the Fingerlings were not Fingerlings. They offered me $3 compensation, no I want a full refund, because this was false advertising. I can't give these as gifts, they don't even work. After multiple fruitless emails, they claim they are refunding my purchase price. This too, is a hoax. One week later, no refund in my acct. Buyer Beware of this scam company! They WILL rip you off!

Yes, the price is incredibly low but at the same time it takes a longer tine for shipping.

Going on 30 days since my order was placed. Still nothing. Was advertised as free shipping 9-15 business days. Its been 20 business days. Sent email asking what was going on? It was almost impossible to decipher what they were trying to say when they emailed me back. This is a Chinese company so you get what you pay for. Only wish I found out it was a Chinese company before I ordered. Will never shop there again.
The product I received was a knock off, despite being originally advertised as the original. Description was changed after order was placed. Not properly shipped - no padding and box was quite mangled when it arrived. Misleading and dishonest company - would not use again.
Do not order from this company, they have so many bad reviews and I guess it does not bother them if they get good ones or bad ones, there are enough stupid people out there that will give them a try. They told me I was getting the original WowWee Finerling monkey. I ordered it on 11-20-17 and just got it today 12-20-17. It is a Happy Monkey, they had to pop the top and bottom of the box open to cram it into a small flat envelop that when it arrived it was terrible and the face broken. This company is a Fraud, do not order from them.
According to their original advertisement they were selling real fingerling monkeys. I ordered two. The price I paid was $25.00 each. I ordered them in November and just received them yesterday. They are very cheap replicas not the real fingerlings. They do not work very well and the packaging is garbage. They were squished and open. DO NOT BUY THESE YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF
I placed an order November 17th and according to the tracking number it has been in a shipping facility in China since 11/30. I ordered the unicorn fingerling (5 of them) hoping to give them to my daughter and her friends for Christmas. I requested they send another package. Dresslink.com appears to be hit-or-miss. Some buyers are very happy with their orders and some are like me... My order was standard shipping, 10 business days, but I spent more than $100 so I think it was supposed to be faster according to their promotion at that time. I will never purchase from Dresslink.com again.
Yes, they have Gigi, the unicorn Fingerlings. I am skeptical that they are knock-offs. I will keep you all posted as to their shipping speed and quality of items sold on their website. There is a huge lawsuit over all the knock-off fingerlings being sold and off-brand items must be disclosed to buyers. There was no such disclosure in my case. Not holding my breath...
Dresslink advertised genuine Fingerlings. I ordered 2 on 13th November & my order confirmation shows that I ordered 'Fingerlings' & that they would be dispatched within 48hours. The money was taken immediately. I emailed to find out why my order continually showed 'Processing' & was told that my items were out of stock. I have emailed customer service regularly & was told on 24th November that my package had been shipped but, in line with everyone else, the tracking system does not work!. Dresslink no longer advertise them as 'Fingerlings' & I know that if I ever receive them they will be 'fakes,' & I am angry at being lied to & having my hard earned money stolen from me. DO NOT buy anything from this company!
I am so disappointed. I ordered fingerlings for my little girls Christmas presents a month ago. They still have not arrived. I am going to have two upset little girls Christmas morning. Shocking company with no morals.
This is a real company, but just barely. They sell knockoff items that are shipped in inappropriate package (so damaged when they arrive). They wont take back items at all and only offer a tiny refund-a couple of dollars-and I would be scared to give them my cc for a refund anyway.

Fingerling knockoffs and my plan for my daughters' Christmas presents is now ruined. Shame on DressLink for ruining Christmas morning for two girls. What a horrible company you are DressLink. I ordered from Canada and therefore had not heard of DressLink. The website looked okay so I thought DressLink must be a reputable store. It is not. The webpage described them as authentic fingerlings. (That description has since been changed probably due to complaints. Major deception!) When I order a Christmas present for my kids, I am depending on that company not to let my children down. My daughters asked for fingerlings. I ordered these a month ago from Canada and thought "my shopping is done now". Now I have two weeks left and have not bought what my girls asked for, all because I made the mistake of dealing with this company, DressLink. Are you going to make this right? The fake fingerlings also arrived in fake damaged boxes. 3 fake fingerlings = $66.28 CDN. #DLN858V4O

Answer: I don't recall the process, but they are not consistent. I would advise you against ordering from them as they are disreputable. If you read the reviews you will see that they have some shady business practices.
Answer: I've still been ordering on a regular basis. I am just a fan of their clothing and prices and have no incentive other than that to say positive things about them. I do think that 85% of items I purchase are really good and the other 15% will not be as expected, so I agree that some items can be not what I expect, but for all the good items, it's worth it to have the odd thing that isn't right. So maybe for some people when they've ordered two items and one isn't right, they feel really disappointed, but overall, I am happy with most of the things I buy and have been ever since. I am in Australia and maybe cos China is closer to me than the USA, postage has less issues, so there could be different post issues depending where you live. I do also try to pick items that are gonna work if they are a bit smaller or bigger than I expect, like shirts, or posh type tops and items like bags, so I could also have better luck because of what I choose. And like any online clothing shopping, it can be hard to get just the right size, so I do expect a little variation and when something is just too small, I have friends and family I have given items to, so that works for me and some have loved the items. So I have still been ordering regularly, such as I order an item or a few items together from there about once a month and have still been really happy and have received ever order I have placed. For me they take a month on average to arrive, but I am fine with that.
