Review 4 3/ 9/2017
I finally received ALL MY MONEY back from DRESSLINK after I pressured them for weeks via EMAIL demanding they refund me. See their ridiculous excuses I posted previously below. What I learned from this experience is: 1. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY EVER 2, REPORT THEM ON YOUR EMAIL AS SPAM If you were scammed by this one or any other company EXPOSE THEM 3. Submit complaint to Better Business Bureau online as I did. 4. Pay through Paypal or other services like it. These companies protect your purchases and will try to recover your money as Paypal did for me. 5. MOST IMPORTANT. POST YOUR NEGATIVE SHOPPING EXPERIENCES ON SITES such as TrustPilot, ResellerRatings, and SiteJabber as I did. Dresslink would have never refunded my money if it was not for these reviews, PayPal and BBB. I am very grateful to these online companies for protecting comsumers. Dresslink now sends me pathetic emails everyday asking me to remove negative reviews with this message title:
"DLN25R72X_CN Please delete all the bad reviews about our site today"
This company will try anything to get you to purchase from them and ships one order here and there so some people post a good review. I guarantee most people do not want to waste their time writing negative reviews online. Trust your instincts.

Update #3 for DresLink
Received new message from Dresslink posted below saying they are going to refund me the full amount of the order I placed and they never shipped. DressLink sent me repeated messages that they had shipped merchandise and was returned by post office and also including fake tracking numbers from China and Finland as if merchandise was still in those countries. USPS confirmed package was never received or sent back to me or my address with the tracking number DressLink provided. After I contacted Paypal and submitted a complaint and also the better business bureau online, and I posted negative reviews about my experience with Dresslink on sitejabber, trustpilot, reseller ratings and replied everyday to Dresslink's lies on emails and posts on these sites that I was not going to stop posting until they refunded my money through paypal they started telling me they would only refund me $20 then %39.59 but I continued to relentlessly post and reply to them I wanted the full refund and I am not settling for anything less. As a result dresslink sent me this email last night saying they are going to refund me. Have not done it yet and once I hear from Paypal that my money has been refunded I will post it here. I CANNOT TRUST DRESSLINK since every email they sent me prior to this has been a lie. Let's hope DressLink decides to do the right thing. Here is the email below and my response. The message mentions I closed the case though I have no clue what they are talking about another gimmick no doubt. Stop Scamming people DressLink and you will not get negative reviews. Refund my money!

What a joke this company is. Yesterday I posted a message because I purchased 2 items on January 17,2017 and never received the items. Contacted Dresslinkvia email and phone. Nothing. Contacted Better Business Bureau and Paypal yesterday and immediately received two messages. The first said my package was mailed as listed on their response here to my post yesterday and I should contact my local post office. Guess what I did and the number provided is not a valid tracking number and USPS has no way of tracking, nor did they ever receive or send back any package for me with this number or any other tracking number. No surprise since this company is great at scamming people. A minute after the first email same so called Bree Zhang sent me another message via email saying Package was returned and they were only going to refund me $20. Because they lost a lot. Wait... let me paste message here. Judge for yourself this company is a scam. I will not stop until I get the products or a refund. File complaint with Paypal and they are investigating and same with BBB. Contacted Media network will post with results. Her is message... a little conflicting isn't it. After that they came to this site and posted this message notice the difference in time. His DressLink person must spend a lot of time responding to negative messages to save face. The website lists a Californai address but I imagine this person(s) is really in China. Stop scamming people dresslink. GIve me my money back. If you were scammed you should do the same. I will be happy to foward these messages to anyone who still believes this is a trustworthy company. Thank you. Alda

Bree is constantly replying to the same types of messages/negative experiences on many websites which tells you this is a total scam. Contact Better Business Bureau and purchase through paypal only for these types of websites so you can get your money back. They sent me FAKE shipping information. Shame on you dresslink....order number DLN25R72X
When it comes to site like this I would say to start small and then see how it goes. I use to working in the shipping service so I made sure to pay attention because one time I used another overseas company and to try to fool me they generated the shipping label but the item wasn't ship and I knew how to decipher the shipping statuses. So I made my first order January 10 I used the ePacket option with tracking. It shipped out on the 13th great it got to US customs on the 18th. Mind you I check shipping every day to keep a status update. US customs sat on my package for 6 days and then it set in Jamaica, NY for 4 days! Why heck if I know it was just a shirt and pants. So I didn't get my package until the 28th of January. Which is no fault of Dresslink the US Post can just be slow some times.
Thought on my first order the pants I have to give away in donation my fault because I was expecting the material to be a bit more stretching. I will put this out there if you have hip and butt the likely hood that you find something you will fit on Dresslink probably will not happen. The Bohemian shirt I love.
Some might say why not return the pants. It was $2 and some change the cost of shipping back isn't worth it why not be charitable and give it to someone less fortunate. Also go a size bigger than what you are. With shirts I can wear Medium in US size so for the shirt I order L for it to fit me.
My first order to me was a success so I placed another order 1/27/2016 and grabbed a few more things. I got a dress for each of my daughters and some tops for myself. This time I used DHL and man has the package travel been flying it is expected to be here 2/2/2016!
I am still observing their pants which make me mad because they have alot of cute pants but the ones I see is the Free Size ones which I know will not cover my butt or make it past my hips. Every single pair of pants I come across is 9/10 Free Size.
To Dresslink since I know you do read the reviews on here ;) I would like to say I would love you to be my one time shops for alot of stuff but it would be nice if you could make more bottoms that are for women with 34 cir waist and 46 cir. Hips. Also your killing me with not having alot of shoes for women with US 9 1/2 - 10 feet size.:'(
So if your testing out a website with clothes my advice would be to start with something small like mines was about $9 including shipping and then go from there. So if you get scammed $9 is way better than $150.
I placed an order on 6th July and received an email toady(8th July) at 10:17 am told me that "Item number: SV*******_P_100" is out of stock. However, I went back to the website after the refund and found actually it still have stock of 4 for that item. So, I have a chat with the live chat agent Fiona through at 10:41 for 1hour 25mins.
I asked if the item still have stock or not. She told me yes, still have 4. So, I requested to have my item back to the same order and cancel the refund. What I received for reply is: the order already shipped out, the item already refunded. I made my request very clearly to her but I never received any help from her. She just asked me to place a new order. I told her the shipping cost will be much higher and it is not the same when I first order this. She said" no, it will be the same, HKD 4.93 shipping cost for that item". Does she know how it operates? Does she ever know there is a minimum charge of the shipping cost for a new order? If yes, then I dont understand why she told me its the same. What I know is she cannot help me and just wasting my time.
She never answer directly to my question and keep me waiting for I dont know how long. More than 1 hour chat, my problem and my request still not yet fixed and fulfilled.
But that is not the whole story, she seems like doing something towards my order and asked me to check. But the truth is nothing changed and updated. I told her the situation and she just asked me to wait and wait and wait. Finally I got the reply that she need to go for lunch and asked me to contact again after 2hours or send by email. I cant believe that is the service you provided to your customers. We are facing problems and your agent spent more than 1 hour still cant get it fixed and asked us to contact again because she need go for lunch? This is really ridiculous. Now, I wasted my time to talk to your agent for 1hour 25mins and I still need to wait her back from lunch for 2 hours and I also need to spend my time on telling you the ridiculous service I had ever received. I am now very angry by the service and I would like to know when can my problem being fixed?
Later in the afternoon, I talked to your live chat agent Echo again to see if I can get any help. However, the answer is still no. I told her I will log a complaint, she replied "FINE". What a great service provided to your customers...
NEVER BUY HERE!!!!!!!
