Hi, I just made an account and was told to check my email to complete the sign up? That way I could get the coupon code. However, I never got a email and I used my email. If you could help me, I'd be so happy.

I don't recall the process, but they are not consistent. I would advise you against ordering from them as they are disreputable. If you read the reviews you will see that they have some shady business practices.

They really suck. I returned three microscopic items (size M) to them in China as I needed size XL evidently, and they refuse to acknowledge it. They'll send you all kinds of emails asking for more and more info, but never send the items.

You don't get a code... When you check out, on the last page it has a box to tick that says something about "cash coupon". Tick it & it takes the 15% off of your total. You can keep doing it till u reach the max which I think is $50 or so off (all orders combined). Hope that makes sense...& helps.
