I have ordered heaps of stuff and it comes to Australia in about a week so the delivery time is much better than aliexpress, I have ordered things from this site and it takes forever to come from some sellers and most of it was the pits and I never got my money back. Now some of the clothes on Dresslink were great but a lot the material was very thin. But hey I live I a hot climate and I can still sell them and make a profit. At the end of the day you get what you pay for so if you want an expensive looking dress than you need to buy from another site. If you want things quickly than use DHL or FedEx as China post is incredibly slow and if you want a better dress pay a better price.
I ordered this dress on 3/10 for a party on the 24th. The company stated that shipping would take 7 business days. I received it yesterday... the 31st.
I intentionally ordered a size larger than my own, just to be certain of fit. It fit as if it were TWO sizes smaller than me.
Never again.
Awful experience. Advertised Birkenstocks yet arrived as some knock off brand. Shipping arrived 4 days later than they advertised and what my email confirmation stated. Extremely slow to respond during the week (not at all on the weekend) and customer service obviously has a poor time with the English language. After exchanging emails for over a week, where they would not give me return instructions and dragged out simple instructions, they told me I needed to go to the post office to see if returning item would be worth it! Oh, and when I purshased from their website, it stated free returns! They deleted the negative feedback other customers left (left after I bought my item unfortunately) and then made obvious fake reviews with customers loving their Birkenstocks- which they are NOT. Theyve also updated the item description to not say Birkenstocks as well! Extremely shady!
I ordered 5 hoodies on April 8,2017 and they have still not arrived. I've contacted the customer service rep "Bree" several times and her replies are written in such poor English that they are rarely intelligible. Not only that, but she sends replies without even reading the message or remembering that she sent me an email telling me she'd have shipping info in 10 days, and 7 days later sent me the same email. I recommend if you're looking for online shopping where you don't pay $75 for nothing but a hassle and run around, try Gamiss.com, I ordered a bathing suit there at the same time as I ordered these hoodies and it arrived in 10 days. I have tried everything with these people all they do is give you the run around. I sent them my order number over and over they gave me a tracking number that didn't work, good at saying how sorry they are. I have as for a refund never got it. Ask them to resend my order never did that. More and more lies. Just don't order anything from them. I will never order from them ever again and I will also check and recheck before I ever order again from any one on line. DO NOT CALL ME DEAR!. It has been over A year now. Like everyone else, I was skeptical about this site after reading the reviews on here. I haven't ordered anything international in a long time, and I was a bit afraid it would not come before Christmas since I ordered my package the midnight before the 20th. They had a variety of options when it came to which type of shipping you'd prefer, the default was China Post with no tracking number. I picked DHL, which of course ran a bit higher with costs but was worth it when it came only 3 days later.
The quality is good for the price I paid for, you can't expect more for your buck. I did inspect each item and noticed one of them had some loose thread on the back of the romper but easily fixable without even seeing a seamstress.
Overall I'm very happy with the order, and probably would order again in the later future. The selection of clothes are to my style and it wasn't a frustrating process. It was faster service than I expected and I got exactly what I wanted without trouble.
I ordered two intems. First i've waited for 7 weeks to get my order, but i did'nt get it. Then i mailed dresslink, and they said that my adress was wrong. What i think a kinda strange... so i asked to get my money back on my bank account... and now they say " it's failed to pay you back on your bank account.

Just ordered several items from them and honestly, for the price I can't complain. I ordered 2 rompers from them which ended up either too small or the material was super thin. Although the style looked very similar to the pictures on the site, the sizing is very off. I ordered one size up and it was still too small. I would probably suggest ordering two sizes up on certain items (like rompers and shirts). The bra and skirt I ordered fit just right. The timing of shipping was fine-- items came to me in about 10 days, which is really good considering it is coming from China. I ordered from this website knowing the sizing would be off and the materials to be of lower quality so I wasn't surprised when the package came into the mail. I would order more items from them again.

This company is the worst I've ever delt with. They shipped knock offs even though my invoice stated the brand name. They shipped items just in an plastic bag, so the items packaging was completely trashed when it arrived. I was unable to gift these because of the condition and they were knock offs. They started with "keep them and we'll give you $5., I refused then it went up to $6, only going up $1 every time I refused. I kept refusing and demanded a full refund. They then said only when I returned them back to China and they resecived them (at my expense) would they refund. They went in the garbage where they belonged and I'm not spending another dime on this company. Customer service is none existent. Save yourself a lot of time and money and shop elsewhere. They are frauds selling knock offs. I wouldn't even give them 1 star if possible
I love dresslink have recieved everything never had my money taken and the people are always very nice and understanding. For all of you complaining about the tax for yout countrys shipping im sorry but that is yout own fault. Dresslink expresses on every order to check these things im sorry but ive ordered from them and aliexpress for a long time and never had any problems. I bought some items on the 29th of October and i went to pay for it but when i did it said email error so i tried a further 2 times and they charged me an extra two times. I then spoke to a girl called Lori who said that it was a bug in the system and that i would get a refund within 3 working days. Its now been over a week and they are now saying that i haven't paid for the 2 extra orders but have sent them to me. I went to my bank to get a bank statement to prove that they have charged me an extra two times. I have emailed them saying i want my refund back and also emailed them a picture of my bank statement showing that they have charged me an extra 2 times. But they they still won't give me my refund. They are not helpful. I have proof that they charged me an extra two times yet i still don't get a refund and haven't received any of the products. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I placed an order on October 2,2017, for two dresses for my daughter's group party that is coming up on 11/11/2017. Because I'm aware that this company has great stuff but their delivery method delays a bit so I have to place my order on time. I got my order on 1 of November, 10 days before the celebration and I was very happy because I took the right decision by placing an order on time. In this case, I wasn't disappointed. I think that should be the ideal solution for any customer who wants to place an order, the earlier the better. By the way, I love the dress and will buy again and again!
I received everything I ordered and everything looked like pictures. Follow the measurments & if someone in comments says order up a size. You should. I received everything pretty quickly. I just don't like the material used on some items & shipping cost.

I have ordered 9 items and got them in 6 days i have no complains regarding the quality of products, you get what you pay but they are not bad at all, i opted to have the remaining items refunded through DL wallet which i was able to use the money in my next order. I ordered again, this time for 11 items, on my order, i made a note to the seller to notify me for any unavailable item, which they did, now my package are on their way which i can track as well, according to the schedule of my delivery package will arrive on the 29th which is less than 2 weeks from date or ordered. Excited about it. I came accrossed with this website after a disappointing experience with sammydress another china based online stored for clothes, though quality of their clothes are fine it was their customer reps that i talked to that was beyond rude and mean, but dresslink is making me happy so far, the two customer reps i chatted with were polite and addressed my concerns.

Took FOREVER to actually get what I ordered in the mail.
When I finally got what I ordered, everything was too small, the stitching was all messed up, thread coming off, there was a hole in one of the dress seams from thread not being in it right.
I emailed them back about a refund, but they told me they couldn't do anything about it. I decided not to return them, because I would have to pay for shipping and everything, which would cost more then what I payed for the items.
I will never buy from dresslink again, and I even told them that.

Though I had to wait a little longer but when I received my package, everything was so perfect. I ordered 2 trousers, a sweater and some baby gear. Products I have received were really worth the money I paid. I am a great online shoper and this was a best experience. The interface of this website is very user friendly and communication of their customer service is is really good. Being a student I usually don't have so much money and the deals I found here were so perfect for me. Usually many of us face a problem in online shopping that the thing looks so good in images but in really it sucks. But here on dresslinks I received exactly what was shown on the website. They are really doing a great job. I want to give this website a 5-star rating but giving it 4-star because their shipping time is not too good. Items received were completely damaged due to terrible packaging on their part (cheap envelope instead of a box). In addition, I was sent cheap knock offs (fraudulent Fingerlings toy). There were very few reviews here at the time I originally ordered. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Answer: Directly from China. Be prepared to receive items with holes or stains. I have stopped ordering from this company.
Answer: I don't recall the process, but they are not consistent. I would advise you against ordering from them as they are disreputable. If you read the reviews you will see that they have some shady business practices.
Answer: I've still been ordering on a regular basis. I am just a fan of their clothing and prices and have no incentive other than that to say positive things about them. I do think that 85% of items I purchase are really good and the other 15% will not be as expected, so I agree that some items can be not what I expect, but for all the good items, it's worth it to have the odd thing that isn't right. So maybe for some people when they've ordered two items and one isn't right, they feel really disappointed, but overall, I am happy with most of the things I buy and have been ever since. I am in Australia and maybe cos China is closer to me than the USA, postage has less issues, so there could be different post issues depending where you live. I do also try to pick items that are gonna work if they are a bit smaller or bigger than I expect, like shirts, or posh type tops and items like bags, so I could also have better luck because of what I choose. And like any online clothing shopping, it can be hard to get just the right size, so I do expect a little variation and when something is just too small, I have friends and family I have given items to, so that works for me and some have loved the items. So I have still been ordering regularly, such as I order an item or a few items together from there about once a month and have still been really happy and have received ever order I have placed. For me they take a month on average to arrive, but I am fine with that.
